The old Taco Bell building that I posted photographs of here was torn down earlier this year. A more Door-Dash friendly and smaller restaurant was built here instead. The exterior is a dark grey with a new logo. The reopening was delayed for months and it finally opened for drive-thru traffic earlier last month. Today I used said drive-thru and ordered my usual: two bean burritos in red sauce with onions. Tasty as usual. The line moved fast! The drive-thru in this new design is more user friendly as cars don't impede foot traffic now. The new store has a small dine-in place in the back that I noticed on my way out. I hate the "New" TB. There are NO menus on the walls only kiosks. The girl up front so willing to take your order has zero answers as to why the kiosk charges you $2 for steak but ordering through her it's only $1. Ordering through the kiosk is a pain in the a$$. If you miss a step your order "goes away" The front counter has zero way of getting it back & you need to start all over again. The only way you know what actually comes in each item is if you spend 15 minutes studying everything new or old items as they have now snuck/ introduced new sauces or things. For people with food allergies/ intolerances it's a nite mare. Finally & follow me on this. On my receipt it has all the information to send Taco Bell corporate a review/ response. In the box for order number it won't take this stores combination it generates for each ticket. It's a letter number combination. The corporate website only will process your response with numbers only. So in other words it won't look like a valid receipt & this stores combination won't get marks against them. It doesn't matter anyway, as I included it in the summary but still after four days received NO RESPONSE. Lastly I called the corporate number. Explained my issues just to see what would actually happen. I was assured I would receive a response. I wanted to see how many "flowers" it gives about their customers and it's ZERO!! No response ever. So as far as I'm concerned they can take this "New" TB & put where the sun don't shine Also the hard tacos I orders were falling apart with the amount of grease that seeped through the corn shell. Tried to give it new chance after forty bucks it's not worth it the chickens tacos were horrible and it's a shame the chicken was cold it's tasted old and the lettuce was old and wilted! Terrible business, food is overly price, they don't even meet the nutritional guidelines. We recently ate at the new and "improved" Taco Bell. While it is "new" it most certainly was not "improved". First, you have to order off a Kiosk and it didn't have a choice that we wanted. Next, the seating is probably half of what the old one had. 3rd. Price: Good Lord it was expensive and the items we usually ordered set us back $20.00 when before the "improvement" it was about $13.00. I can get a better meal at Culvers for less money. The food was awful and greasy. I had a combination box of burritos, taco, chalupa and chips. The burritos was greasy running down my arm, tasted horrible. Taco very little meat but a whole lot of lettuce same with the chalupa had very little chicken. Server was very nice. Will never go there again. Ordered on the app at 638, arrived at 655. Current time is 721, I'm still waiting. The manager and a couple of kids are trying to do everything while a bunch of other kids working keep going in and out of the back, hanging out and avoiding eye contact with customers. Update: I received my food at 732, after looking at my receipt I see my food was ready at 705 but the lady at the counter didn't give it to me until I asked even though I gave her my information when I arrived. I should not be eating here yet here I am leaving a review. The food was typical for Taco Bell. The drive through was a bit slow but nothing horrible. The big issue is the drive through lane. Why does it lead you out to a left turn into opposite traffic and a right sends you into a busy parking lot. Someone needs to play Sim City so they can learn proper traffic flows. read more

wow... my husband and I ordered via the app, inside pick-up. We chose inside pick-up because this location is notorious for screwing up orders. Our order was no different, unless it was even worse than usual. First, we noticed the app had "no beans" as a customization for our 4 "beef burritos". Knowing that would throw the staff off we went inside to clarify but we're completely ignored and when the order came. It was so wrong. Well, I don't normally go to Taco Bell, only because I don't normally eat fast food. But today I made an exception. Today it was on the news that Taco Bell here in Sierra Vista had to close due to an employee testing positive for Coronavirus. Knowing that a report like that can be hard on a business, I decided to go there and order lunch today. Ordered my food at the drive thru. Was ready when I got to the window. Looked as though they were taking all possible precautions, and were very friendly. Pulled into the parking lot to have lunch in my vehicle. My order was prepared as perfectly as a Taco Bell taco can be. Tasted good and hit the spot. Have to say, I could not find even the slightest flaw in my Taco Bell experience. Since they moved to SR92, it seems like the service hasn't improved from the looks of the other reviews, picked up my gf's kid from work, ordered a relatively simple order of chicken chipotle burrito nacho fries and a root beer from the drive thru, had to repeat the order three times at the order box once at the actual window and then had to tell them the order when the manager told them to tell us to park in the mobile pickup spot; the manager themselves seemed like they had no idea what they were doing(or they were high on something), needless to say I was getting increasingly irritated with the lack of attention to detail and management of the store itself, if zero stars was an option I'd be doing that instead of one. read more

Went through the drive thru at 2430 on 06/09. Ordered 10 tacos for me and 3 friends. None of them were made correctly, and one taco was missing. When I went back through the drive thru, I was charged for the missing taco. Beyond infuriating. read more

