Takeout order was ready in time and easy to pick up. Cashier was very nice and brightened my day.

I am genuinely so surprised at all the 4 and 5 star reviews. My family and I ordered take out twice and both times the food was mediocre at its best. The chow mien has absolutely no flavor. The kung pao chicken and orange chicken also lacked flavor but had some questionable textures as well. The eggrolls were made fresh but some how managed to get super soggy on the 5 minute drive home. There were minimal options to choose from and to be honest everything looked like it was sitting for hours. They did not offer to make anything fresh. I will say there is plenty of sitting in there in case you want to dine in and the lady that helped us was very nice. I was just expecting a lot more from this place. I really just want to find good fresh Chinese food in Moorpark that's not Panda Express. read more

Very friendly customer service, many dishes are made to order, clean interior, and food is flavorful without being so heavy on the sodium that you feel sick after eating. Prices are also fair for today's economy! Appreciate this place and will definitely return thanks to the friendly owners and good food. read more

Panda Fresh is better than Panda Express lol you walk in, a lady takes your order and one guy is whipping up all the dishes in the kitchen next to her! The Orange Chicken was really good! The noodles were very flavorful as well and not dry! My daughter ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork and Kung Pao Chicken, I thought the pork was delicious! We ordered both their soups too! The Egg Flower Soup was great! The Hot & Sour soup had a thick consistency but tasted alright. Finally, we tried their Sesame Balls (6) for dessert and they were good as well! Our soups and sesame balls we're made when we ordered it so everything came out nice and hot! It was really clean inside and they had great service! I would definitely come back here to try other things on the menu! read more

Who I assumed to be the owner was very nice and quick with the food. I only ordered the orange chicken, vegetable chow mein, and rangoons but they are awesome and order the same thing every time. I think it tastes better than Panda Express and so does my husband who is super picky. I try to go here on a regular basis read more

I've only ordered takeout so I can't speak on the service or ambiance, but the food is good. Definitely not an everyday meal, but a tasty treat that reminds me of my local family owned Asian restaurant in Oklahoma. I recommend the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. read more

Panda Fresh hands down better than the other Panda! I love their War Wonton and Hot & Sour Soups---especially during cold days. All their dishes are delicious and it's hard to choose 1 most favorite. Their combination plates are great! I recommend their Fried Rice! Owners are the sweetest people, kind & friendly. If you haven't eaten here yet---I highly recommend you vist them---dine in or take out. They don't disappoint!! :D read more

Panda fresh is not fresh food sit around for hours, I came at 2:30 on Monday, young kids from the high school across outside but no one inside so I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was old no flavor. A couple came in and took a look at the food and walked out. read more

This is my go to for hot and sour soup to go. Special order tofu and veggies, my wife's fave. Get some crispy wontons and sweet and sour and you're good. I'd say Panda Express has better orange chicken, but knowing what to order makes this place better. read more

The food here at this Moorpark location was great! There have been other times in different locations where there were only scrapings and cold food but here they are on top of everything and are working hard to make sure the food is warm and ready. Their service was super quick and the employees were all extremely kind. Specifically someone named Absaid here is super friendly and brightened my day! I would highly recommend and i will definitely be coming back. The ambiance was great as well and they were playing songs that everyone can enjoy! There was quite a lot of customers coming in and out so they were super fast, efficient, and popular! read more

Nothing like a mom & pop Chinese food eatery around the corner from our new place! Large portions and although it's like a buffet style service (similar to Panda Express) they definitely put the food out little by little more consistently throughout the day so that it stays fresh! Support your local eateries so they stay in business long enough to continue satisfying your cravings!!! This place is a great addition to our Moorpark community. read more

For Chinese fast food this is some of the best I've had. Seems like they like to keep things fresh and there aren't piles of food sitting for hours like other places. I had orange chicken, kung pao, and string bean chicken with fried rice and vegetables. Everything tasted great no complaints. Momma is in the front serving and Daddy is in the back cooking up a storm. Give this place a try it's really good. read more

Always great food and not expensive! The owners are very nice! Always making fresh food to go!

We've been regulars for years, and the food is always delicious! The portion sizes are large, and the owners are always a delight.

