Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Sioux City, Iowa

Food was delicious and fast service. Staff was friendly and answer all my questions. Place was clean

They are always always out of their food , They say it will take 5-10 minutes to wait then ends of taking 20 minutes . VERY rude customer service and they do not give good portions of food they give little . read more

Today in the morning I took my family to eat Panda express, it was one of our options that we had in mind! We finally decided to arrive. Entering we were shocked! Trash trash everywhere.. all tables dirty! Even the employees walking over it... some of them seemed to be having a good time on their phone! This store definitely needs to change managers. The food was the only good experience because it was delicious but I don't think I'll go back. When I was about to pay, the person who seemed to be in charge arrived, looking in a bad mood! If you are not happy in your job, just change it and don't have a hateful face. Smile read more

Service is terrible... never have items on the menu especially during the evening hours. I always have problems when I go here.

I could never get tired of this place even though it's fattening.. FATTENING. Orange chicken is pretty close to one of my favorite things on the planet aside from pizza. I wish they sold bottles of the sweet and sour sauce. read more

Order a meal through the drive thru, got home and it had very little portion and was not fresh pretty dead on arrival. Called and spoke with the manager and return the food but she wood not refund for the one meal so left the meal on the counter . Very rude and unprofessional, made me feel uncomfortable and will not return . read more

Drive thru is always down. Food is always cold or extremely dry. This is definitely the worst place to get Chinese food in town.

food was terrible today! oranged chicken was even more spicy than usual! alot of tables dirty and trash everywhere!! Manager looks careless because they like to be walking around with hands inside pockets!! worse service ever read more

I will definitely never set foot in that restaurant again!! I was there around 7 and the inside was totally disgusting garbage everywhere and the manager was so rude . SHe almost threw my food at me. The workers are literally the same!!!would never come back!!!! read more

Today was the first time I've ever been to this Panda Express location. I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but I wasn't expecting this either. My very first bite of chicken was pink and slimy. I spit it out and realized I had just eaten very undercooked chicken. I went inside and asked for a new meal. I got one with no hassle. The boy who helped me was very kind and respectful. I went home hoping for the best but now (hours later) I am already dealing with an upset stomach. Thanks a lot, Panda Express :) read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Sioux City, Iowa

The food here is streaky. Sometimes good and others mediocre at best, but the worst part is I have never been in when the staff seem motivated, have any desire to be there, or actually do anything quickly. Often there are 15 minute waits in the drive through. read more

I only ever had Panda Express once in an airport somewhere and thought it was just fine. I'm a big fan of Chinese food so I was excited when Siouxland got a location. I got the Orange Chicken with lo mein. It was very, very tasty. I had a little too much onion in my lo mein than I would have liked, (the smell was a huge turn-off) but it was the first time trying the restaurant so I didn't know what would all be included. The chicken was wonderful. Not too much breading. Perfect amount of sauce. Great portion for my money. I'll just get rice next time instead of the lo mein because the onion was overpowering and I don't think they can make it with out it. I will ask if they can, but I enjoy rice as well. I don't love their packaged soy sauce. I like what I have at home a little better. It's not bad by any means, I just enjoy the flavor of a different brand a little more. Didn't it go in, only used the drive-thru. They were quick, nice, and food was hot and packaged well. Even included a fork, sauce, and plenty of napkins. My meal actually lasted me two days. read more

I've lived here for three years now... I've been here three times and not ate here once! Everytime something is wrong with drive through or whatever else so disappointing cause I love panda food. I work graveyard so don't have time to come in and sit or wait. Drive though being down or certain foods not available ruined my experience here. Maybe next year... read more

I've stopped by several times throughout the past 6 months and the drive-thru hasn't been open at all. Panda used to be my favorite place to go for fast chinese, but now I avoid it. I can't be bothered to go inside. I've been to better Panda establishments, I'm just a local, looking for quality and convenience. As far as I'm concerned, this establishment lacks both. You've lost me as a customer. read more

The food was excellent! My fists time eating here & I am very happy I did. Good Chinese food. Fast & easy. I will come back again soon! Also this place is cheap too! read more

I have tried and tried to give this place a chance. Strike 10 and I'm out! They often don't have what I'm hungry for, when they do- I STILL have to wait, they forget things on my order and when I go back they act like it's my fault. I've tried the online ordering and have had minimal luck with that. Waited 35 minutes after the app said my order would be ready. I enjoy Chinese but will sadly have to try someplace else to find it. I'm bummed because I know Panda could be good. read more

Literally the worst Panda Express known to man. Never open on time, close early, never have anything made. Always out of most common things people get. And the food I did get today was cold. When I say cold I mean COLD. They had to of left it over night or made it at 6am this morning. read more

Terrible service, got in the drive through line at 10:58am and they don't open till 11:00 told me they don't open till 11:00am I said that's fine I'll wait 2 minutes. They proceeded to tell me I can't wait there, because they don't open till 11:00am makes no sense. Lost a customer and won't be back 10/10 don't recommend read more

