Their "Fish & Chips" meal is OUTSTANDING!! Butter Burgers too!! I believe their French Fries are the BEST I've ever eaten vs any other food establishment in Savannah Georgia!! Went on a Friday evening and it was super busy. However, the Culver team was ready and waiting for the entire town to come by. They were so professional and efficient. The restaurant was kept clean and spaces made available by the dining staff members. The food was prepared and ready to take home in just a few minutes. The Shrimp dish with the Chili and Fries were awesome! I only wish I had a Culver's exactly like this one in my hometown of Simi Valley! It would be packed every single night!! read more

This was the first time I ever visited Culver's, and I wasn't sure what they were known for, so I asked the cashier for some guidance. She mentioned they're known for their burgers, and compared them to In-N-Out, which, being from California, I'll say I'm quite biased, and I don't think anything quite compares to In-N-Out in my book. But that's just my opinion! I was a bit intimidated by the drive-thru line, but I decided to go inside to order instead. It was a long line, but I was amazed at how efficient their process is it flows very well and didn't take long at all! I went with a burger, and I have to say, it was delicious the patty was juicy, and the flavor was on point. If I had to nitpick, I'd say I'd like a bit more onion next time, but that's just a personal preference. The bread was a little thicker than I usually go for, but it had great flavor. As for the crinkle fries, they're not really my thing, so I won't be getting those again. But overall, I had a solid experience, and I'll definitely be back to give Culver's another shot! read more

I probably visit Culver's twice a month, mid afternoon, when they offer my two favorite custard flavors: chocolate-covered strawberries or strawberry parfait. Both are vanilla based. I will also have a crispy (fried) chicken basket. It's a filling meal and it's always made-to-order . And if I come here after a hike with my dog, I order a pup cup and sit on the patio. Customer service is always tops here. You are greeted when you walk in, you are thanked for your order "With pleasure!" and they are quick to take away your empty food tray, always with a smile. You are never rushed to leave even when it gets crowded. Bill, one of the original employees since this place opened in March 2015, always keeps the dining area clean even during rush hours. He may also deliver your order for you. While I tend to stick with crispy chicken sandwiches, their soups and chili are tasty, too. My husband like the butter burger and a friend raves about the cod dinner. I also like their dense mixer shakes. There are several muted tvs on the wall showing sports. Guests can also log on to the free wifi or plug their phone to a nearby AC outlet. Parking is ample and the drive-thru is fast. There is front-door parking for pick-up orders and three spaces for handicapped parking. Veterans and active-duty military get a 5% discount with proof of a military ID read more

I have never been a big Culver's fan, usually giving the win to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. That changed at this location. The food was fantastic. The spicy chicken sandwich was juicy, rich, and had the perfect kick of spice. The fries were golden and cooked just right. The staff stood out with their attentiveness, checking in often to see if we needed anything. To top it all off, the custard was absolutely fantastic. This Culver's turned me into a believer, and I will definitely be back. read more

Everything is awesome all the time. Service top tier. Cheese curds 10/10. Burgers amazing for fast food. Root beer on point. Yes all around

Love our local Culver's. The food is outstanding and the service is above par, friendly and professional and delivered with a smile.

The family went to Culver's in Sierra Vista based on a recommendation, must say we were extremely satisfied. My wife really enjoyed her mushroom Swiss melt burger, my son got the chicken sandwich and was very pleased with it. As for me I never cared for Ruben sandwiches but I was told Culver's is outstanding, after eating it I wished I had ordered 2 was an excellent sandwich. We will be back! When you have a world class manager like John Clam it was no surprise our experience at the Sierra Vista Culver's was going to be an excellent experience. To see a manager up front behind the cash register when the place is very busy show you that customer service matters. The food was great and the staff was very pleasant. We need to eat a little less next time to save room for some more ice cream our next visit. The service is amazing. The food is brought to you expeditiously and always with a smile. Comfort food at its best.

Friendliest employees around, great food. Try the cheese curds and shakes you won't be disappointed

Food is always good. Orders are usually right, but even when it's not, they make it right. So nice there is a Culver's in Sierra Vista.

