My husband/son just got back from Chick Fil A Hamilton blvd Sioux City Ia. One of the nugget orders was grilled instead of the regular that they ord'd so they went back. Everything in the bag was cold by that time. Chick Fil A refused to replace everything only replacing the wrong nuggets. Cold nuggets & fries are so delicious. Chick Fil A at Southern hills Mall has always had such good service. Too bad the one on Hamilton does not. read more

I orders a macaroni and cheese and it not come with my order. I am deeply saddened by this and it just absolutely ruined my experience.

This place used to have usually great service while exceptional quality food for a fast food place. Unfortunately, the days of good service have been coming and going at this location. Last night on Monday the 13th, after my shift working at a department store about 7-10 minutes away from this location, I pulled into the drive-thru at around 9:10 PM, I ordered 12-count chicken nuggets, waffle fries, lemonade, and a peppermint chip milkshake - which I used the app to place my order and arrive to confirm my order. When I pulled up to the window to receive my order, they put in sauces that I did not include in my order, and since I don't usually have dipping sauces if I'm driving. After leaving, while I did receive the items I ordered and paid for, I checked the bag and noticed that they forgot to give me straws! Seriously?! How hard is it to give your customers straws for their drinks, especially when they're driving or riding? I tried calling the restaurant about the issue, nobody came to the phone to answer, so I left a voicemail - only to be cut off before I was able to finish. As soon as I got home, I left myself with no choice but to use the reusable straw and spoon for my lemonade and shake respectively. I then went on my personal computer and complained on the company's website about my experience. Today, this morning shortly before noon, I checked my personal messages and was given an extremely rude and unprofessional response from the owner of this particular establishment. The message I received from him was nothing but phony statements about me as a customer in general and misinterpreting my honest feedback about the bad service I received. I have had some bad experiences with this location in the past few years on occasion, but it has started to grow steadily worse. Two months ago, I've had an alert via the mobile app tell me that an order of mine would be delivered to me via curbside, but that two or more minutes passed and that nobody brought out my order like they promised; which I then called to ask why it was taking so long despite the promise, and the manager on duty I spoke to had an attitude and was really nasty and rude. Nowadays, they have longer wait times to bring out your order and their drive-thru lines are constantly backed up. Honestly, to hire employees who act like they don't have a good education and for management to overreact and brush off customer complaints? Don't go to this location! This Chick-fil-A needs new management and its customer service standards are going downhill. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in and examine these stores like this for having subpar service and inadequate training of employees and change ownership of this location for the better. read more

To be honest I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A that disappoints. They are so great a being on point at all their locations (and since I travel for work - I know)! My family and I end up here usually after late afternoon/night activities. We are vegetarians so we opt always for the iconic waffle fries. They are always hot and crispy - just the way we like them. We also enjoy their egg and cheese biscuit in the morning for breakfast before school. It's delicious (worth the calories and carbs - do you feel me?) ‍ This Chick-Fil-A is awesome and is soooooo busy because of it. They usually have a drive through line all the way out in the road right before closing time. It's quite amazing. The staff is friendly and is always working hard and fast. I. Love. Chick-fil-A. The indoor mall location is awesome, and the outdoor individual is awesome. Food is always amazing. It's fresh, hot, fast! The waffle fries are amazing. And if you haven't ever had the Chick-fil-A sauce...you're missing out. This is one of the few places in the universe that I will sit in the car and wait in a line for. Never, ever had a bad meal. If you're from out of town and aren't familiar with this chain.....eat here. More than once! I personally love the nuggets. Milkshakes are super good as well. I never write reviews, but today I must give credit where credit is due. It's been forever since I've been to Chick-fil-A, and even longer since I've used their app to order my food. To add to this, today is one of the worst days for weather. It feels like a hurricane storm. I put my order in, and didn't wait long at all before the girl came out in the middle of the pouring rain to hand me my order. As I was about to pull away I realized I didn't ask for a catch-up. So I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty. I asked if I could just slip around the side through the drive-through window and pick up some catch-up. They were really busy with a line wrapped around. The manager insisted that he could come to me with the catch-up, and he did just that in this awful weather. I realize this doesn't sound like much but when you've had a hard day at work and the weather makes everything worse you appreciate the small things. Chick-fil-A is so popular here, they built one five minutes from the first one. This one is stand alone outside the mall, the other is inside the mall. Both are still going strong. Service is very personal and top notch. Every fast food restaurant should take notice of everything Chick-fil-A does right. It is always very busy, but offers quick and friendly service. The employees are extremely polite, even going around to tables asking if they can refill your drink. The yearly calendar is an excellent deal, paying for itself after the 2nd month. Another great lunch at Chick-fil-A. When I pulled up both lanes of the drive thru were backed up to the entrance from the street. Since I had time I decided to go inside. I got my order placed and delivered to my table within a minute. After finishing my meal I was able to get my drink refilled before heading out to finish my afternoon. read more
