This Mongolian BBQ has similar setup as the other ones, however, the customers can not go to the buffet table and get their own meat and vegetables. We have to fill out a slip selecting what we want and they will put it together and cook it for you. In other Mongolian BBQ, the customer will select his own sauces and mix in the portion of each sauce to customize it. At this place, you could only check off the sauces that you want on paper, and they don't have the big selection of various sauce. Servicer was nice. The restaurant is very minimalistic. I used to eat prior to the pandemic, and the people manning the grill never cooked most people's plates long enough. I cannot speak for the other people, but it'd always make me sick. I have hand tremors, so pouring my sauces was never an act of grace, but the employees would snicker at me. Post pandemic, I went to try them, give them another try. But now, you don't get to pick your produce, or how much you get. It's all up to the employees. Hell, you even had to pay if you wanted pocket breads. It wasn't bad, but I likely won't be going here again. There are all you can eat places around that are worth the drive. Came here for lunch . Ordered different seasonings for my noodles and when I got them they tasted bland . Like they didn't put anything on them . Second of all , I was charged twice , came in to let them know and they said that since their credit card machine didn't show the transactions they couldn't do anything . From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a woman who was so kind. She let us sit our kids down and help ourself to the Mongolian section. As we filled our bowls, we noticed they were bringing out hot fresh Chinese food that looked and smelled amazing! We walked over to the grill with our bowls and the same woman was there to cook our food. She recommended the sauces and got to grilling. She was so fast and our food was hot! Once we were done grilling I grabbed some of the fried rice for my kids and one piece of each meat and green bean to try. Boy was I glad I did!! Delicious! Two huge bowls of food and rice came out to $29.99 for lunch. Not bad! Did I mention after she cooked our food, she cleaned up and came out to ring us up?! I don't think I saw this woman sit the entire time we were there! Such a hard worker! We asked for water cups, and this woman handed us two water bottles. It has been some time since the last time we had gone to Mongolian BBQ, so we picked up some up today - we got it To-Go and ate it at home. Serving is so generous that my hubby and I were able to share it. Our go-to meat is the pork - just to mention, when you get your meal To-Go, you're limited to the number of veggies, but if you want to add extra veggies, it's only like another 50 cents each. We also paid the extra for the double meat, which was only about $2.50. And our seasonings we like are garlic, chicken broth and house BBQ. Oh, and don't forget to get it with noodles. It was delicious!! I really like to have a pocket bread with my BBQ - so we got one order of 2, which is $2. Their pocket breads are just OK (sometimes they are flat & cold - it needs to be puffed up so you can stuff if with your BBQ) but I still just gotta have it. This time I made sure to ask that they give me pocket breads that are actually puffed up - one was puffed and the other was half puffed, but they still tasted good. Panda is real close to our house and real convenient. We enjoyed it today so much - I'm not sure why we don't go more often. I think we'll be back again real soon! read more
