!!!!Please go and meet Blue! He is the kind of McDonald's worker who completely transforms the atmosphere of the restaurant just by being on shift. He works incredibly hard, constantly on the move and noticing the small details that others might miss--whether it's a counter that needs wiping, low napkin stock, or a customer who needs a hand balancing a heavy tray. He doesn't wait for instructions from a manager; he simply spots what needs to be done and handles it with an effortless, happy efficiency that keeps everything running smoothly, even during the craziest lunch rushes. What truly makes Blue extraordinary is his genuine, upbeat attitude and his innate ability to read people. He has a gift for putting a smile on your face without ever being intrusive, offering a sincere word to someone having a rough day while knowing exactly when to just give a quiet, respectful nod to a customer who is busy or stressed. His positivity isn't a forced corporate routine; it is just the nature of a hardworking, good-natured person bringing real human kindness to a fast-paced job. I was taken aback while watching Blue as I ate; happy tears were flowing, and I couldn't stop them. No matter how busy he was, he welcomed every person who walked in. He commanded the room with confidence, grace, and a smile. He spoke to anyone who looked like they needed help, interacting so kindly by asking questions, offering compliments, and just being genuinely awesome. I told the manager about him, and I eventually mustered the courage to tell Blue how he changed my whole day. He was so genuine and gentle as I cried while telling him how incredible he is; he remained humble and comforted me in my most needed time. We need more of Blue! He makes this world so much better, and he makes me want to be a better person. Thank you Blue!! read more

Breakfast with my husband at McDonald's. Today is the new beginnings of Godzilla hello Kitty toys. First of all, I want to give two thumbs up to the young gentleman Saevion he came up to us to see if we needed help and went above and beyond to make sure we had a clean table and helped me at their kiosk. read more

Ordered to go on Xmas day. They were slammed. Long wait at curbside. When I got home, fries half empty and no sauce for nuggets. Busy isn't an excuse for poor food/service. Sigh. Cool this is the first drive thru in the country--maybe it's time has come and it should close. read more

I just learned that management is insisting employees use the restroom according to their gender assigned at birth. This is so ridiculous. The adult management needs to stop with their fascination of gender and sexuality of their employees. Let everyone pee in peace. This shameful practice must immediately come to a halt. Why do they want to shame people? read more

I went to go to the micdonald drive thru and ordered some food and ice cream then they didn't give me any food for like an hour. Then they came to us to say that are order is not Even on the thingy so we had to Wait longer. And outside there was a homeless guy showing off his abs so we went inside and there was a guy throwing cups so we went back outside to find out the ice cream machine was broken. But then we finally got our food after like an hour but one of the employees gave us extra drinks and fry's (shout out Lousie guy) so I guess it worked out, but my burger was also wrong...... read more

McDonald's - Are ride was a bit bumpy but we got extra fries! - Fast Food Near Me - Sierra Vista, Arizona

Went to McDonald's on a Saturday afternoon, service was good but food was totally nasty. The fries were shriveled and cold. Must have been sitting done for a while. The burgers were cold, bread was hard and stale, and were thrown togeather like no one cared where the patty and fixings landed. Very disappointed. This McDonald's should be shut down and open with new management. read more

Had a wonderful experience this morning. Manager "Gilsa" kindly assisted us with a request and "Israel" helped us pay for our order. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful and we appreciated the fine service. read more

Wanted a small amount of ice cream got a hot fudge Sunday that was half the size of the last one I had maybe 6 years ago and paid almost $4 , tasted terrible more like liqueur that hot fudge and had no problem throwing out most of it , and I'm a fat so that finishes everything read more

service was absolutely horrible! stood in the front for over 20 minutes and all the employees just walking around staring, not even bothering asking if anything was wrong. The manager was a complete mess, yelling at employees and not in a management professional style. Absolute joke of an establishment and workers. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. We ordered at 1305. It was a larger order so they asked us to wait in the pick up area. We have been waiting for over 40 minutes for our order. And. Even once we got our food-- they forgot our drinks and our condiments. And knowing that-- the employees STILL managed to take care of orders behind us first and we are still waiting. They knew about the problem for 10 minutes and we're still waiting. At this point apologies mean next to nothing when they're so empty and this isn't the first time that we've had this issue. I am disgusted about the amount of money that we spent today and the service that we received. read more

Orders always wrong I just waited over 20 minutes in the online order parking and they took their sweet time

The service is slow..... I get it, people need jobs but everyone cannot work fast food. They always make you park under the arches bc they cannot get your food out on time. I honestly believe this McDonald's hires the incompetent. read more

I came at 9 am with my family ordered 2 hash browns, 2 oatmeal and orange juice and a hot chocolate. The orange juice they gave me was expired AND watered down. My hot chocolate was coffee. They also kept forgetting things in our order, and would get annoyed when we would let them know we were missing things. DO NOT go to this mcdonalds. worst experience i've had. Mr ronald would be disappointed. read more

Not always terrible but depends on who you get for the shift lead. I understand that being short staffed can be overwhelming but you can't hold me hostage in the drive through so the kitchen can "catch up". When I go inside to see what's going on after being in the drive through for ~30 minutes the shift lead is making jokes to the cooks that there's a long line and one of the cooks responded with "good". Not good... like come on please try to pretend like you care. Only time in my life I've made a formal corporate complaint. Just go to the one on canyon de Flores they don't have the same issues. read more

Last several trips have been disappointing. I've visited in the afternoon. Almost always missing food from the order, never get the sauces that are ordered, and even napkins are hiding behind the counter that must be asked for (employees have to be stopped instead of them seeing you standing and asking how they can help). It's hit or miss if any special requests are fulfilled on an order, e.g., no pickles. The place always seems to be clean, I'll give them that. Online orders used to be a mess. Not sure if they got better, but I gave up on trying. read more

