So we ordered Spare rib tips, barely any meat on it, mostly bones Curry chicken with onions, tasteless, they should call it onions with chicken, we really had look for the chicken pieces, the taste is mediocre The chicken with broccoli and General Tsao's chicken, lack flavors...! Their hot and sour soup also lacked flavor...! We have eaten from them before, either they changed ownership or different cooks, nevertheless we won't eat from them again. So I wanted some Chinese food and decided to try this spot and let me tell you a waste of time. I placed the order through Uber Eats and 1. They do not pay attention to your special request, in my dish a specifically stated no pork, fish came and what's right on top and mixed in pork. I do not eat pork so there goes that. I ordered 2 shrimp rolls heck I'm still looking for the shrimp. The rolls had no flavor. Uber Eats did refund me my money back but it's the hassle that you have to go through after speaking with 4 representatives. I ordered from here yesterday. It's a tiny shop. The kitchen was extremely clean. That is where the positive stops. The unhappy young woman at the register despised working there and made sure I knew it. By the way, she made sure to tell me she wasn't Asian, she was Chinese? because I stupidly asked what her family's best Asian recipe was with the intent on ordering it. Well, let me tell you cupcake, China is in Asia. You and I are American. You were born here, deal with it. Get another job where you aren't the miserable face of your family's business. Your grandmother was lovely but you resented translating our brief conversation, with a scowl at her pretty smiling face. Anyway, the sesame noodles didn't have enough sauce (BTW, your chef should know to toss the noodles in the sauce, not just dump a 1/4 cup of sauce in the center of the noodles). We have been getting takeout from here for 15 years. We ordered for the family and got a good sampling of menu items. Obviously we liked this place. The people are really nice. We got home and started to ear. I started with Hot and Sour soup. I couldn't finish because of the salt. In checking around the table every one said the same thing. I believe this is a family owned place, but every so often new people are working in the place. I probably won't be going back. While I write this my head is pounding from the salt. I hope they change there cooking style or they'll be gone. They could put BP medicine right in the food. read more

This review is toward the service, not about food since I didn't order it. I was about to order from the phone but had an extremely bad experience so I decided not to. The first call was fine, and I did appreciate that they were still running business during snowstorm and the lady sounds nice and reasonable to ready to take my order, but I don't know what's on the menu so I had to check online menu and I promised that I will call back soon and she said ok. When I called back after a few minutes, the lady who picked up the call literally screaming at me when I was giving her my order. I mean literally SCREAMING since I can't understand what she said. She said something in a high pitch and yelled at me from I simply just asked "what's in the combo?" I don't think it's an unreasonable question but she couldn't hold her temper. She even rudely yelled "if you want to order, then order, if not, go. I am f*cking busy!" then I decided not to order in case they can't hold their anger and end up messing up my food. Has been or should say was our go to place for Chinese. Quality of food has been on a slow slide down hill, and last night was the worst we've had. General Tso's no flavor, no chicken just crunchy bit's of breading you can't make it up. Rice was a clump, no carrots, no onions, no nothing clump of rice and this was with a combo platter supposed to have fried ric. No bright green Broccoli either :-( Chicken Lo Mein dry like the desert and no flavor. Fried dumpling burnt and grease soaked. Egg Roll's over cooked/burnt. Only thing that was good, the cheese Won Ton's. I guess when you walk into a kitchen and the cooks shooting the breeze on her cell phone while she's doing up your meal, you really shouldn't expect to much. And she delivered on the not to much. I have to say that this was the BEST take out Chinese food I've had in a very long time. We got the General Tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken. We had it delivered to the Days Inn and they were fairly prompt with delivery time. Everything was piping hot and delicious! I would highly recommend this place. read more

Food is usually good...but today I ordered and they gave me the wrong food and in stead of exchanging it they asked if they could "owe me one" and when I asked for a refund instead because I am allergic to the meal the person handed the phone to their "mother" and I was yelled at for two minutes before they hung up on me. ALSO!!! They gave us no sauces and no fortune cookies!!! Driest wontons of my friends life. I've never had a problem with this place but I will never order or let anyone order from here ever again. Ordered soup an egg roll a soda and a combination plate. I only live 5 minutes away and it took them an hour and a half to deliver it. I called at 5 past the hour mark and the woman on the phone swore it would be there within 10 minutes that the driver got lost and it still took 25 minutes to get to my house. Came in to get food to go.. there were only two employees with a driver. Given that it was 10:30, this wasn't surprising. The place doesn't look clean inside at all. The chair that I was sitting at while waiting to pick up my food was broken. I almost fell through it several times due to the wood not being properly attached to the frame. Regardless of the small, not so hopeful appearance of the place, the food was great! We ordered mapo tofu and szechuan tofu (i think) and they both came with white rice. The portion sizes were enough for two meals! I'm not much of a germaphobe but I did notice that the gentleman who was cooking our food grabbed the raw tofu with his bare hands before cutting it up to be cooked. WHAT I SAW HERE IN LESS THAN 5 MINS WAS BEYOND DISGUSTING!! I was walking by this place, and decided to stop in to order a Chicken Lo Mein to go. When I walked in, there were 3 people eating at the tables in front of the counter - 2 customers, and 1 staff member. The staff member, who was eating went back, took my order and started it off, all while still on the phone. The only thing that really bothered me about this, was the possibilty of accidentally spitting into my food during the conversation. Little did I know that was the least of my worries. I heard the toilet in the bathroom flush, and immediately afterward the another worker came out of the bathroom. I was pretty sure that he hadn't even attempted to wash his hands, given that the toilet was still flushing when he came out of the bathroom. The door was left open, for the odor to escape into the food preparation area. When the guy who left the bathroom, took over the preparation of my order, whilst holding his stomach - I really started to ponder if I was going to be able to eat the food that he was preparing. With that, the guy who originally took my order, lifted the rice cooker lid to throw in rice from a paper container. While I suspect it was one of the containers he had been eating from, but can't be 100% sure - he used his bare hands ( which he had at no point washed during my visit), when all the rice didn't fall out. THAT WAS IT!! I asked for my money back, telling them that they should be embarrassed. With that the other 2 customers, who were eating, also shouted for the bathroom door to be closed. Unfortunately, that was only a small portion, of the hygienic practices that were displayed in under 5 mins in this place. If this is what they do in front of customers, I shudder to think at the practices they may employ when nobody is around. Needless to say, I will never eat here again. read more
