Unfortunately, this phone is my life and of course, I didn't back it up to my iCloud! I thought it was gone forever and I was not going to try to retrieve it. However, one of my team members made a bunch of phone calls and John Curry readily contacted us back! I got back to him a day later cuz I didn't have a phone. He told me that about a month ago, his diver, Felipe, retrieved his iPhone 12 that was in the salt water for 36 hours and it worked! So my iPhone was also 36 hours in the salt water later, Felipe met me at my boat dock. And within 5 minutes of diving down 9 feet, he found my iPhone! Jumping for joy!! I waited another 24 hours to turn it on. I washed it off, used an air compressor to blow out any water and used an electric blanket to help dry out the inside! My iPhone asked for a plug! Plugged it in and I'm back in business! Thaaaaaaank youuuuuu, Stem to Stern for helping me get my iPhone back and Felipe for telling me how to get it to turn back on! 5 stars for sure!! We contacted Nathan and Eva at Marinelube and they "polished" our fuel to remove all of the water and bugs in our tanks. No more worries about a recurrence of the engine damage and the polishing was a fraction of the bill for the engine work. They were extremely flexible in scheduling the work and did everything dockside so we didn't have to move the boat. Nathan also installed fuel level sensors in our two tanks and a gauge so now we know at a glance how much fuel we have. Such a pleasure to work with (especially Eva) and highly recommended!!