The daughter of the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfield now works at the Sierra Vista, Taco Bell. Friday evening, 05 March 22, about 1900 I was the only car in the drive through. I couldn't read the menu that the car hop presented. I told him that I was driving up the main menu which was well lit and complete and that I would order from there. But "Karen the Taco Nazi" had other ideas. Karen the Taco Nazi yelled and ordered me to go inside and order or go back to the car hop and order BUT she wouldn't take my order from the main menu area. I asked her again to take my order. Karen the taco Nazi was confused and befuddled that her pleasant manner and mellifluous voice hadn't persuaded me so she yelled louder and repeated her order and added that I was BLOCKING OTHER CARS. HOWEVER, decided to give this particular Taco Bell another chance since: A) It has been many many years B) They recently went through a remodel C) Drive Thru D) I was really craving me some Taco Bell! Wanted to see if this place got any better since they remodeled. My goto for Taco Bell in S.V. has been the Mall food court since it was newer and cleaner, but I felt lazy recently and did not feel like getting out of the car. I have to give credit where credit is due. I went here yesterday and even though the drive thru was super long, the service was super friendly. I figured it might just be a fluke since you never know when it comes to fast food service. Its always hit or miss. Driving home from work today and was once again craving Taco Bell and since I had an enjoyable experience yesterday and didn't get sick, I decided to try again today. The drive-thru was only 1 car deep today, but the service was still super friendly. I gotta say, this place seems different than it used to be. And if you don't remember, just read all the reviews prior to 2012. Can't comment to the conditions inside. So not sure how the restroom and floors look. Went through Drive Thru on Friday night, August 18, 2017. I started thinking how slow the drive through used to be and looking for a positve experience. I paid, got my drinks in a carrier, and received one bag. I got home, and the whole reason why I went to TB was not there- My Autistic Daughter's Chips and Cheese. Grrr... so back I went. I walked in this time. Put the single bag on the counter and the receipt. They acted as though they couldn't or wouldn't read the receipt to see what was missing. They made me take my items out of the bag and TELL THEM WHAT WAS MISSING. Then a women from the back told me I drove off without my second bag.... OHHH... This spot sucks. They close their doors to the lobby super early and then force you to order through someone with a tablet which I assume is supposed to speed things up and help out the kitchen, but no it still takes just as long if not longer because not a single person seems to be able to work the thing properly. Not only that but between not knowing how to operate it they apparently can't listen or retain more than a single topic at a time because I find myself having to repeat the entire meal order multiple times to the point that I could sing what I was ordering to the person who f I thought it would have helped and by the end when they repeated it back to me I still had to correct missed item. Not to mention I can't see the menu from where this person is posted and so unless I chose to order ahead of time I'm forced to be stared down by someone with little to no personable skills who apparently knows the menu about as well as the someone who's never been to Taco Bell. I have debated on whether or not I should write a review for this place or not because well, it is Taco Bell. Everyone knows what is available there. I decided to write one on the service and not the food because for the most part it is the same everywhere. The service here with the exception of one time has been pretty spot on. Very friendly staff and sometimes a jokester. Never had any problems getting out order. It has. Ren correct all the time. Once in awhile the line can be a little long but moves quickly. read more

Prior to the remodel I dreaded coming to this Taco Bell. They originally had slow service, but I've been pleasantly surprised at the turn around in service & speed. They now have a good manager & assistant manager. Malcolm & Lisa have provided consistently good service. This is now one of my regular places for a quick, consistent meal. Taco Bell has been one of my favorite fast-food restaurants for a long time, in various parts of these United States. For various reasons, I've been unable to visit one for a long time, but when I finally found a means to get to this restaurant -- I live way out in the country and getting around is difficult -- it immediately became my favorite. OK, I'm not a gourmet. I never eat snails or caviar; but I do like flavor, and Taco Bell has flavor. And I am picky about service. This Taco Bell has the best! I'm sorry I don't have any names to brag about, but actually every single employee I've met at this restaurant is simply great. I see other reviews that are highly critical. Frankly, I think the writers either have the wrong restaurant in mind, or they're from some other chain trying to harm this place. "Dirty"? No! Food "cold"? No! Service "rude"? Absolutely not! I am now willing to go out of my way to visit here. There are specials on the menu that, for (even for me) a reasonable price, allow me at least two meals! This Taco Bell used to be horrible, but it has become better and cleaner the last few times I've eaten there. However, tonight I went through the drive through and was buying for a hungry 6 person family. The order was taken easily and with their screen to see if your order is correct you'd think there is no way they could mess it up. At the window, I paid and quietly awaited my order to finish. He asked if we wanted any sauces and of course we needed hot and mild. After about what seemed an eternity, (after all it was a large order), the food was being passes through my window. The person at the window says it's all there except the tacos and they come out. Like a dumbass, I believed him because they haven't screwed up my order in the past. Tonight was my night. We get home, missing part of our order and NO SAUCE!!!!!!! Ugh!!! I called them to complain, and since we did not want to drive back tonight, the lady on the phone was nice enough to take my name and give me credit toward my next visit. At least they made an attempt to get it right. I suggest they retrain the guy at the window who was so busy taking orders rather than concentrating on the current order at the window. Took him a while to give me back my change and in the meantime while he had my money, he took 2 orders.
