If I could give zero stars, I would. Dirty tables, no greeting when entering, couldnt see anyone, said hello a couple of times, and got snapped at by the female on the drive thru window. The guy that FINALLY took our order looked like he was high and didn't know what he was doing and couldn't answer our questions. We couldn't get the food we wanted, because they don't do that combo anymore, then why is it still on the app?? Didn't get an answer for that. When I got home there were NO tomatoes at all on any of my three tacos! Shouldn't they have told me if they were out of tomatoes??? I placed my order at the drive-thru on Hamilton Blvd Sioux City. At the window, I asked to please add another potato. The young man refused, saying "We don't do add-ons at the window". Must be store policy. On that alone, I won't be back. I'm not driving around the bldg a second time for an item I forgot. Also, I ordered two cokes. I received one, so I asked for the second. The young lady said, "you only paid for one". I looked at the receipt. She is correct - but I ordered two. So of course, they "don't so add-ons at the window" so I didn't even try to get her to make that right. There are a lot of fast-food options in this town. I will not return to taco bell. Soon the parking lot was full, and no one had food. 20 minutes later after I went i side to find out what's going on, two girls working slower than molasses gave me a hard time.
