Also being hungry took a Bite of the French Fries that were cold and stale even after coming straight from their kitchen, dog food when I got home. I was here the other day and would like to say that the service was not the best. I ordered and everything was fine, I got back out to my car and looked in the box and they had completely messed up my order. I then walked back in and asked if I could have my order fixed and they said "I'm sorry but I think you have to put in a whole new order and pay for it" with this being said I should have gotten a refund for the order they messed up and gotten what I had asked for in the first place. My experiences here just get worse and worse with time. Ordered to-go on Sept. 28th, 2019. My husband won a gift card at a golf outing so we decided to spend it. The food took a good while to get, but they were slammed with football watchers. I waited around 20min longer than my online order said. Husband's wings turned out just the way he wanted. Mine however... Ordered 6 boneless parm. garlic and 6 traditional baked with mild sauce on the side. I received 6 boneless medium and only 5 traditional that had next to no sauce on them and they were burnt to sh*t. I knew I should have checked my order before I left. And they gave me fries...I didn't order fries...and I didn't see an additional charge for them so, thanks? (The fries were shriveled up and cold. And 0 seasoning on them.) Usually it is my boyfriend and I coming in. Today I work this evening and stopped by to grab dinner before heading to work. I did a mobile order and decided to use my rewards. I must've had a user error and my bank told me about the amount that I spent and I thought this doesn't seem right. So when I arrived I let the really sweet lady behind the counter know and she fixed it. I was definitely ready to accept the amount and not be upset about it at all! We've gotten to-go from BWW a few times since COVID. The experiences haven't been great. On both occasions we waited an average of 20 minutes past our pick up time to get our food... And it wasn't at peak meal times or during sporting events. Today we were told "they're just packing it up!" And proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. The wings themselves are tiny. I'm not sure if that's something they do for to-go orders or what! Pitiful. Last month we also got an order of nachoes and they were basically plain chips with a scant drizzle of cheese. I said you know my name was before them right for the same amount of people right? He asked for my name again and he says "oh we quoted them a shorter time". How does that even make sense??? We ordered a 10 piece, 2 different flavors....these were dry, popcorn chicken bites at best. It wasn't even like it was a few bad ones, all 10 were this size and not even covered in sauce. When we got our food we saw that a lot of our food was missing ingredients the Avocado bacon burger did not have any Avocado, the cheese curd burger did not have any cheese curds. Keep in mind this is my first Yelp review. I am a person who has sent positive letters regarding businesses directly to management and have never written a complaint letter. We arrived with 2 groups of two waiting before us. There were at least 5 tables within eyesight that were empty but had not been bussed. We did not complain and still left our server a 20% tip because MIKAEL was a hustler. None of our negative experience was anything he could have prevented. He was literally the only staff person we saw MOVING and moving fast to try and take orders/serve his guests, bus his tables, rush to the kitchen to find food, and cash out his tables. I know the service industry is struggling to find staff but they have to do better. Management should have been out pitching in wherever they could, including bussing tables. MIKAEL deserves a raise. We ordered three appetizers fried pickles chips and salsa and onion rings the onion rings we're almost cold, the chips are homemade and delicious, but the salsa is straight marinara and they throw a tablespoon of pico de gallo on top. Also they brought the fried pickles and about four of them were all raw and gooey...undercooked. The entrees came and my daughter had ordered wings and fries and the fries were so salty, I was able to use one fry and scrape off the salt to use on my salad!...and there was still salt on the fry! Ok so the pickles they did bring another out, but the waitress, Selena, told my daughter, "that's a normal amount of salt," and walked away! She never did come back to refill our drinks, and my daughter never got to enjoy her fries, but even after we were all done and obviously the phrase weren't touched she never did ask was everything OK. The first time we had legitimately 7 fries with our meal and the second time I ordered a grilled sandwich and a "side salad" that they thought would consist of 10 pieces of lettuce and half a tomato after I told them no tomato's. So I decided to go to my local Buffalo wild wings that day I didn't feel like driving and I ordered from a third-party delivery company. Not only were they super late, the food was cold, they forgot some food, and their delivery price was outrageous. So I called Buffalo wild wings and they went above and beyond to make it right.. and even took care of things with zuppler.. I have dealt with multiple people at the store but I must say that one of the managers BRAD is so genuine and selfless that he has made me a customer for life at BWW. I keep coming back to this BWW and am disappointed every time. They have failed epically with maintaining door dash. They seem to keep taking to go orders even though they cannot handle it. If you can't keep up don't keep taking orders and making people wait. Wanted to get some quick take out for a relaxing evening and here I wait. Listen man, I came here for the by one get one free wings on Tuesdays and it took forever for us to get our food, which is fine, I expect it to go that way when a promo is going on. My problem was that my wings were halfway sauced. I am a man of flavor and culture, therefore I frown upon any shortage of sauce. I complained about it and when they brought it back it looked like they just poured sauce on top of them instead of tossing them like normal. My family comes to this location a few times a month and most of the time it's a great experience. We like it because our kids can be loud and distracted with the TVs, and the food is usually good. We've been frustrated though that it always takes an additional 20 minutes for my husband to get his wings after my chicken wrap and son's hamburger have been delivered. I understand that different types of food take different amounts of time, but without fail, every time he has to wait for his and I feel bad. The waiter also forgot to bring us the ranch and celery we ordered, but brought some after we reminded him. Tonight my classic chicken wrap was probably the worst it's ever been. I asked for no tomato (which thankfully they did leave them out this time. It's happened before that they put in EXTRA tomato) and asked for extra lettuce. That was completely neglected because there was only a few shreds of lettuce in the whole wrap. The majority of the wrap was sauce and tortilla. Very little chicken and cheese. I didn't want to ask for it to be remade though because I had already waited 20 minutes after getting it for my husband to get his food and this was turning into a really long experience for my kids to handle.
