This location is clean, delicious and filling. With $7 for a plate the prices aren't bad at all. The lines do get rather long but that just goes to show how many people enjoy this location. read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Turlock, California

They have the friendliest employees here. I was helped by a young girl named Rosa and she was so friendly and nice when serving me. She definitely deserves recognition, the rest of the staff wasn't as friendly as her. She also spoke Spanish which was very helpful! read more

I used to like panda because of the chow main , but the last 2 times I bought it, it was not cook at all , they should pay attention to that

I give them 3 stars because they try their best to give good customer experience. Friendly staff. It can really change your attitude towards this place with a friendly welcome. read more

Unbelievably slow..... always running out of food.... these folks don't care. You better order online and give it 20 min after the ready time. read more

This particular Panda Express for some reason cannot get there Orange Chicken right (you'd think they would know how to make it considering it is Panda's most popular dish). I usually only go to the Panda on Scenic/Oakdale in Modesto which is always good. Maybe the cooks need to get some cross-training done with that location to figure out how to make this dish right. Do yourself a favor and ask to taste the Orange chicken before selecting it as one of your dishes at this location. read more

Wish I would of check reviews before going not only did the food taste like shit their customer service from all the employees was shit! Won't be returning nor recommend!!! ZERO STARS!!!!! Yelp makes me put one. read more

Five Rivers in Livingston is way better food. Ask for the owner Nick. Very polite & will guarantee your orders will be top notch. Punjab express has food that is either slightly burnt or taste microwaved read more

They don't fill your food All the way! I wish I could cuss on here to express my dissatisfaction!

2 out of the past 3 times they have forgotten one of my entrees. Its not even busy right now with all the virus scare going around and they still mess up putting food into a plate. Last time I go to this location read more

I recently went into Panda Express and I got the steak and shrimp combo it's new on the menu and it costs a little extra. I sampled the steak and was impressed so I got the dish! When I brought my food home i noticed that there was not even any shrimp and barely steak the whole plate was filled with the potatoes and veggies! If I'm paying more for the entree I expect to at least taste some more of it I'm my plate! Panda needs to work on their portions and stop ripping people off! If I'm paying 10 for food to enjoy and I'm not even getting to taste the food it's inconvenient! Food is great their portions just suck. Fix I went back and I can't believe it's been a year since this review and NOTHING HAS BEEN CHANGED!!! It's ridiculous the amount of money we are getting charged for now low quality food and less of it! Not only was the staff rude they're food was stale and cold! My chow mein was broken and barley any noodles! Ridiculous! I don't think I'll be returning! read more

I decided to treat the family with chinese night, and spent over $50. First let me tell you how dam disgusting there food is here. It used to be good, like the chow mein had onions, celery, and cabbage in it and good seasoning, but now it's a big pile of tasteless ramen noodles, their broccoli beef has a bad smell to it, it smelled up my whole car, it was disgusting also, the egg rolls tasted like mystery meat rolls. You have gone down the drain, and I will not waste another dime for food here. Had to give a 1 star, but you deserve none. Your disgusting food is no more. read more

Good food and variety. Reasonable price. Its a casual place to eat out with friends and family, and I like bringing my grandchildren here when they're with me. It gets really busy in the evenings for dinner, so plan in advance. read more

Where to begin... 1) The noodles are now small, dry, and bland. The only flavor from them is overwhelming celery. 2) The serving sizes of the entrees have decreased, sadly. 3) The Beijing beef was very dry. 4) MOST disturbingly, the Orange Chicken (which I have always liked and ordered): It tastes horrible! The taste is so unlike any food in general, that it's hard to describe! It's almost like the chicken was dipped in a bucket full of chlorine! That's how strong it is. Enough to keep me from ever returning again. read more

Came in order food during the food rush, went fast and smoothly as they can. Food was good as panda is. I respect the cook, the workers that help me and the cashier. But what left me a bad taste in my mouth is when I didn't cut in line infront of the cashier, I asked a different panda employee CASSANDRA, who was refilling the forks/knives, if I can have soy sauce and hot sauce packets and she said to me in a rude comment "the cashier can help you with that". So you couldn't walk 5 steps to get it for a costumer? You prefer for me to go to the cashier while she is ringing up 10 people? Is this a family friendly/costumer service suppose to be? read more

