The guy waiting said no one had talked to him either. He said he'd been there for over half an hour just standing there. I felt bad for him. Then I did the same dang thing. Not one word was uttered to me or to the lady who came in after me to wait also. In the meantime, we watched these three people working take their sweet time, disappear into the back for a while, take phone calls, chitchat, seemingly take a little BREAK, and basically do everything excerpt be efficient or courteous.
