Still enjoy coming here, though I haven't much in recent years. Food is still great. Sadly, the nice, comfy sofas are not here anymore - must have been removed sometime during COVID-19 and haven't returned since. I do appreciate the reminders to patrons about not sampling before paying, otherwise it isn't fair to businesses for guests to eat samples without paying what they owe; and I'm a paying customer as always, because it's our job to keep these places in business and so they have the money they need to restock on supplies when they run out. read more

So I'm not really understanding the negativity around in Peachwave I don't normally DoorDash any kind of frozen desserts so I can't speak on that but my girlfriend and I go almost daily to peachwave. We are greeted with a warm hello and how are we doing and it really kind of makes us happy. It is self serve and although I do wish they had hot fudge it is honestly pretty great being the only frozen yogurt place in Sioux City. The workers are very friendly and more than willing to help and it tastes delicious. I don't have any photos but I will add some in the next time I go!!! read more

I really like Peachwave. My husband and I even go there for 'lunch' because a good sized bowl fills you up. It's not only yummy but it's fun, too! I love mixing the flavors and toppings. Last time I got a cheesecake, Oreo, and cotton candy flavor and I devoured my bowl. The toppings are awesome! Fresh bananas, tons of candies, 5-6 sauces, cereals, gummy worms, and so much more! And the topping area was very clean and organized. They also have smoothies, coffee, blizzard type cups, cones, etc. I've never used this service because I love the fro-yo too much. 4 stars instead of 5 because the tables to eat at are always dirty and sticky. Like, EVERY table. Last two trips I've asked for a rag to clean a table off. I truly thought asking for a rag would make the employee go clean it for us with their cleaner and rag, but no. They let me do their job. That's kinda why I never put money in their tip jar. They have coupons floating around. I have 2 that are buy 1 bowl get the 2nd bowl 1/2 price. Try the pineapple sorbet. I ordered peach wave through door dash. I have no complaints about DoorDash as the service was great as usual. i go to open my order and notice that there is a note in the bag. The note reads that they were out of the flavor that I wanted so they went to substitute in the app (instead just CALLING me to see which flavor I would like in place of it) and accidentally DELETED ALL MY TOPPINGS. Their solution was to guess which flavor I wanted and include it without any toppings. With only a note to explain. No notice whatsoever. I am completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. All of this could have been solved with a simple phone call. I called the store and all they said was "well I hope that was okay." Will never be eating there again read more

I think they should give me more sample cups and they should have better seating. Take advice from Cherry Berry because they have cheaper prices and more toppings and amazing seating. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered 2 medium frozen yogurts via Doordash. Each was a different flavor with various toppings. When it was delivered, my roommate and I discovered that they were both completely plain- not one single topping on either. There was a hand-written note that explained how when Peachwave was working on my order, they accidentally lost it and were unsure of the toppings. What upset me was that Peachwave should have called me to confirm the toppings but never did. The note even said "I hope this is OK :)". I did get refunded on the toppings I never got plus a half sincere apology when my roommate called Peachwave after the mishap. read more

Self serve fun place, got two about half full of their smaller containers for 7 dollars. I believe there was 14 flavors of soft serve frozen yogurt, 2 per machine and u could get twist of the 2 also. Really fun flavors like cheesecake, tiramisu, blueberry and pineapple. The fruit ones are especially good and fruity without being too sweet. You pay by the ounce and toppings range from cookie dough to oreos, gum drops and breakfast cereals and many more. Bright clean fun seating areas and free sample cups were the other pluses. Small negatives were a little confusing tag lines on yogurts stating "low fat" or "no sugar added" on almost all the flavors I believe that had calorie info available if you wanted real info. My other small concern was the tip jar, at a self serve place where your only interaction is paying, really? I'll definitely go back, thousands of flavor possibilities to explore :) read more

Worst experience ever. I took my family there on October 14th at 6pm. First every table was filthy, covered with dried sticky ice cream. Even the couches were sticky. Second there were 3 girls working (if that's what you want to call it), one was sitting on the counter eating ice cream, and the other two were laughing and throwing things at each other. None of them had any thing on that implied they worked there. They were all about 16 to 18 years old and acted like they were 8. I will never return to peach wave. We were disgusted by the place, the childish behavior and no management present. read more

This is the worst place i think i've ever been to. Management ir horrible, most of the people who work/worked there were horrible, the only people i ever really liked were Sara and Amber. After Sara was fired i stopped going but i decided id give it another try so i went back a couple days ago and it was horrible the place was dirty the lights weren't all on which is not a big deal. but worst of all the people working didn't make it feel like a good place they made me uncomfortable there was no acceptance feel to it. Also there are major sanitation problems with the sauces more specifically the peanut butter, the girl i spoke of earlier, Sara, i ran into her a couple of weeks ago she was working in a far better place and she told me a few things like how no one ever bothered to clean the peanut butter so it almost always had mold in it, and at the end of the night most people didnt actually clean properly, oh and then there is the part where she was fired over a text message. this place needs a new boss if he lets this slip by, firing someone then having a new girl that exact night even though he had just fired her over availability. id definately think twice about going there if i were you, but since im me i will never give them my buisness again. read more

This was one of the best tasting yogurt I have ever had. And I travel a lot!! It was very busy when I got there, and still store was clean fresh and employees were pleasant, more then helpful and courteous. Price was reasonable and quality was great. Free samples with lot of choices are definitely a plus. I would like this to be replicated at other yogurt places for sure. read more
