I ordered food online and got there early. We arrived before the expected time and took a seat to wait. I had shown them I had ordered before sitting down. At one point we noticed bags sitting on the counter (I don't know for how long). We decided to walk up and check. No one had called my name, but indeed it was my order. We upsized a combo to get large fries. The fries were loaded very sloppy and the holder was less than full. They didn't come to the top and there was space on the sides. My husband usually eats them on the way home. They didn't last till Willcox. Usually I share the fries with him. We both agree that they are some of the best in town. Today's experience was strictly via the drive-thru. I drove up, ordered the new "Crispy Fish sandwich" and the drive-thru worker was very articulate and polite. The sandwich came out promptly. The young man recognized me from the local high school and we chatted a bit since no one was behind me. His manager also recognized me. Oh vey, is there anyplace in town I can be anonymous? Best Fast (and most times, other) Food In Sierra Vista - I've been going to this Arby's off and on for a long time and it's always been clean and the food was good. Last night I got one of their burgers. It was a hefty sandwich with about a 1/2" thick actual beef patty, and fresh everything. Very tasty and without the combo, it was 7.99 and I could only finish about 2/3 of it. I love Arby's reuben sandwich, there's nothing like it. Grabbed a quick lunch and it is as expected. The curly fries were hot and delicious; a nostalgic moment of high school lunches when it was still fatty and greasy...lol. Customer service was superb and food was done with lightning speed. Most fast food places have the exaggerated pictures of what you get - of course the food never looks as good when you get it. However, I think Arby's took it to a whole new level of misleading and false advertisement. I ordered that BSB BLT sandwich and it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I'm so angry - I will never step foot in another Arbys - not ever! The picture of the sandwich on the menu is extremely misleading - it's pictured with two sandwiches that have roastbeef on them - but, mine didn't. It looked like it did - but oh no! The employee could have mentioned "there's no roast beef on that" Who goes to Arby's and leaves with a tiny little sandwich that has ZERO ROAST BEEF on it and it weighs nothing?!?!?! I'm furious!!!! I spent $10.53 and got a miniscule portion of fries and ridiculously puny sandwich. I now HATE Arbys! read more

The Arby's here in Sierra Vista has been steadily getting better and better. Not only are they producing a variety of meaty goodness, they often have coupons or specials to help you save money. They have never messed up my order and always seem to go out of their way to make you a happy customer. If you want some extra sauces...just ask. They will oblige. Their various roast beef sandwiches are still very tasty and I enjoy them from time to time. I would enjoy them much more but my doctor seems to think I need to cut back. If you are tired of the usual burger joints, think Arby's. I am sure you will find something suitable to your tastes. read more

Disappointed. I stopped by the Arby's in Sierra Vista and ordered a Reuben with a side salad to go. I arrived home and discovered that the lettuce in the salad was brown and wilted. The food is mostly really good. The service is quite quick and the staff are extremely nice people. The food is surprisingly good, considering the standards most people usually hold for fast food places. The turkey sandwich looked and tasted really good. Didn't taste frozen or pre made at all. The Reuben was almost as good; every single ingredient was pretty good. The Reuben was a little wet on the bottom however, so this place doesn't get five stars.
