The food was a great portion of rice and beans and chicken in the burrito. The people are friendly and helpful and lots of people to help. The atmosphere is a modern vibe with modern music but also have chairs outside. read more

I'm going to stop coming here if my burritos SHRINK everytime for 15 dollars a meal... Just a thought give what we pay for read more

Great service ( maybe could smile a little more) great food best guacamole the side of the border!!

Chipotle in Sioux City is always a solid and consistent place we go to when we need a quick meal. This Chipotle is clean, quiet, and quick. I typically like to order ahead on my app while our family is on the go. They make it so easy to go in a pick up your order. We also eat a vegetarian diet and of course Chipotle is epic with their options for dietary restrictions and we love getting their tofu option for our protein. If you are looking for a quick and healthy meal - this Chipotle is always a win read more

I LOVED the Chipotle when I was living in Lincoln, NE. Super excited one came to Sioux City. Been here a small handful of times and it's always great. Never disappointed here. Place is clean, staff is super friendly and fun, prices are just right. I always go for a bowl. Extra sour cream!!!! read more

It's my first time at a chipotle but it was a good experience. It was a little off putting to walk into a restaurant that smelled like a pool house or aquarium, though. The staff was a little rushed and didn't wrap super well. Their rice was also a little crunchy and the meat was charred. read more

Two young girls during morning shift are rude. Wanna feel like an inconvenience? Come here and order!

People keep asking me why I keep coming back to this place. I tell them to try the chicken bowl and they will never ask again. That is my favorite thing to eat. I have the app on my i-Phone and i can order ahead of time and when I get there my food is ready. Now how cool is that? Real Cool. lol read more

It's too bad... Shorting customers their ingredients makes for a bad experience. If only there were a spoon which made burrito making consistent here ... THEN restaurant locations (such as this one) couldn't stiff customers on beef, beans & rice. Chipotle employee that laughed after I called you out on it, you're on my list. Consistent portions, is this too much to ask? At least Qdoba is less than a block away... They're very generous & deserve the business. read more

Came in at 8 to dine in. They said the lobby was closed. Very ridiculous. I asked for chicken and it looked like half the portion. You guys need to retrain your workers. ASAP read more

We were told we couldn't order without a mask when 3 kids in front of us without masks had just ordered. We thought the person was a little rude about it. That's fine with us. We won't be back. Frankly we are tired of this mask BS and are only going to support businesses who don't turn customers away for standing in the door waiting to be seated or waiting to order without a mask. This process takes few minutes. Anyone who thinks this rule makes sense is without sense. This happened on 02/15/2021. I believe the Govender lifted the mask mandate along with several other COVID related restrictions about a month ago. Like I said, my lunch crew spend our money elsewhere for lunch. read more

C'mon, Chipotle.... remember to add the guacamole to the vegie bowls. Please let your employees know it goes with the vegie bowl with no extra charge. read more

Great fresh ingredients. Good prices. Always clean and great atmosphere. Staff is great. Always a favorite for a healthy lunch. Easy to bring the whole family and find everyone something they can eat. read more

Chipotle is one of my favourite restaurants. I'm from Texas and they don't have one in Sioux falls, so it was nice to see one in Sioux City. The employees were nice and the food was delicious as always. It was neat to see that one of the employees went on break and was eating, a customer came in and immediately got up to help them. But another employee was kind enough and told her to sit down and he'd take care of them. Good experience. read more

Store recently opened end of march of this year, had a few hiccups the first time I was there on opening day like a guy not understanding why I didn't want a ripped tortilla with my burrito, but every time I have been there since it has been just as great as I expect from Chipotle, there were only lines through the dining room the first week, very good service, quick knowledgeable servers, steak is great and juicy. I like the chicken and steak the best, well seasoned too, I usually ask for extra rice also as the cilantro lime rice is so nice! Burrito bowl is a less cumbersome eating experience than the burritos also with generous portions. Clean store, ordering through smartphone app goes well too, you can set a pick up time 20 min or more in the future and when you come in go straight to the cash register, if they don't have it ready they will make it quick with the receipt between other orders super quick! read more

I went at a time that was a bit off peak, yet the staff was welcoming and attentive as they prepared my order. As always, the food is great. While I was eating, one of the staff walked by my table, rather than just walking by, she took the time to check how things were. It's a newer location and is very clean and efficient! read more

Best & most consistently impressive food & service I have ever had worldwide. Always friendly & welcoming, staff seem happy and always trying to impress customers. Food is always on point. Everything is clean and very relaxed. Highly recommend for a casual but delicious dining experience! read more

I always enjoy this place!! The staff always seem bubbly and inviting. They're more than generous with their portions. If you leave hungry it's your own fault!! read more

First timer!!! Loved the the service and the food was as good as I've been hearing! The atmosphere was simplistic and the music is very good, just a little to loud! And I can forgive the small mess because I did come right after the lunch rush!!! You did lose a star on the bathrooms....they were pretty bad, I'm hoping that it was just a busy lunch and you'll be getting to them soon!!! We will definitely be back!!! read more

The last 2 times I have been to chipotle once they didn't have chicken available that day and the next time the chicken was going to be ready in about 10 minutes. I like chipotle but the last 2 times I left disappointed because they were not organized enough to have ingredients ready. I was in a hurry the second time so luckily there was a quick Jimmy Johns down the road. I hope to see chipotle more prepared in the future or they may lose me as a customer. read more

Not sure what all the hype is about. The food is pretty average and it definitely not as healthy as people make it out to be. Employees are typically not very friendly. Too many better options in the area to come back and pay that much for a burrito. read more

I have mixed feelings about this location. The customer service, mainly the cashier, is pretty much on point as everyone is pretty nice here, but value is severely lacking at this establishment. As stated in a previous review the consistency of the portions are WAY off. I ordered a chicken bowl and it was pretty standard on what you'll get from any other Chipotle, but my partner ordered the same exact thing and I was baffled when I saw his bowl because there was BARELY anything there. I shouldn't be able to see the bottom of a bowl when no bites were taken. I understand it's not some fancy restaurant, but seriously... don't stiff your customers. The second time I ordered my bowl I received outstanding service from the cashier, I apologize I do not know her name, but when I sat down I found multiple hairs in my food. I have been to many Chipotle's and I just feel this one is lacking in comparison. Qdoba offers the same thing. I'll probably be giving them a try. read more

I was not impressed with the service or the food at this grill. I've eaten at a lot better chipotle grills. I just wont go back to this one.

first time at Chipotle, the worker spoke in barely audible tones and didn't identify each item. honestly this is why i never go to Chipotle, Qdoba has way more options for your meal choice. never going back to this Chipotle or probably any other. read more

I love love it. Great tasting NON GMO food. Great Management and environment. Oh and the chips and guac! Delicious!!!

yes I am weird I have never tried this place before. gave lunch a try today. this place was great. service, food and the place was clean. portion size was good also. the chips were a steal at $1.30. get your behind in and try this place. read more

Not recommended. Terrible store arrangement where you have to pass through the waiting line in order to get in line, and you will be waiting due to slow production and people simply walking in and assuming the line starts at the door, disregarding the thirty people behind them. The food itself is the same as every other chipotle, however they seem to have opted for gristle rather than the steak they used to serve. During my prolonged queue, I had time to note the filthy dining room and mass confusion behind the counter. I somehow ended up with the burrito I saw the guy in front of me order after it was all said and done. Big disappointment having been a long time chipotle fan. Fortunately there is a qdoba across the street. read more

The food at Chipotle is consistently my favorite but the staff at this location were extraordinarily friendly and gave exceptional service!