Went there for lunch. It was pretty expensive for what it is, other then that the food wasn't too terrible. Problem I had was the restaurant was very dirty. The bathrooms were very gross and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Also the tea tasted like it was old or something. I've eaten at the Panda Express in Omaha and loved it, but I don't think I'll go to the Sioux City store any time soon. read more

Here is my experience. This restaurant misses on all aspects of dining. They did not have two of the entrees that I would have eaten. Ok so I should settle for less. The place had a "garbage" like smell. Was it the food or a sanitation issue? Lastly, you have to stand there waiting for the poor staff to acknowledge you are there. There are many better fast food places nearby. read more

They forgot my cream cheese ragoons I got charged for them I was in the drive thru and the girl handed me the bag and I asked where they were and she said in the plate... not in the plate! read more

Mistakes happen...I understand, but using chicken that has gone bad CANNOT be excused. All the sauce in tha jar couldn't hide it. We frequent this restaurant often and have had issues in the past that have been forgiven. This time I gave my son his order and did not touch mine for a while after. By the time I smelled/tasted mine he had already dug into his. He said it tasted "off" but ate it anyway. Now I wait to see if he ends up with food poisoning. This is the one mistake I cannot forgive. If I can't trust the food being served then there's no reason to be there. read more

The place when I walked in smelled good and appeared clean. I ordered the Low Mien with fried rice and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was fine but the low mien and fried rice were both equally gross! They did not have all the food filled in the food display case and the service was extremely slow. I would not recommend eating here nor will we ever eat here again... read more

I love their food but every time I go there, something is wrong. I arrive 30 minutes before close and they don't have food available, they charge for extra food and then are rude about fixing it, I went yesterday, shortly after 11am (when they open) and they told me they weren't opening until 11:30 because they were short staffed? read more

Garbage. Tasteless. I've tasted better Chinese food that was boxed, frozen and microwaved.

Almost every time I have gone to eat here food has not been great. Got teriyaki chicken with white rice and steamed vegetables, the veggies were raw, no teriyaki sauce (even when I asked for it), and rice had clearly been in the cooker for a while because it was crunchy. I love Panda Express and have never had an issue until this store. read more

Ordered online, no problem...husband went to go pick it up and...they were closed?! It was 5:15pm and just 10 min after I had ordered online. So off to Chic-fil-a where they know what they are doing and food is good. read more

This place is terrible I ordered a 3 entrée meal with mix veggies in the drive-thru I received my order and drove home on the northside of Sioux City when I look at my order they didn't give me my mix veggies so I drove back and told them they forgot my mix veggies and I wanted a refund no apologies what so ever with the so call Manager standing nearby I use my card so it was refunded back on my card I drove about 6miles back for this . I will never go back again and will tell everyone I know not to go there also . With this type of service this place will be close in no time...smh read more

Food was cold, place smelled bad, music was too loud. I love panda express but I think this experience ruined the restaurant for me. Edit: They ran out of fortune cookies.... seriously? read more

I had to wait 15 mins for my food and when I did get it, it was wrong and cold. I love panda express but this one in particular is pretty bad. Doesn't help when the employees give you nothing but a bad attitude, thank God for that one guy who was kind enough to correct my order because I would have had a fit. read more

I love that the employees are quick to offer a sample of the food you are considering purchasing. Plus the opportunity to round up your purchase and use that as a donation. read more

Eaten here 2 times before and was good, and yes we have gotten lo mein here before even tho they say they don't have it. But went thru drive thru today and the service was bad, and the food was cold and tasted old. My chow mein noodles were soggy. My veggies in my chicken and mushrooms dish were gross. I guess I won't be going back there. read more

I like the food but it sometimes takes a while because there isn't enough help and they didn't give us our sauce we usually get because they usually ask if we want any, and they usually give us fortune cookies but that time they didn't. read more

I eat here frequently. Always friendly staff, food is consistent, they give out good portions (the majority of the time), waits are never too long, they offer free entres for quick online reviews. They have appeared to try to make things right when things go wrong. We've got a good selection of Chinese food in town and I still find myself choosing this place frequently above others that are more authentic. read more

I'm giving an extra star because I like the food and the servings are very generous so I will keep going back because I know they will eventually get it right. I keep filling out the surveys to let them know they are not up to par with other PEs on customer service. Service is so slow & trays are never up to compliance as they should all have at least 1-2 servings ready at all times. They never have enough help at the front. I have been there 7 times since they opened and it never changes. First time service was great, they were swamped with customers as they had just opened in 2015. read more

I'd give it 0 this place blows nothing fresh unless it's gone, wait is lengthy, been here 3 times to give it the benefit of the doubt. Nope still sucks don't do it go to the golden bowl. read more
