I've always enjoyed Fazoli's in other cities, so I was quite glad when SIoux City got one! I went for a late lunch about 3:30 on a Saturday. There was 1 other person in line ahead of me, but that didn't slow down my trip. The drive-thru was very quick & efficient. I was told they were making my order fresh so it would be an extra 3min wait. I'm always happy to wait when told something like that. When you just SIT there is when it annoys me. I got the large chicken alfredo and a large Dr. Pepper. The large pop is LARGE! FYI My pasta was great, but the chicken was just ok. Next time I may just get the pasta. Breadsticks are phenomenal. I ended eating mine in the car because I got stuck by a train. Prices are fine. Nothing outrageous. I haven't been inside yet, but I'll go back. The location is just a little out of my way. Every time we've eaten at Fazoli's it's always been amazingly delicious but this time it was different we ordered a family meal through Doordash cuz we thought it was smaller. it was two things but what we basically got was bland AF spaghetti without meatballs that we ordered. Chicken parm with more bland spaghetti and sweet tea that wasnt even sweet tea but a half gallon of water. What the f*** Fazoli's? We paid you $55 to give us run of the mill spaghetti some OK chicken parm water and a couple breadsticks you just lost two recurring customers and earned a one-star L. read more

I've been here twice now. First on opening day. Went with a group of seven (consisting of a baby and toddler). Everyone's order was correct and the staff was super friendly and refilling our breadsticks. Our food came out very quick, especially considering it was opening day and the drive through was out on the street. Also brought home food for my father who enjoyed it as well. The second time I went through the drive through and it went just as good, long line that went quick and super friendly staff! Great experience thus far! read more

My first impression was not a good one. I realize they just opened so I try to be understanding of a new establishment having to work out kinks. However, there were a few to many. This week my family decided to try Fazoli's since it had been open for a week. My husband & my daughter went to go order in person because we tried calling first but after 10 attempts & no one answering the phone he said, "Forgot it, I'll just go there." He went through the drive through where they messed up the order so he had to correct them twice. Which, ok. New people learning. I understand. They then had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot for the food to be ready for them. During this time they sat there & counted 8 employees standing around in the restaurant doing nothing for almost 45 minutes. Now that's a bit strange. When our food was ready he went over the order again to clarify they read it out loud & assured him it was correct. The receipt was as well. (Ok, well I guess that's where we know what should you do before you leave after getting food?) We were all hungry, it had been more than an hour now. They home, unpacked the food only to find out the order was not correct... they did not fix the order. They left out a meal (which was a gluten free one, so it's an important meal) & messed up the salad orders. After waiting 45 minutes not including drive time we were all a bit frustrated. My husband then tried calling Fazoli's 17 times and again no one answered the phone. This wasn't on a weekend so it wasn't extremely busy. You had employees standing around. So my husband, who ordered a gluten-free pasta meal ended up not getting to enjoy a meal from them. He had to eat from home. It was a very disappointing, frustrating experience all together. I have tried calling since & still no one has answered. So I don't know if the phone number that's on the website is not correct or what. If I had to say one positive thing, I will say their breadsticks are very good. But our entire experience was just over shadowed by the poor customer service, bad time management, the lack of getting our order correct & then not being able to contact anyone after countless tries. So would I recommend Fazoli's? As of right now, no. They need time to get their employees trained. Once they've been open for a while longer hopefully things will run much smoother. read more

I placed an order online on Sunday evening of Mother's Day well within the posted shop hours. the order was accepted and I received a text confirmation with an order number. I live out of town and my daughter lives in town and went to pick the order up at the time they said it would be ready. She waited in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes for them to come to the window then started knocking on window because she could see people in the store. No one would answer. She went to front door of the store & at this time called me and I was on the phone with her when she knocked loudly on the locked door. She had to yell to get someone to come to the door. When they did, they said, for Diana? She said yes. Oh, well, we cancelled that order we are closing early for Mother's Day. When she asked why they made her wait 20 min in the drive thru they were very rude and dismissive. She just kept saying we have refunded your money so you have everything you need! Well, it is now 4 days later and they STILL have not refunded my money. Terrible customer service. If they can text to confirm, why can't they text to cancel and save us a lot of time and stress??? read more

Went here with my grandparents for dinner. The customer service was pretty good. They were out of almost all drink selections which was okay because we got what we wanted. The wait time however was extremely long. People that got there after us got their food before us. The food was pretty good except for they gave one of us the wrong meal so it had to be sent back. read more

I am a former employee of this fazolis location, and the exact reasons i left my position there were shown again by their workers today. they were were very rude when i simply asked for them to refill the pop machine (which was almost completely empty). While i was standing up by the front, workers just kept walking past me, and when i finally said excuse me to one of them, she rolled her eyes and rudely goes "what." worst customer service i have ever experienced. would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more