We go to this McDonald's regularly for coffee and sometimes food. Their Frappes are always good as is their ice coffee. The food is hot and delicious. We order in the app all time and we never have issues and I love their reward system and deals. I've saved a lot ordering through the app. Occasionally, there was an issue with an order but the staff was always very friendly and had no problem fixing it. Overall very nice McDonald's. read more

It dont take 20 fucking minutes to make a double cheeseburger and fries. The only reason i came here is cuz everything else is closed after 10pm. Avoid this place like the plague read more

Shouldn't be waiting for 25 minutes for a 6-piece kid meal. I shouldn't have to go into the building for a mid-twenties want to be teenager throwing my kid's food around seeing if it ends up in the Happy Meal box. Also, if you want proof of receipt then start giving them back out AGAIN!!! read more

I've been to this McDonald's three times. Whether they were busy or not, the service was exceptionally slow and our orders were consistently incorrect. Out of all three times I did not receive the sauces requested once. Two of the three times, I was in the drive through for almost 45 minutes. Easily the worst McDonald's I've seen. read more

there was a glitch in our mobile order unbeknownst to me it didn't show up for the crew to cook..even tho my order showed on the screen After my toddlers n I had been in restaurant for 30 min. Then made sure we were served I appreciate that kind of customer care and courtesy!! Well done Jesus!! read more

The food was completely inedible! The worst McDonald's I've ever had! My dog enjoyed it though

I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, and then when I got to the restaurant, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food when there was only 5 other people in the restaurant and only 3 cars in the drive through when I pulled up. I then got home with my 4 burritos and 2 breakfast sandwiches and found a label from Burrito mix in my food. The food was inconsistent and cold. I called to complain about the label in my food and they just said, I wasn't the one making the food so it's not my fault. read more

Bruuuh! This McDonald's is wild ! Customer service sucks! I went through drive thru, I ordered my food. I didn't want a drink , the drive thru fella yelled "NO DRINK?" I told him no... then I ge to the window to pay , i asked the "manager" if Apple Pay works since I left my wallet at home. He said "idk let's try" what kind of answer is that? Well anyways.... I got my order ... it's a complete mess... the drive thru took for ever to get through ! read more

McDonald's - a donut on a wrapper - Fast Food Near Me - Sierra Vista, Arizona

Way overpriced... e.g. breakfast sandwiches have nearly doubled in price, and they are now charging $3 for a single hashbrown patty. For that price, you can buy a box of ten hashbrown patties at Walmart. The fries are still the best (if you get them fresh cooked)... that's why I'm giving McDonalds the one star. read more

This is an updated review: I will still give the same rating because the workers are disorganized, forget things in the order, and will even argue with you about silly things. I suppose it's McDonald's however I've seen more professionalism in many other McDonald's. read more

Terrible management & never get orders correctly, I would say Zero stars. Would "NOT" recommend!!

I just left there, after watching a lady complain about her order being short a burger! She got her burger...but when I got my order... I asked if my order was completed, the girl who argued with the lady said, yes that's your order, I checked and was missing a whole thing bacon burger meal, apple slices in one of the kids meal, and no honey mustards!! Someone is definitely hungry at the back kitchen if all these orders are missing!! it cost me $45. For an incomplete meal!! They really need to stop smoking that bud! And get there act straight!! They're not even looking at the order on the board! It tells you everyone's order! I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone! I'd rather go to McDonald's in Washington state! They never get orders wrong! But it's too far so I'll go across the street to Arby's for a burger anywhere besides McDonald's! read more

So I placed an order through door dash, and my dasher tells me that they throw my food away, and then the " manager " tells the dasher that he doesn't have time to sit around and wait, i called and asked why my food was thrown away and the person that answered sounded so ignorant and said " uhh i don't know " etc. Never coming back or ordering through door dash. read more

McDonalds.... This location is the home to the first McDonalds drive thru window. Recently they completed a whole new make over. The place look nice, new and the kids love the play area. This place looks hip and fun with a bunch of open seatings, touch board menus to order from if you wish. The food taste the same which is good.... The reason for two stars is there service and professionalism.... I've had to ask for my order after waiting 15 minutes for a kids meal and a Big Mac. My ice cream has came out completely melted and I had to ask for a new serving. I think it comes down to the age of the young workers, learning how to work and be productive. However, management is hard to find at times and they are missing there part to hold operations together... read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Sierra Vista, Arizona

I'm uncertain why they say they're 24 hours. Most of the time the night shift is busy cleaning or doing something else when you attempt to make an order through drive-thru. It seems like unless you use the app you're going to wait at least 30 minutes. I've had to request a refund twice the last 2 months because after they make you pull forward they couldn't find my food. Most of their problems could be solved with better management. You would think with how much money they're charging now they get afford to hire more employees. read more

If you try the drive-through in the morning, be prepared to leave unhappy. I've been there three times, the first was 10 minutes after it was supposed to be open and it still wasn't open because the manager never showed up to unlock the doors. The second time the person speaking through the speaker was literally unintelligible. The third time they asked me to pull around and wait for my food by the front door when there was a gigantic tractor trailer in front of the front door so I had to go back through the drive-through a second time, only to get my food and find it it was burnt and my orange juice was not orange juice but was in fact just yellow-colored water. read more

This McDonald's is such a mess. There aren't many choices in Sierra Vista for food, period. Often, when going through the drive though, I'm given the incorrect food. Today I went though the drive though and ordered. I was told that my food wasn't ready and would be out soon, and to go park at the front door. It took almost 20 minutes to receive my food. This was not the first time. I would like more choices of food in Sierra Vista, for that was good and easily available. read more