This was my wife and I first time trying this place. It feels like an old school Chinese food restaurant. Nothing super fancy about the restaurant itself but the food spoke for itself, seems like a place to do take out more than sit down. Overall the food was hot, cheap, and fresh. I got the 1/2&1/2 rice and chow main, with broccoli beef, green beans chicken. The chow main was a bit overcooked but I think next time around either white or fried rice. I will be coming back as the service was quick and friendly. Panda Express watch you back! read more

Great place. Great food. Wonderful owners. I haven't had a bad meal there! They will make fresh to order if running low.

We have tried many local Chinese restaurants around Moorpark, and this one is truly the best. It's always fresh & delicious. Not too greasy or overcooked like many others. The owners are also so nice every time. We are happy to support them & in return get a delicious meal! read more

Came here on a whim !!! I was working In the neighborhood and had a hankering for Chinese ! The restaurant is a good size and I came and was the only one . I decided to order the 2 item combo which was $9 after tax and to be honest I feel a little pricey even compared to other Chinese fast food but the portions were nice. The lady who helped me was also very kind . Since I'm an orange chicken fanatic I got half fried rice and half chow Mein and double orange. They probably have about 10 different options for entrees. I was pleasantly surprised the flavor of the orange chicken was AMAZING !! Tangy and not to sweet and just flavorful . I really enjoyed it . Their fried rice is good and the chow mein was just chow mein nothing to special about it but I was super happy With how good the orange chicken was !! I will definitely be back to get some more and I've tried lots of orange chicken from a lot of places and this place is definitely Top 5 , so definitely worth trying it !! The only downfall is the prices but it honestly isn't to bad for the portions you get !! read more

Service has always been undesirable being that the young people that work the front don't seem to care about their actions.

I've lived in Moorpark for 8 years and somehow never tried this place, a friend recommended it and I'm so glad she did. You can order ahead, food is made fresh to order and the meat and veggies are all very fresh. Noodles are so good, not sure what they do different than other Chinese places, but definitely the best noodles I've ever had. read more

The Hot n Sour soup was very good. The entree however needed lots of help. The green beans n chicken had a mix of old and fresh green beans. The white rice was sticky. It's better to order freshly made rather than what's on display. read more

This family owned restaurant serves freshly made food every time and it tastes very good. The owners are always there to give you service with a smile and they truly care about you as a customer and neighbor. Every time I visit them, I feel like I am actually going to there home instead of a restaurant. The pace is clean always. It's a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. I recommend their food. Everything is tasty. Whenever I have a cold, they are my go to for soup because after eating the Wor wonton soup I feel so much better. My husband and I love all their menu choices. Try them, you will like the experience. read more

Great food!! Always tastes fresh and alot of food for the money. There combo meals are huge and the sweet and sour chicken is sooo good!

Had a job in the area, was starving and stopped here on a whim. Usually, Asian places that are set up like Panda Express have food that does the job. Panda Fresh, on the other hand, does the job while giving you a foodgasm. The Kung Pao Chicken was among the best I've experienced, good amount of spice while being able to taste the quality of the chicken. Orange chicken, which is hit or miss everywhere, was an absolute grand slam here. Right amount of sauce and tenderness. The noodles were damn good as well. My lone gripe would be the Coke tasted like Pepsi ): read more

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING: I've never been more disgusted in my life. Not only was the food bad but there was a MAGGOT in my Mushroom chicken. Crazy thing is the lady and chef working had the audacity to say it was my fault and that it came from outside or somewhere else. IMPOSSIBLE!!! This MAGGOT was at the bottom of my box and I had to pull it up to the lid to get a clean picture . The lady working did not seem remorseful or anything , in fact she was actually giving me attitude . The lady then went over to the cash register and smiled at me saying I was lucky , which made no sense to me. She handed me my 7.25$ back in cash, and I paid with a card so even that was weird. Then she quickly threw away the box that had the MAGGOT on it and covers all the metal dishes that hold the food. I got food poisoning the very next day and for everyone's sake YOU SHOULD NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the trouble and just get Panda Express or in n out . SIMPLE!! read more
