This is my first time at a Panda Express. I came in during a Saturday lunch and customers were coming in steadily, along with drive-thru orders. The menu is limited but there is enough for beef and chicken eaters, as well as those who prefer fried rice over Lo Mein noodles. I had a two-entree plate with lo mein: green beans and chicken and Kung Pao chicken, and a small drink. The Lo mein was warm, but the entrees were hot. Service was fast and friendly and the bill came to $12.07. I dined in. There were five employees working and they were hustling. The place was clean, including the restroom. But 30 minutes after leaving, I developed bad stomach cramps and had to stop twice to relieve myself before getting back home. read more

It was Friday night and I didn't feel like cooking. So panda was the place to go for dinner. Everyone was really friendly and the food was good. We picked up dinner, took it home and I forgot to take pictures I ordered the plate, with Chow mein, kung pao chicken and chicken mushroom. read more

Girls were friendly, order was correct but when you get white rice and it's undercooked it's gross. Ruined the whole thing. Idk what's up with these two places that are a couple doors down from each other but they both can't cook rice to save their butts. Guess I'm cooking at home. And no I don't use a rice cooker. I can boil/ simmer without all the gadgets! read more

Food is always undercooked, the Panda employees at this location are very inexperience cooks and servers. They don't properly serve food with correct portions they hardly put food on the plates. Terrible rude attitude. ""AWFUL"""" Im sure there are Other Great panda express but Not this one.!!! 0 Star read more

Food is fresh and served promptly. Service was done in a prompt and always friendly manner.

Friends and I got food to go. Food was ready to pick up when I got there. Once I made it home portions were sufficient, and tasty.

I arrived shortly after the store opened. I expected the food to be fresh and delicious. I understand it's fast food but the orange chicken was rubbery and lo mein was overcooked and didn't have that fried texture- seemed soggy. Panda used to be the place- the quality needs to come back up- maybe the batches of food being prepared are just too big to deliver in quality. read more

I've been a loyal Panda Express fan for years, so writing this stings a little--but I'm saying it because I care. Lately, the quality just hasn't been there. The flavors that used to pop now feel a little flat, and the portions? Definitely not what they used to be. Biggest issue for me? The veggies. They've gone from that perfect tender-crisp to just... stiff. Like they barely saw the wok. It throws off the whole bowl. And the rice sometimes feels like it's been sitting just a bit too long. Orange chicken still carries, but even that's hit-or-miss lately--sometimes too dry or overly breaded. I will say: the staff is consistently friendly and working hard. And I haven't given up on Panda--I know they can bounce back. I just miss the reliable, crave-worthy meals that used to be a sure thing. Still rooting for you, Panda. Just hoping the quality catches up to the potential again. read more

The food is decent and the service is quick. However when ordering on the app no matter how many times you ask for sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard they never put it in the bag. FYI, public service announcement check your bag(s) before you leave the restaurant! read more

Really good fast Chinese food. The service is fast and great. Food tastes great each time.

Great food great service me and friends come here very often. I've also door dashed food, they always get my order right!

Tonight i took my sister for dinner. She liked this place. We recently lost our mother. I try to take her once a week her choice. The girls taking our order were so rude. We couldn't even check out what they had because they wanted us to hurry. I will never go back again. And i believe my sister feels the same way. read more

I really like going here. The food is good, but sometimes the portions can be small. Their customer service has gotten better over the years. I wish they would have all items in stock even towards the end of the day. I have gone about 30 minutes before closing, and they have still made some of the dishes that are low in stock. There was only one time that they told me that my favorite dish would not be available. Again, for the price it's not too bad, but the portions could be larger. I hope that easing inflation the costs will not go further up. read more

First time to this location. They seemed to have tons of employees but still took a while to help me with the order. I ordered the large ala carte Beijing beef box to go. When I got home I saw the pink lipstick stains over the box. I don't appreciate that at all. The Beijing beef also doesn't seem very fresh. It wasn't crispy and some pieces were bitter for some reason. read more

Just plain bad. The chow main was burnt and someone way over worked it. They also chopped up all the noodles in to less than inch sized pieces. Really poor quality vs any other panda express. Sad . read more

Very disgusting food, I love a Chinese food but this place it's not doing a good job, the rice was raw, or under cooked, veggies were not fresh, it had a bad bad taste. Terrible. read more

Now I remember why I haven't been to panda in 5 years or more. We did drive through, lady was rude and kept asking if she could take our order like there was a huge line. Still delicious this new year. We were those special people that forgot their wallet and had to drive all the way back home and back to Panda Express. We were pleasantly surprised that not only did they save our order but they made a fresh one even though we were fine with the old one. They really went above and beyond today. Also a quick tip if you want spring rolls too, you can get veggie spring rolls, a meat, rice and veggies if you ask them to split the entree on your plate order. That way you dont have to get spring rolls as an extra side. read more

I order the bigger plate with Kung Pao chicken, Teriyaki chicken, beef and BROCCOLI, and fried rice. This is what I got. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered through post mates and Panda Express finessed me. The Kung Pao chicken should have been called Kung Pao Nuts because I got three pieces of chicken. The beef broccoli was piss poor. I saw one piece of beef and 30 pieces of broccoli. I was excited when I lifted my box of of the bag and it's weighed 40 pounds but when I opened I laugh in severe anger as this what I received. Morale of the story; BROCCOLI express lost a customer pulling a fast one on me. read more

