I come out to Sioux City every couple of years to see my sister's family, so it was nice to see that the food scene is expanding here. I love getting boba tea on a hot day so we came here for lunch on a Monday afternoon. There wasn't anyone else dining in, so there wasn't a line or the time to buy to scope the menu, but that was okay. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful with suggested sandwiches that she likes and that are popular. The space was also cute and well decorated, so it would be a nice place to sit and have lunch, but we were on a mission and had to get our orders to-go. I was surprised to see that they had traditional bahn mis on the menu complete with pâté. Even in Austin (where I live), places will Americanize the sandwiches by not including pâté. So, I got one of those and a Thai tea with boba. You can tell the boba is prepared fresh because the boba had a nice chew to them and they're warm. (If you didn't know, the tapioca pearls are simmered in a simple syrup first before you add them to the tea.) The tea itself wasn't too sweet, which I found welcoming, but if you are looking for the highly sweetened condensed milk flavor of a standard Thai tea, you won't find that here. The traditional banh mi had a great flavor to it, but my only complaint is that it seemed light on the meat compared to what I'm used it. I would definitely come back and try some other tea flavors or even the Korean corn dogs. I was shocked to see them on the menu and didn't notice until it was too late. If you're an adventurous eater, I'd suggest checking those out sometime! read more

All around wonderful place. A very great find in Siouxland! They have a fun menu of Vietnamese sandwiches, rolled ice cream, and boba tea! Ate there yesterday and will not be going back. They first need to update their website because they no longer have burgers. Discontinued two of their corn dogs. The corn dog I did get tasted old. The hot dog in the ramen noodles dog was a 1/4 inch long. Couldn't believe it. Costed me 6.59 for a drink and was mostly ice. Only thing that was good it was clean in there. read more

This place is absolutely delightful! Nice cafe with delicious and reasonably priced desserts and sandwiches. I used to live in Houston and this is the best Vietnamese food I've had since then! I love their boba tea (they make their own coconut jelly and it is outstanding). Their bahn mis are amazing, and I'm a big fan of their rolled ice cream and spring rolls! Check this place out! This little place just opened and it's a quiet and aesthetically pleasing place. I got the Special Classic milk tea which is a jasmine milk tea with boba and custard. The tea is fragrant, creamy, the bobas are nice and chewy and the custard is sweet. Overall it was good. The other tea is strawberry orange. The cookies and cream rolled ice cream. It was rolled in front of you and the mix was good. No crystals formed so it was nice and creamy. The only points deducted would be the tables. Although there was not a lot of people, the tables were not wiped down so there is a sticky residue in the tables. All in all I would recommend it. read more

We were super excited to find somewhere near by that has bubble tea and rolled icecream! Everything was great. The staff was friendly and it was very clean! Lovely place to get boba in Sioux City. Their menu has lots of varieties of rolled ice creams, milkshakes, smoothies and ice teas and with a wide range of toppings. I have tried several of their ice teas and my most fav is orange-strawberry with strawberry bursting boba. I have already been their multiple times and all of these times, my experience was good. I have been here one time before and my milk tea was good. I went back today and got the brown sugar milk cap with boba. It was pretty good. I moved back to the area after almost years and hope someone would have awesome bubble teas and rolled ice. I have not tried the rolled ice cream yet but planning to. The menu is very little for milk tea and fruit tea. I also did not see any yogurt blends. And it is the only place in town to get bubble teas. That makes me sad to only have limited flavors. read more

Everyone I come there's always something wrong. On every trip I come (about 4) I always have to repeat my order several times just to be heard and understood, it's extremely loud and the employees are quiet. There is always something the employee working the counter doesn't know and simply shrugs without trying to get me an answer about their very straight forward menu. Then finally, the product. They always make a mistake on my drink order- every single time. I always order my drinks with no ice so they intentionally fill the cup 3/4ths of the way. To me that's ridiculous, if I'm purchasing a set amount of ounces of a beverage I expect for it to be filled to its full reasonable capacity. Then half the time they are out of their food. The most recent trip they were out of one sandwich so when I picked out another the gal forced me to break $20 for the 35 cent difference because their card limit is $10. On a sunny day , with a desire of ice cream especially from 79 degrees I agreed on going and enjoying ice cream from there. I walked and and started looking at my options once I said I want and cookies and cream ice cream the lady told me they had just turn off her ice cream machine and she was not going to turn it for me.so she wouldn't have to work I was very disappointed once she told me that. I brought my friend's niece for rolled ice cream for her birthday today (4/18/22) we drove over an hour for this rolled ice cream. We watch the ice cream being made and I see one of the ice cream rolls fall to the floor on the customer side, the worker tells the girl next to her she dropped it and giggles no big deal she goes around picks it up and throws it in the sink. I don't have an issue with the roll falling I know accidents happen my issue was that she told a third person working and that person told her to just cut one in half even tho the person who was making the ice cream stated that the rolls were incomplete and they just said "just pick the biggest one and cut it in half". We can see and hear all of this happening. My problem is that the worker didn't even admit the accident happened or even apologize for dropping the ice cream roll, didn't offer to remake it, I would have been fine with even being offered an extra cookie for her ice cream something to make up for a missing roll. This was a birthday gift for a child so I was disappointed with how unprofessional this incident was handled by 3 employees. read more
