Regular but had witnessed the manager Ryan belittling a wonderful employee tonight. While waiting in line with another gentlemen, he was very passive aggressive towards his worker Katie, who has been nothing short of wonderful everytime I come in. Snide comments, never good enough attitude and laughing in her face was pretty sickening. Ryan definitely needs some anger management sessions and how to communicate properly to his team without a megalomanic personality. read more

I was never much of a subway/cold cut fan, preferring my sandwiches toasted. But then my husband started bringing home some of their specials and I realized I really liked them. He prefers the Italian bread, I like the Multigrain bread. I've now come by this place at least four times in the last two weeks. I must admit that the customer service here is excellent! Today's visit topped all visits. I walked in (I really don't like drive-thrus unless I'm in a hurry) and the employees were all over me like flies on feces. They were attentive! And the man who actually made my sandwich was very focused. I told him I was ordering a foot-long tuna subway for my husband and me. He and I have slightly different tastes with different toppings so I asked that he wrap the subways individually. Which he did, marking them "Hers" and "His!" I was really touched by that. "Hers" has Swiss cheese, cucumbers and spinach; "His" has pickles and onions. read more

This is honestly the best Subway I've ever been to. It's open 24/7 and has a drive thru. They've also got the best damn customer service. Try not to rattle off your order too fast as they're making your sub as you speak. Marie is usually the happy voice of the drive thru. She greets you cheerily before taking your order. I was just ordering a sandwich today when I said no she cheerily reminded me how hot it was outside. I still said no but before I got to the window, I realized it's 85 degrees outside... I need a frosty ice tea!!! But seriously, everyone here is very nice. Line gets a little busy inside so I prefer to drive thru and wait in my car. read more

There are two Subways in this town and this one is the best...The employees are always very nice and friendly...the establishment is always neat..clean and organized...The food is fairly priced and there are always Subway coupons in the mail...My boyfriend and I come here about 2-3 times a month and we have never had any problems...our food was always good and put together well...its not just the sandwiches that are delicious but their cookies are a must have also...taste like homemade and they have deals for those too read more

By far the best Subway in SV. The employees are very nice and fast. Everyone is greeted when they enter and the overall feel is that they are happy to be there. Everything is fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches are tl die for and the cookies are always soft and if you hit it just right, they'll pack you up some fresh from the oven. Came here a few times both in the lobby and drive thru. Both have been pretty fast. Every time we came here through drive thru the food came out correct. Couple times we get not so friendly workers at the window but other than that it has been pretty good service. Food is fresh and price can. Be reasonable when they have specials. read more

The newest Subway in Sierra Vista, moved from it's former location in the old Walmart Plaza. This new Subway is unique in that it has a drive thru window. I was surprised with the speed and efficiency of this drive thru, seems to be faster than waiting in line inside. There' s also a Josie's self-serve Yogurt shop inside for a good frozen dessert to go with your sandwich. As always I like Subway's fresh made-to-order sandwiches. read more

I really only ever go thru the drive-through in this place, but I have gone in once or twice. The location is pretty clean and the staff are quick and friendly. Food is consistently delicious every time I go through. There is rarely any sort of wait for food at the drive through. The food they give me is always correct and the workers are always friendly. It's pretty cheap and pretty good too. read more

We just moved into this area and this subway even being 24 hours and drive through is beyond clean and organized! This location seems to always have a lot of people in it yet they manage to keep it tidy and still are able to communicate well with their customers and needs. The people that work here always greet you and say goodbye when you leave, and the food service is fast and friendly! We're very pleased with this subway and will keep coming here. read more

We used to love this Subway and went out of our way to go here, rather than to the one in the mall which was closer. Service and quality declined, and the final straw was when we ordered two 3" flatbread with eggwhite and cheese and one small drink and it was $9.40 (when charged regularly it's $2 per sandwich; most of the time they charge us for one 6"; and apply a senior discount periodically.) Told the person at the register it was wrong and he ignored us. My husband paid the inflated price and later the employee (actually the manager of all three Subways in Sierra Vista!) came over to apologize, explained he charged us wrong, and offer us two "free" 3" subs on our next visit. Problem is we paid for what we had that day, PLUS at least for two more 3" subs, PLUS more. It would have been effective had he refunded the overcharge and THEN offered us free sandwiches. In this case "free" was not "free", when in fact we "prepaid" plus, apparently left a tip! '' Went to the mall a few days later and a group of people standing in front of Subway were asking about ordering breakfast. It was a little before 10 a.m. and the Subway employee was saying "IF THIS LIGHT ISN'T ON THEN I AM NOT OPEN!" Some asked about breakfast and he said "depends on how much and what you want." We left and are pretty much through with Subway in Sierra Vista. read more

Looking at the reviews I have to agree with most other people this subway is going downhill fast. I have been eating here since it opened and if you go inside where you can keep an eye on them service is great BUT if you go thru the drive thru it is a different story first off I don't need to asked EVERY TIME if I want extra this and extra that if I wanted it I would ask for it believe me everybody knows you have options you drum it into our heads every time I try to order. The other problem this creates is the traffic line is backed up to where it is difficult to not obstruct traffic stop already with the add on's lets get this line moving I don't have 15 minutes to wait for my order. The last 3 or 4 times thru there they have messed up my order most of the time no toasted bread which I always order and sometimes undrinkable sodas because of no syrup and why cant they get the pricing correct i have been overcharged more than a few times recently. I know i'm being a little critical about a 7.00 lunch but I look at it this way thats all they do is make sandwiches that's it no big deal almost a no brainer so what is the problem here? under staffed or lack of competition? I would like to shop at other subways in town but i hear that it is the same owner/ manager at all 3 so what good will that do? Quiznos is the new place for my family they are professional and they get it right every time and for the quality there is no comparison. Think about this if you are getting tired with the current service at Subway pay a little more for good service and quality and go to Quiznos they need the business and apparently Subway cannot handle what business they have. Competition is good for the customer so lets give them some competition. read more