Standing in line for over 40 minutes after designated time of pick up to Pu order is unacceptable, don't do this location, worst panda of all I've been too. Never had a bad Panda experience at any location accept this one. read more

So after a 15 hour shift and driving to Livingston to pick up little one, I decided to have panda for dinner, I thought about stopping at the location there, but decided Turlock location always tastes better, like always long line and a 20 min wait for my food, I patiently waited, and when food was ready the girl called me and handed me the bag, didn't ask me if I wanted teriyaki sauce to go with my teriyaki chicken, so I asked if I could have some and then she says "we are all out as you can see"... really!? I was beyond tired and didn't want to argue so I left, I get home and ready to eat when I realize I didn't get my cream cheese Rangoon's I ordered! I'm pissed at this point.... I'm done with this location, should have stopped at the other location read more

Best Panda around. Always a long line but it goes fast. Fresh Chinese food ... always clean. Best cooks .. my go to Chinese food.

Ive had been craving panda express for the past month and been here every other day.. I STILL HAVE YET TO EAT. The line is always wrapped around all the seating 45 min wait to eat and luckily you even get a seat for people inline to stand next to your table and glare at you eat. Simply to many people trying to eat panda. They need to expand. Horrible experience at lunch time or 5-8pm, i simply turn around now when i see the line read more

very ashamed of the business practice that was going on at Panda Express tonight got there around 9:30 and there was no food at all inside of the display case very upset because of the fact they usually always have a smorgasbord of Chinese food ready to be served and ready to go I would never use this place again due to the fact the people were rude and there was no food to eat my name is Terry Fleming Anna from Turlock California read more

Food is usually fine, nothing too special besides a good or bad day. The reason it's rated so low is because they don't care about the like of customers in their store, even if it's looping around tables in the way of customers eating. They prioritize mobile orders, I can be at the front of the line and they will tell me to wait so they can package and send out 4 plates before mine. If your entree of choice gets used up just before you're turn because you had to wait for stupid mobile orders first I'm sorry because you also have to wait another 10 minutes. Now I wouldn't care that much if I wasn't doing anything but this is the only place I can eat near me due to dietary restrictions, I had to spend a little over half my lunch time in that store, 30+ minutes! This place isn't bad and the staff is nice but please stop the mobile orders during lunch and dinner rushes, it's unfair to the people waiting in line IN store! read more

Dear Panda, The name was so cute, most people were attracted to your name. When we think of good Chinese food. and tender bamboo shoots that was back then. Have you been in a Panda Express restaurant lately? Have you ordered green bean chicken lately? The beans are no longer green, it chews like sugar cane. That's what the main dish is about is the green beans. When you want to give your jaws a break, and you want to have tender piece of chicken. You better have a spoon, because it's ground chicken thigh. Better yet have you tried the chow mein? Where the cabbage has no leaf to it. It's the stock what the farmer threw out to the pig. If you don't have dental insurance, take my advice for good Chinese food, go for the local Chinese restaurants. They have more love, tenderness and your friendship. If you can't afford good Chinese food? Then go to the market buy yourself a bag of already chopped vegetables, put it in the microwave for a few seconds, put a packet of soy sauce that's already in your kitchen somewhere. You will get the asian taste, you save yourself a bundle of money and a trip to Panda Express. Try it with your friend and see if they know any different, unless they are an expert on Chinese food. Is it not what Chinese food about is the green and healthy not saturated with precooked oil, residue in the frypan. Next time think about your health and money. I use to have good memory on Panda Express, now I have 3split memory of Panda the following: the prices went up, green is yellow, health is down. Look at your local Chinese restaurant nearby and say 'hello' to them from you and me for the love of Chinese food. Sincerely, Michael Beydoun/ Sheryl Sasaki Look for me Michael Beydoun for critiques of other places read more

