I did ask where the usual gals were. Jessica, one of the boy's mothers came out. I ordered usual. I took it home. Bag with gyros in it was soaked with oil. I took the gyros out. Oil was saturated through two things of foil, dripping onto my floor, and my hands were saturated. I had to wipe them off with paper towels. I called to speak to Jessica, reported the situation. She just said she would tell them to use less oil. She did not seem to care. I tried to eat one, soggy, oil soaked, and not much in it, nothing like usual. For a price of 33$, one drink, two gyros, one fry, two deserts? Not worth it, Ambiance was the same, a few people and nothing special. Obviously these kids did not know what they were doing. I will NEVER return again, I threw both gyros away. Waste of money. I ate a few bites prior and feel sick. I would no longer recommend. They are searching for manager and assistant. I am very disappointed. No understanding, caring or empathy involved. Smh, money is tight. Ps: A few bites and two hours later sick, cramps and nauseated. Never again!!!!

I've walked past this place a few times throughout these past few days, and there are ALWAYS lines of cars. The 2 times I've been here, families are always uniting and dining together. It's nice not to have to deal with riffraff while eating. The first time I had Culver's, I had a normal butterburger. I remember it was really good. The fries too. And it was JUST enough food. But this time around, I ordered a bacon deluxe, w/out a bun and a side salad (cuz I need to cut down on my carbs), but without thinking, I got a raspberry vinaigrette, that has 10 grams of sugar. I caught it before emptying the packet completely. Anyway I digress. I was still hungry, in lieu of not having the bun, so i tried the QR code at my table, and ordered a grilled chicken sammich (no bun). Both the burger and chicken were PERFECT. Hot, fresh and moist. I personally think the bun help makes the burger, but still good to me. The place is pretty clean, and all the employees were super nice. There were like 4 of us chit chatting while I ordered. And it's also nice to have your food brought out while dining in. My only gripe, which isn't even a store issue, was trying to sign up for rewards. It kept asking me for information that I had already input, and bounced me around to a couple different pages, frustrating me, and then after everything is submitted, it turns around and tells me there was an error on the web page or something. So I just said screw it, I don't eat here often enough to even use points. All in all, I will be back eventually. I think if I didn't know what the original taste like I would like it better but it's a mid for me probably a five out of 10 neither of the items were overly greasy, which was nice. The lovely lady at the window was very helpful and very polite. I think they could use anupdate. The paint is pretty bad. I liked it.
