I visited Panda Express on December 16th between approximately 7:00 and 7:10 PM and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Yaneath. From the beginning of the interaction, her demeanor was rude and unwelcoming. She avoided making eye contact, gave dismissive and unfriendly looks, and appeared visibly irritated while assisting me. When I politely asked for a sample, her response was rude, and she did not engage in any form of basic customer service or courtesy in solving my customer service request. There was no effort to be helpful, friendly, or professional, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. Based on her behavior, it appeared that this type of conduct may not have been addressed previously. An employee who interacts with customers in this manner would typically have been corrected or coached. This concerning behavior leads me to think she has gotten away with this in the past. It was concerning to experience such a lack of accountability. Many people need jobs and would love a job at Panda Express and to be wasting a position for someone who does not take her customer service seriously needs to be addressed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed to ensure better customer experiences in the future. read more

Watch out! They don't accept pennies anymore. So they will ask you before hand to round up. Well they are pocketing the change into their pockets . I can pay my change without using pennies! This was my first time at a Panda Express. It was good. Inexpensive meal. I got the fried rice and black pepper angus steak. It was good, I'm not sure it is worth the premium price. I think I would been just as happy with broccoli beef. I got the bowl. It was a good portion size for one person for dinner. The dish arrived surprisingly hot. I had doubts as it had to go around the counter before it got to me uncovered. We are there. Seating was plentiful and the restrooms are clean. All I'm all a good experience. read more

Lots of good stuff here but in my last visit I had Beijing Beef it was overcooked and dry I understand it was a new cook or mistake but maybe fix it by adding a little more butter or something!!! Brianna needs to work on her customer service skills. I waited 10 minutes for a fresh order of noodles. They already packaged my other food so that got cold. When the order was ready, no "thank you for waiting" or "sorry about the wait" or any acknowledgment that my other items were now cold. read more

The reviews don't do the place justice for their upstanding customer service. I am a regular and the food there is as you expect from Panda Express when it comes to their delicious Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. The food is what you would expect at Panda Express. Pretty good. The service here is very good, very fast. They get you in and out. The ambiance is a little boring but expected at a place like Panda Express. I recommend this location for a quick bite to eat, however there is no drive thru. read more

I ordered online. When I went inside to pick up the staff seemed stressed and not friendly at all. I walked up to the register to wait for my order I noticed the floor area had been flooded and towels on the floor. No wonder the staff was stressed!! I took my order home to eat, the food was good but would have been better with some condiments. Next time I order (because I will) I will make sure I get soy sauce too!! Bad experience at this restaurant. The orange chicken was all batter and not chicken. The name says orange chicken and not orange batter. I noticed the chow mein was nothing but vegetables and not noodles. My poor 6 year old even complained saying it was mostly vegetables. Her exact word, "Daddy all it is is salad and not noodles." I had to share my rice with her since the chow mein lacked noodles. I had to share my meal with my daughter. Way to kill my dinner panda. Pretty disappointing for Panda. Honestly, the customer service is terrible besides a few nice girlies. I haven't ordered at this Panda location for years, and I just recently stopped by the other day. I totally understand and obey the face COVERING mandate issues by the state of California. Panda, that mandate is for a face COVERING not a mask and when we went to pick up our order to take home we were told no, we had to have a mask. They would not be accommodating and bring the already paid for order to the door, or set the order out on a table for us to get. Now, we had to drive home, get the masks and return to get our cold food. It is horrible that you could not see another way to get us our food. Not that you care but I will NEVER come to ANY Panda Express ever again. *update* When we finally were able to get our meal and drive home the picture below shows what was written on our box. I ordered a plate from a Mexican girl with glasses that was working in the front, she got the order totally wrong, when I brought it up to her she argued with me what she thought I ordered, like I was the wrong one here. We are paying for good food and excellent service. No Customers = No Money = No Jobs The 7 years I have of managerial experience under my belt - You never reply like that when dealing with a customer, they are always right no matter what the situation is. I want to start out by saying that I love panda express. I'm not sure how other panda express are run, but the turlock ca on Monte vista site is in need of good management. I ordered on line at noon. My pick up time was 12:30. I had to wait until 1pm outside before I got my order, which by the way they got that wrong. I had to go in 3 times before they gave me my order. I was not the only one waiting. There were people waiting since 11:45 am we all got our food at around the same time. The staff only cared about the walk ins since they didn't have their money yet. Who cares about the ones who ordered and paid before them. MY SUGGESTION TO THE MANAGER: put someone in charge of the on line orders so they are done in an orderly and timely manner. It's actually possible to serve us on liners since we give you 30 minutes to fill the order. read more

I went in an hour before closing, and I ordered a bowl of chow mein, teriyaki chicken, and 2 chicken egg rolls. First she gave me the chow mein which was at the bottom of the pot, and it had almost no noodles at all, only vegetables but I didn't realize till I got my food. Then, I admit she hooked it up with the chicken and gave me a lot but it was chewy and was either sitting there for a really long time or it was undercooked so I didn't eat it anyway. Last two visits have been a big disappointment. Both times were odd times for eating, yet I stood in line for a very long time. The first of these two times left me wondering where the Chicken was in my double order of Chicken and Mushroom. Actually mushrooms were pretty skimpy too. Lots of the zucchini!