I wish I stop in modesto. I keep hope they change. Why can't they get it together. This place is consistently slow. Today is the worst I've seen it. It's 6:45 and of course it's busy, but they are taking order and people are still waiting. Still WAITING. How long do you wait before you leave and go to CHINA CAFE . Still waiting. 12 people in front of me. They are looking around like there exhausted. It's Sunday and I feel like I'm at the DMV. Ok I could leave but now my 30 minute invested. Everyone at home are waiting! So I'm typing til l can order. Hope the food it even worth it . No one work has a since of urgency. Maybe they need more then three people serving food on days like this? Maybe more cooks. 6 people in front of me. Maybe people need like me should yelp there services and they will here us and get it together. Some people just left. Lol. 3 people and a family of 4 are ahead of me I like the Panda Express on Mitchell and Hatch Rd. Super fast and well trained staff. The Panda Express in Atwater is awesome too. 2 people ahead of me read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Turlock, California

Customer service terrible! I'm so disappointed in how I was treated and when I'm there all the time buying food on my lunch breaks and being late going back from lunch not being able to eat my lunch at all! I went and ordered online. And note I was going at least 2 times a week so I ordered online and when I get there I waited 30 minutes to an hour for my food after I ordered it and of course all the food I ordered wasn't there I ended up getting 2 pieces of orange chicken in a kids meal and they weren't big pieces of chicken they were little pieces and then when I asked why I only got two pieces of chicken. The person working the counter said "that is what you paid for and that's all you get" I looked At the server In shock and confusion on why the person behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful! so I won't be going there for a while until they have their team trained properly and they learn to treat their customers better than that especially when they are regular customers in there buying there plates and side dishes!!!! read more

We have had Panda Express throughout the Western United States. It is usually safe and satisfying. This location had the worst line and worst food of all of them. The rice was undercooked and the entrees were poor tasting. The food was so bad, we will not be eating at another Panda Express for a long time. It was that bad. If I could give zero star ratings, I would. read more

An absolute circus! I went to this panda to do a $13 DoorDash order and when I got through the door they told me "we're working on it right now", I thought they would bring it out in a few minutes, I ended up sitting there for almost a whole HOUR! And 6 times in a row they walked up and asked me Who is the customer again? 6 TIMES! And then on the 6th time they call me over and had me show them the phone! And they wrote the order down on a piece of paper! Then I was thinking "You mean to tell me that you haven't prepared this DoorDash order this whole time?!?!?!" The manager was even doing the same thing! The customer and I were messaging each other about it and she said she's thinking about canceling it and she asked me if she should, because this is not fair to me and her, and on top of that it wasted my valuable time for more orders! I was then writing to her to tell her to cancel it and right when I was about to hit send! they then bring the order out! And I was pissed and I told him the customer was just about to cancel the order, and they shrugged and we're like "Ok", like It didn't matter to them! Careless! thats what they are!! So in the end I got the order to the customer successfully and it was a long drive, and she was kind enough to give me a bigger tip for all the inconvenience, so for my future and any other customer or delivery drivers future, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The staff is lazy! inconsiderate! irresponsible! And very unprofessional! They do not care about anyone else's time! They f***ing suck!!!! read more

The food always tastes good at this Panda Express I'm always satisfied! If something is out there usually isn't a long wait for it. Always long lines but the workers do a great job getting through it. The employees are always nice and clean (what is nice to see in a food establishment). I think in all the time I've been there the dining area was only dirty once, I love how clean it's kept all the time I almost always see a worker cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors. One of my favorite Panda Express. Should definitely stop by if you're going through Turlock :) read more

Ordered on line with the app. It changed my time to a later pick-up. Came in 15 minutes early before a line out the door started forming and was told I would have to wait. While I have waited for my FAMILY sized order, at least 15 people have been served. Now being told I have to wait for an entree that they had plenty of when I walked in. read more

