Reuben Sandwich, Cheese curds, and a Root Beer to wash it all down. #yum
Art T.

It was my first time coming here with some friends. Its a nice little fast food joint. The restaurant has a nice family atmosphere and the employees are very nice and hospitable. I ordered the Reuben Sandwich and replaced my fries with the Cheese Curds. Let me tell you, those cheese curds were AWESOME. To wash it down, I had a root beer. I can't remember what brand it was, but it was AWESOME too. I was happy, I was satisfied...until we meet again Culvers...until we meet again.

I love their double deluxe cheeseburger. Especially when I have a coupon buy one get one free. The fries are better than McDonalds.

I come out to Sioux City every couple of years to see my sister's family, so it was nice to see…read morethat the food scene is expanding here. I love getting boba tea on a hot day so we came here for lunch on a Monday afternoon. There wasn't anyone else dining in, so there wasn't a line or the time to buy to scope the menu, but that was okay. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful with suggested sandwiches that she likes and that are popular. The space was also cute and well decorated, so it would be a nice place to sit and have lunch, but we were on a mission and had to get our orders to-go. I was surprised to see that they had traditional bahn mis on the menu complete with pâté. Even in Austin (where I live), places will Americanize the sandwiches by not including pâté. So, I got one of those and a Thai tea with boba. You can tell the boba is prepared fresh because the boba had a nice chew to them and they're warm. (If you didn't know, the tapioca pearls are simmered in a simple syrup first before you add them to the tea.) The tea itself wasn't too sweet, which I found welcoming, but if you are looking for the highly sweetened condensed milk flavor of a standard Thai tea, you won't find that here. The traditional banh mi had a great flavor to it, but my only complaint is that it seemed light on the meat compared to what I'm used it. I would definitely come back and try some other tea flavors or even the Korean corn dogs. I was shocked to see them on the menu and didn't notice until it was too late. If you're an adventurous eater, I'd suggest checking those out sometime!

We were here in Sioux City on a business trip and found this restaurant near our hotel; so, we…read morewalked over to try it. And we were happy that we took that chance! The restaurant is decorated well and the ambiance is chic without being snooty. Our waitress, Katie, was attentive, friendly, and professional. The food, you ask? Well, my husband had the dinner special - chimichurri surf and turf. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and the shrimp was succulent. The asparagus was cooked just as he loves - tender-crisp. I had the "clobster" with homemade chips. Now for those of you who are like me and have eaten lobster rolls in the New England area, Pacific Nortwest, and worldwide coastal areas, this is NOT served cold! I was extremely surprised when I bit in and warmth permeated my mouth! It was delicious but as happens with warm juices, the toasted bun, alas, turned soggy. And a few chips were underdone...the ones cooked well were tasty and crisp. We both shared the chocolate pie and it was rich and satisfying. So, if you find yourself on the Historic 4th, go ahead and take that chance and sup there...you won't regret it!

March 2027 Sioux City, Iowa…read more Very nice interior. Large bar in the front center that seemed to be popular with guests. A few tables wrapped around the bar. We took a table in the back of the restaurant. Simple table with black cloth napkins. No candle , no flower, just a small salt and pepper set with a few menus. The menu offers a variety from expensive seafood and steaks to sandwiches. I chose the seafood Mac and cheese. My husband had the pork chop with sweet potatoes and a side of grilled cauliflower. The other couple ordered Mediterranean pasta with shrimp instead of chicken which came with a slice of focaccia bread. His wife had the chicken margherita sandwich which came with sweet potato waffle fries. My husband said the pork chop was dry and overcooked. My seafood pasta was served warm. It looked like it sat under the heat lamp while other food was prepared. Oddly enough, my meal did not come with any bread. But the other pasta dish had focaccia bread and even the kids meal that had mac & cheese had a big chunk of bread as well. Was it an oversight? Also missing from my dish was the Panko crumbs that were to top the dish. None to be found! My pasta had really great flavor. A complaint is that every third bite I was pulling a shell out of my mouth. It's good to know that the seafood is fresh, but I should not have to bite around the shell of the seafood. Also, because it was served warm, it made it less than enjoyable. The Mediterranean pasta I was told was delicious and it looked so. A lot of sauce as well. The chicken sandwich was quite large. Although it was tough and not tasty. It came with a side of sweet potato fries, which came out after we started our meal. It was forgotten the first time around. Overall, I would give the ambience an eight. Service was good and it deserves a seven. The food however, which I think is very important when you go to dinner, would get a solid five. I think the flavor was good, but again, because the food was served cold, and the pork chop was overcooked. I would most definitely take points off.