There is a reason that this Culver's is consistently one of if not the best in the country. Quality, fresh food with happy and consistent service. You can tell when ownership takes care of their employees, and it is evident at this location. The biggest downside is that it is always packed, but that is a testament to how they are performing. Probably the biggest fast food bright spot in Sierra Vista. read more

And the staff are really friendly here and my meal was cold and they were on top of it. It's bad when you bite into a chicken finger and expect it to be hot and it was cold as ice cold so, I took it back and they gave me one back ASAP. read more

They do not appear to employ folks with disabilities like the rest of the franchisees unless ignorance is a disability. I missed seeing local young adults that are neurodiverse! Food - same as other Culver's. Service - same as the other Culver's. Subjectively they appear more handsome? Is that intentional? Push the societal craved body parts up front. Ambiance - seems noisier than most Culver's. Maybe be it's the pheromones? read more

Excellent service, everyone was very cordial, food is really good!!! Menu has a lot more variety than a regular fast food restaurant.

We where in Sierra Vista visiting family and they said we need to try this place out. I ordered the Rubin and their cheese curds. You order at the counter and they deliver your order to the table. I was impressed with the menu, they have a lot of food to choose from. The food was delivered quickly and it all looks great. The Rubin sandwich was delicious with the right amount of meat. I felt the cheese curds had to much batter on them . All the employees were well trained and friendly. read more

Always good food here! No complaints. We love their burgers, chicken sandwiches, custard milk shakes, and cheese curds.

You can't ask for much more from a restaurant- Culver's is always busy, and the extraordinarily friendly staff makes certain to provide service in a timely and efficient manner. Even very long lines are always a short wait. Food is served promptly. Staff follows up and makes sure orders are correct and offering to bus trays or refill drinks. Have I mentioned that their food is delicious? Great hamburgers, flavorful soups and chili, specialty sandwiches, and full dinners. Add to that world class frozen custard shakes and desserts, and you have a winning mix! We are frequent customers! read more

Culver's is my guilty pleasure. The food is horrible for your health but SO DELICIOUS YOU DON'T CARE! Best burgers ever, the ice cream is to die for, perfect fries. I even love the chicken strips but they have way too much seasoning and salt on them. I go at least once a month . . . or more. read more

My parents were taking care of our mongrels while we played in the UK for two weeks, so we told them to pick their favorite restaurant, as we wanted to take them out for dinner. Just one token of appreciation for making sure our beagles were well loved while we were away. My husband and I had expected them to pick a sit-down restaurant, something with a large menu and alcohol as an option. Imagine our surprise when we parked next to them in the Culver's parking lot. "We were thinking high-class", we thought, as we walked across the restaurant's drive-thru lane. "Mom said something about liver and onions, and adult beverages," I commented, as we stood in line waiting for the next available register to open up. Still, this was their decision, so we rolled with it. My parents and my aunt all ordered ahead of us, a mix of fish and chips and burgers. My husband got the Cheddar Butterburger with Bacon (say that five times fast!), and I got the smaller version of that same burger. He upgraded to the cheese curds as a side, and I ordered a peanut butter chocolate milkshake for us "to share". We paid for the meal (decent as far as "thank you" dinners go, a bit high for a fast food restaurant), grabbed our number, and found a large round table to sit at while waiting for our food to be brought to us. I will admit, I enjoyed my burger. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the meat and the sauces they used on the sandwich. The crinkle-cut fries were good, and the milkshake definitely hit the spot. And apparently, they brew their own root beer soda, which was a nice bonus. My husband wasn't as blown away by their burgers as I was, but that's his deal. He's kind of a burger snob when you get right down to it, so I try not to dwell on his feedback. All I know is that everybody else at the table really enjoyed their food (not to say that my hubs didn't like it - he certainly powered down everything that was put in front of him - but it wasn't his favorite burger, according to him.) I told my parents I wanted to go back when we returned from our vacation, but we ended up hitting other restaurants for our meals, instead. I am sad that we don't have this chain in San Diego, but I guess there's no shortage of burger restaurants in our hood, so I can't complain too much. read more