My Fiancée and I went to panda in Tulock (her favorite) We where standing in line as the person next us notcied a bug crawling in the chow mien. I point this out to the lady serving us. She casually reacher her hand in the pan and pulled out the but and threw it on the floor then looked stragiht at as asking what we wanted to eat (as if this was a normal practice). It grossed us out, we walked out and they went on serving the next in line. Will never go back again. read more

Normally, I would give Panda Express 4 stars because of the long lines and some of the employees are rude (because they're tired and have been there through both the lunch and dinner rush) but this particular experience sticks out. I was having a particularly good day and Alex, the girl working at the cash register, made it so much better. You could tell that even though she had been there for a while that she was giving her all and even cheering up her co-workers with her can-do attitude. When I came to the register to pick up my order, she politely told me it wasn't finished yet (unlike some other experiences I've had) and went on with other customers. Many of the customers preferred to speak in Spanish and she was obviously fluent in the language. So for this amazing service that I've had not just this time, but for the past few times going to Panda Express, I will be giving Panda Express on Monte Vista 5 stars! read more

everytime i come here there is always a big wait time to order. the ladies are always talking and dont bother to care for customers or there is always 3 ppl working on rush hour. I rather drive to the drive thru one in modesto and there service is much faster. read more

By far the slowest service out of all restaurants in turlock. Waited over an hour to get my food. When we got to the counter to order they were out of string bean chicken and then we waited another 15 minutes. Poir service on top of that! Not ever coming back here again! read more

so I used to go her once a week and get dinner for me and my husband but I will never go to this location again. I could a toe nail in my egg roll. I get a hair sometimes might fly into the food but I toe nail has to be put into it! never again! read more

This location is always out of food at the most busiest times of the day. The cashiers are rude and don't even have enough common sense to move along and ring up customers who's food is ready. Instead they stand there and stare waiting for customers orders that are not ready backing up the whole line. Common sense people....... And the outside tables were disgusting. read more

I have had very good experiences with the customer service here. My friend and I eat here close to 3 times a week because of it. The workers care about how the customers experience and make it the best they can. The workers that stand out to me the most are Maria and Sam. They both treat us very nice and respectfully. read more

It's Panda Express...Just like all the others. Consistent food quality, portions and service. The only down side is that sometimes the line is long, and you have to wait for them to cook things when they run out. Nothing earth shattering. I feel guilty eating here because I would rather support local business. Nevertheless, I keep coming back because the food is always fresh (since it's busy) and consistent (because they have specific recipes to follow.) I've gotten tired of being served day old rice from my local Chinese place. Maybe someday I'll find a decent local place. Until then, Panda it is! read more

Maria at the register is very rude. All the other employees are nice and helpful. I don't appreciate being treated with attitude because I was not inform my food was not ready and needed to continue to wait after I had paid. I asked for a refund since I was never inform I needed to wait. Maria rolled her eyes and yelled for a refund. Her customer service was ridiculous. read more

My daughter is obsessed with Panda, so we had lunch at this location this past weekend. The line was CRAZY here (but I'm not too surprised since Panda really is awesome and people always take their SWEET time to order). The chow mein tasted burned and the facility itself was filthy. I couldn't believe how nasty it was, but I'm sure it's because of how busy it was. My daughter liked her food, but I just can't agree. I've tasted better from Panda. read more

I waited 30 minuets in line .just for Cassandra to be rude and make horrible faces at every customer. I hadn't eaten all day and when I got home to eat , the food was horrible the Orange chicken tasted like onion . It was genuinely the worst thing I've ever eaten . Honestly might have food poisoning. read more

The line gets pretty long. I've been to a lot of crappy panda express and I never go back to them. But this panda express actually cooks the food right there. Nothing is dry or been sitting there too long. I'm guessing the food doesn't sit there too long cause a lot of people go there. The weekends it gets really really busy there. Weekdays I've only seen it packed during lunch. The customer service is awesome. Very friendly. I order the fried rice with a side of kung pao chicken and a side of mushroom chicken. Taste great. Chow mein sucks. I'm sorry but it does lol. Oh yeah this is the cleanest panda express I have ever seen too lol read more
