Steak and roasted baby potatoes. Sorry I only thought about taking a picture after getting couple of bites.

I've been to this restaurant twice by now. I stayed at a hotel very close by so it was a walking distance for me. I had sea bass with a seafood stew at one night and the other time I was there I ordered steak with baby potatoes and pepper sauce. Both orders were absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked to the perfection. The roasted baby potatoes were so good. They were seasoned with garlic and butter. Definitely recommend this place.

It was alright. Good place to grab a wine, food was decent. However, the service was mediocre.

Pandini's is average, the atmosphere is a bit dull. Food is nice but nothing wild or exciting.

Service was incredibly slow, but the wait staff was very friendly. Everyone in our group did the three course special which was a really good deal. I started with the fondue which was good. The bread was seasoned well with garlic and warm. The cheese was warm and not too salty. I had the chicken Calabrese as the main which was lovely. It was not too spicy at all. The potato was cooked perfectly and the sauce was a perfect balance of tomato and other spices. I ordered the berry sundae which was delicious and a not too heavy dessert compacted to some of the other options. Overall this was a good spot for a night out with friends and was an excellent bang for your buck.

Yes! La Dolce Vita!…read more Cozy and welcoming family owned restaurant. We visited 3 times during our stay in Dublin. That's how much we loved it. The presentation of the food is spectacular. Even something simple like garlic bread was beautifully displayed. The food in itself is incredibly tasty. We only came here once for lunch. They offer a great lunch special for €10.95. It includes a 2 course meal. I love the cheesy garlic bread. I enjoyed everything I tried, but I think the penne carbonara was my favorite. It was so creamy. I wanted to drink the sauce. Their Caesar salad is delightful, the homemade dressing is divine. Desserts are scrumptious and purely decadent The Nutella brownie is a must have. The restaurant is small. When it's busy it can feel cramped. It's perfect any social situation like a romantic date, a business meeting or a big family gathering. 5 stars. Well that's finally arrived in the form of a lovely Italian (as in the people running it are Italian) cafe/restaurant called Cafe De Bróc. They make their own pizza (regular AND gluten-free, which my girlfriend can confirm actually is gluten-free) as well as several pasta dishes that I'll be back to check out. They also do lunchtime regulars like a club sandwich. I had the lamb burger topped with blue cheese myself which was lovely and came with a side salad or chips. Aoife was very impressed with her pepperoni pizza, although was regretting her lack of adventure when we saw another pizza come out topped with Parma ham. It looked amazing. The pizza, burger, a sparkling water and takeaway coffee (good and strong, the way you'd expect Italian coffee to taste) came to €32 which i was happy to pay given the quality of the food. The staff were very friendly, particularly the manager/owner who showed the kind of concern and friendliness that you only get from someone who has a personal stake in a business. The space itself is very bright due to glass doors along half the front of the restaurant which was nice to have on a sort-of sunny day. In closing this is a lovey little (seats about 30?) place that i'll be coming back to again and again.

I decided to take an early flight from Donegal to Dublin a day before I was due to fly back to the US and was staying with my loverly Yelp sister Edel N. who lived a street away from this place. We ran out and did some last minute essential provisions shopping for me to take back to the US (Tay Bags, Bisto, OXO cubes) and on the way back to hers spied this place, open. Dinner!!! Standing at the counter of this regular chippie I commented that I haven't had a real Eyetalian/Dub fish and chips since I left Ireland when I was a pup, or was that when Methuselah was a pup. In any event, it was a long time ago. This place was SPOTLESS. Immaculately clean. And they have a vast menu with a little something of everything. Course, the eyes were bigger than the belly and I ended up with TWO smoked cod and chips and a battered sausage for good measure. I was sorely tempted to order a spice burger but my Ulsters (as the auld wans at home would say about indigestion) would have been giving me a hard time on the plane the next day. So I'll have to save that for the next trip. Well, the chips were delicious and so cleanly fried in fresh oil and fluffy, and the smoked cod was HUGE, hanging over the plate and also fresh and delicious. Like an eejit I underestimated and ordered way too much. The first bite of the battered sausage surprised me too cos I forgot that they don't cook them first before battering them, so its kinda like a boiled sausage, but then it was lovely. Well, standing there waiting for "the feed" I cracked me arse laughing at the woman who came in beside me and her and her fella asked for the "special". Hamburger and chips and a can for 5 Euro. Then she looks up at at the menu board and spies the Dublin Bay Prawns special and turns to her chap and says "here, would ya not go fancy with tha?". Ahh Dublin.

I'm biased in a way because this lovely establishment was my first 'chipper' ever. In my 3 years in…read moreIreland now this is still my favorite. I've been to a few more over the years, but somehow there is still something more special at this place. Is it that it's nestled in a cozy neighborhood out here in Clondalkin? Is it because the lads who work there take the time to know your name and ask about your family? Is it because everything is battered and fried with love? All of the above are more than dear! I like the donner kebab if I go for dinner, but after a proper session of drinking the night before chips smothered in vinegar and a battered sausage just can't be beat. If you're feeling properly healthy, try the fish and chips and don't be shy with the vinegar. I'm all about healthy eating and fine dining, but every now and again don't we all need a little chipper in our lives? :D Treat yourself to the best!!

After my first visit on Sunday night, I'm already looking forward to going again in the near future. I was joined by a close friend and was met by a friendly staff member of staff at the door, a theme which continued during the night with an outstanding team of staff. We started off with some house fries and mozzarella in carrozza, fries where perfect cooked, lovely and light with a nice crisp and then mozzarella in carrozza was delisious easily one of my favourite bites to eat in any restaurant and Prezzo did a stand up job delivering a personal favourite. After a great starter we where just thinking of getting a simple Margherita but we took the suggestion of are waiter and went with a Queen Margherita instead which is split into 3 sections (Sun blushed and cherry tomatoes, spinach and pesto dressed rocket, bechamel sauce and buffalo mozzarella) an excellent choice and one I'd love to get again. Finished it all off with a beautiful Chocolate fudge cake with a side of vanilla ice cream and every bite was perfect, it rounded off a great experience overall. It gets a full five stars and I hope it keeps up the outstanding work.

I loved being able to see the pizza oven (my daughter thought it was so cool that her dinner was in there cooking) I was starving when we arrived, and everything sounded delish! I got the truffle ravioli as a starter and spaghetti for a main. They were both so tasty! Big portions, speedy service, and amazing flavor! The kids meal was so big, and also super tasty, my daughter loved it. Our server was really nice and helpful and answered all our questions. It's not cheap, but it's great portions, great quality, and definitely worth it!