If I could give the Panda in SV zero stars I would. My family and I rarely go out to eat and the 4 times we have been here we have been utterly disappointed. We loved Panda in NC, our food was always warm and always RIGHT. At this panda not only do they ALWAYS give us the wrong order we have also found hair in our food and when we call to complain or to let them know no one ever answers the phone. We have remained optimistic and given them multiple chances but either their employees need to be retrained or management needs to be changed out. Over all it suits the level of failure the entirety of this town represents. read more

Today was the fourth time , today and in the past, I was ask to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for a part of an order at the drive thru. 10 minutes came and went. Went back in to ask for my order and they didn't know where it was, they were totally confused. All four times that I was ask to pull forward and wait this has happened. Are these people stupid or don't they care about customer service? From now on when I am ask to pull forward and wait, I will decline and leave. Such poor service at Sierra Vista, Az. read more

My family kept refusing when I wanted to go here. Now I know why they continued to refuse. I admit I got there 30 mins prior to closing. I requested to have vegetables as my side item. They stated they didn't have any and offered their usual rice or noodles. I stated no and said I needed vegetables. This man named kody said "there's lots of vegetables in this rice" and if you've ever been you know there's only frozen carrots and peas in their rice. I stated no I need steamed veggies as my family has special dietary needs. This kody continues to state "well we're closing soon and and we can't be making stuff" after I stated they don't close for another 20 mins he walked away and Didn't offer any help. On top of that they were out of plain white rice! They do get 2 stars because the other Staff did help and made my items after letting me know there would be a small wait. read more

I ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. They literally put fried rice that was 3/4 of the bowl and put a FEW pieces of orange chicken. They always put a few pieces of orange chicken. NOT ENOUGH. They need to step up on their game with their sides. I got to-go and when I got to the car I gave my bf his bowl (DID NOT OPEN THE LID YET). He opened it and THERE'S HAIR IN HIS ORANGE CHICKEN. They need to wear hairnets. We came back to complain and I told them there's hair in the food. He said "I'm sorry" and went to go make a new bowl. Then later gave me a voucher for 10% off for the next visits which was nice of him. Another thing, when they clean the glass top above the food with a rag all of the dirty stuff on the glass top falls into the food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY. read more

This place used to be my fav place to go eat, but panda has gone down the crapper. There is hair in my food, and they are Jewish on the food I'm disgusting with this place. Beef and broccoli is 90% broccoli. It doesn't taste bad but they are obviously trying to save money

The food almost always taste good here BUT they SUCK with quantities. When you order a plate that costs 10 bucks then 12 nugget size chicken pieces is ridiculous! I would rather pay for the al a carte and get the chicken and make my own rice or chow mein. I always spend $20-$30 so is it too much to ask to get my money's worth? ‍ read more

Not a bad deal but a two plate meal is very high in calories. This though is typical of any fast food place. They did conveniently sell out of rangoons, this was a disappointment. Your average Panda Express. It's pretty tasty and the foood is always warm. I've heard of quite a few people getting sick from eating at this location, but I've been lucky - so far. Though i went to this location months ago; i ended up going several times during my stay in AZ. It's your typical Panda Express, nothing fancy, nothing great. The last few times i went, i felt awkward with the customer service given. Felt like the employees had some inside joke and would interact more amongst themselves over the customers. In my experience, it was considered rude and frowned upon. It made me feel too. Uncomfortable so i stopped going. My classmates felt the same way when we would go there. Oh well. read more

This is the worst Panda I have ever been to. The staff is unprofessional and rude . On 7/25 @ 5:33 I order two teriyaki bowls for my children. When I got home the teriyaki was missing. Earlier in the month I ordered a Beijing beef only to have hair in it. I called the store and spoke with a manager that was a male who had advised me I would receive a free meal and tried to argue and say it was just burnt. The store needs major coaching and training. Customers should not feel this way. read more

This place is a real disappointment and does not deserve business. As we all know many restaurants are using COVID-19 as a cop out to reduce hours. They are also using it as an excuse to provide poor customer service apparently. Limiting hours, they set to close at 6 PM. They don't even honor their own hours. Today, when I went in they had the lobby closed at 5:45 PM, and even their sign said they're supposed to be open till 6 PM. Why even have ours if you're not going to stick with them? It's already ridiculous enough that they close the lobby early. Apparently they believe that Cove it 19 cannot be contracted between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. In addition to all this the employees are just rude and cold. read more

Seriously, if their app or online ordering systems are any indication of how this place will serve their food, God help them. Error messages for an hour. Only to find out I've been charged for a meal I've received no confirmation on, and now no one will answer their local establishments phone to give me information on whether or not they'll actually make my food or if I have to fight corporate for my damn money back. Not what I was wanting to end an already stressful day doing. So much for giving a place a chance for the first time. read more

Undigestable stomach concrete. It is fast food Chinese of the lowest caliber. Rice was rock hard, everything was oily and greasy. Meat was over fried and hard as a rock. Literally hurt to chew.
