They placed the order, we paid, and told us 4-6 weeks. Never heard anything. Almost 3 months go by (wedding already past mind you) and STILL NOTHING. So husband called- they never placed the order. They place it then. Go back in person after a total of 4 months went by since October they have no update or record of order. So we thankfully got a number to someone higher up (from a different location) who actually had answers and was extremely helpful, understanding and embarrassed by our experience thus far . He himself placed the order communicated well and reached out when it was ready at the Fairfield location. We go to pick up and there is a sign because they're on lunch "back at 4:15"- of course but that's okay everyone needs a lunch, we. Will wait it's already been 6 months what's 20 more minutes? Well they didn't get back at 4:15p they came back at 4:30!!!! The lack of organization, accountability and empathy for customers is astounding. That guy Steve needs a raise, and Fairfield seriously needs to look into their employees and business practices. Will not be returning.

I have been a customer of theirs, at their Jewlery Center SF location, for decades. Now I see Padis Jewlery and Wine Lounge in Napa that's the perfect pairing so I'm definitely interested so in I go. Upon entering I was greeted by Sheryl who was hosting in their wine lounge. What a lovely surprise to see this beautifully decorated and inviting space. Totally my style leather, wood, with Edison lighting. Classy custom wine bar area and large lounge. Then to find out that their WineMaker is Robert Foley this became a no brainer for me. Sheryl was very informative about their offerings and provided an understandable description and flavor profile about each of their wines and the AVA they came from. Fruit forward and well balanced I expected nothing less from the Foley mark. I felt comfortable here and enjoyed sitting, chatting, and sipping. Sheryl asked if I'd like to wonder their showroom. Of course especially since my brother-in-law had been interested in necklaces at their SF location just weeks prior and I am always looking around for unique pieces. Sheryl walked me to their showroom and introduced me to Lisa. We spoke about my interests in black diamonds and thin blue line bands. Lisa was extremely informative and patient with me. We had great conversation with no pressure to commit which I always appreciate. She was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. Lisa even arranged for the necklaces my brother-in-law was interested in to be transferred from SF to their store so they were more accessible to him. I am glad I wondered into Padis Jewlery and Wine Lounge. What I unexpectedly found there were Great humans, deliciously crafted wines, beautiful jewelry and timepieces. Witnessed prejudice from the staff towards an African American man. Everyone else was greeted &…read moreinstructed to put our names on a waitlist even though the employees were helping other guests at the time. About 10 mins later, this African American man comes in & neither of the employees greet him or tell him about the waitlist. He is standing there for several mins obviously needing help & the staff continue to ignore him as if he's completely invisible. I confronted one of the workers about it saying that he was the only person no one greeted & she claimed they were too busy with their guests. I call BS. They did not want to help him let alone acknowledge his existence based on how he looked. Will not be back or recommend . And I'm upset because Yelp keeps deleting my comment.
