My favorite Chinese takeout restaurant. Fantastic food and great prices. So many good options on the menu. I've never been disappointed.

My family has been eating Chinese food from here my entire life. They are a staple of new Kensington. They have earned their title by consistently serving of delicious, perfectly flavored and cooked food. My favorites are the general chicken and hot and sour soup. They also have great lo mein. The owners are so friendly and helpful when you come in! Their services all is really fast too. There is no dining and there is a card minimum of $10. Highly recommend trying them out if you ever get a chance! read more

The food is tasty and it's dirt cheap. They work with you too. For instance, say you order an orange chicken, even though it's not a combo item they offer to add rice and egg roll for free. Awesome. Plus you can watch the cooks as they prepare your food. Also, they sell handmade items like hair pins and change purses, even beautiful chopsticks with art in silk cases, jewelry, etc. All their nick knacks are only a couple bucks and they're all Asian inspired. Best thing to me is their candy. They have a bowl of free Chinese candy you can eat while you wait. Kind of like jolly ranchers but better. read more

Best chinese food in the area, in my opinion. If it weren't so far away from me, I'd go all the time. Not so great of a location, as it's on 5th ave and it's a bit dangerous after it gets dark. But for lunch, it's great. This is literally the only place that makes eggrolls that I like. And their fried rice has all sort of good stuff in it. It doesn't seem to be the same kind of stuff that other chinese places in the area churn out in mass amounts. And it's much cheaper than any other place too. 5/5 definitely recommend. read more

I've been eating here since 2002 and it's still just as tasty. The crab Rangoons are so delicious! Definitely recommend.

This is some of the best chinese food I ever had. I walked in just after a doctors appointment and ordered orange chicken, fried rice and, 2 egg rolls. The rice wasnt dry and actually tasted really good. The chicken was really big and juicy, they werent stingy either they gave me a good amount of chicken. As for the egg rolls, they were hot and steamy and delicious. 10/10 would eat again read more

This is probably the best takeout Chinese in New Ken. I've never eaten anything from there that I didn't like. The prices for the food are decent also. The location makes it a bit dicey to get to, but it's family owned and not a chain, which I like as well. Highly recommended. read more

Since the owner sold out to another Chinese family, the food is AWFUL!!!! We were such a regular customer (once a week for lunch or dinner) that it was on speed dial. Now has been removed from our phone; IT"S THAT BAD!!! read more

nice clean place had no issues ordering and took maybe 10 mins or so for the food. ordered chicken and broccoli, and crab rangoons. wasnt very impressed.. the chicken is very slimy feeling giving me the idea its not cooked properly and has no taste, the broccoli and rice was good. the crab rangoons of course made with immitation crab and cream cheese, normally i enjoy them elsewhere. being my first time at panda i figured they would be ok, they were way too sweet like sugar was added and felt more like a dessert-like icing instead of cream cheese..eh. coulda been worse but felt like a waste of money. read more
