At times they are great, others they are not good at listening to orders and are in such a hurry to fill orders I've had mistakes.

Sonic makes great smoothies and chicken sandwiches but I find their fries too salty. Their prices are also high. However, I find their product consistent. The chicken is always juicy and fresh. My husband enjoyed the corn dogs. That was his last meal, too, before he died. Service is also fast and friendly at the drive-thru, which is always busy up until midnight. read more

Terrible! The cherry limeade was good, but it was so sweet that you couldn't possibly drink it. Food was mediocre and expensive. When they brought the food to me they didn't put any napkins or anything in there. I asked for some and they said they would come right back with it but they were no where to be found. The worse part of all is how they charge for all condiments even ones that you can get for free anywhere except for here. Ketchup, mustard, and all condiments with a cost. Burger King over this location for burgers.. cheaper, faster, HOTTER, & friendly staff in my experience. Paid $4 and change for a plain cheeseburger that tasted just like a McDonald's burger. The wait time would have been fine if my food was fresh.. but the tots were nearly stale and my popcorn chicken wasn't hot.. which I had to go back for because they forgot to put it in the bag.. all of the food I got was cold.. I live close to this location so this hasn't happened to us before.. There was no communication between the staff. The young lady that took my payment stated she was just waiting for my food.. a couple of minutes later a young man came to the window and extended a giant milkshake to me asking if I was waiting for food or only got a shake.. I'm sure this place is good mainly if you've been drinking and need a greasy place to make it all better again. This location isn't the best, but isn't the worst. Came here maybe twice in a month and a half. The burgers have always been fantastic. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but that's fine. Their shakes are so weird. Well I had a horrible horrible experience at Sonic. I figured I would give them another chance. Two number ones with no pickles add bacon and strawberry lemonade the strawberry lemonade was the only thing that was good. The lettuce was sweaty and slimmy gross the Tomato was mush the bread was old you could tell the french fries were cold and reheated anybody who eats french fries knows that you cannot reheat fries. I have been trying to call all week. all throughout the day I try and call you guys no one answers not one flipping time. I remember when Sonic used to be good. I LOVE SONIC!!!!! The food here is always fresh and good quality. The service is fast and I've never had to ask them twice for anything. Their double cheeseburger is amazing and I absolutely love their tator tots! I mean really, their tator tots are really good. Salty with a nice crunch and ketchup is NOT necessary. They offer burgers, sandwiches, chicken strips, fries and hotdogs etc. but most importantly, slushees and ice cream! They have such a wide variety! This Sonic has a massive lack in real Management. Manager Jorge likes to call his staff an yell at them for not showing to work when staff is sick to the point staff is crying and a parent has to intervene. A hospital note had been hand delivered to manager/ shift lead Karen by a parent day before the shift that he was screaming at my child about. Karen likes to man handle staff an put her hands on staff. My daughter was yelled at by all managers on duty due to their lack of communication with each other, an when she tried to explain to Jorge she was doing as directed by other managers she was yelled an cursed at by all three managers. She was then grabbed an man handled by Karen. When my daughter got up set an told her to get her hands off of her she refused. yes at that point my daughter got really upset at her arms being squeezed an being yelled at she did use a curse word but it should of never lead to my daughter being touched at all.This put my daughter into a massive anxiety attack. All managers their treat their staff extremely poorly an have a major lack in good management skills. when I addressed management I was lied to over and over an the more Jorge tried to tell me what happened the more his story changed. He also removed my daughter from the schedule ( fired her) yet told me he took her off the schedule so she could think about things for the week. My daughter will not be returning to Sonic and a hostile work environment. For any young student looking for a job I suggest looking elsewhere. When you get the same story from your daughter an multiple other staff at different times an a manager can't keep one straight there is something wrong. My daughters horror story with this Sonic isn't the only one I've heard. I forgot to mention since this incident Karen's family has tried to harass my family on social media platforms. So please as I said if you are a young student or teen at all please consider looking for better work opportunity. It's Sonic! Good food for a grease fix.

I like the remodel. There is more room to park. The food is always consistently good. The real reason we go there is for the ice cream. Our boys favorite reward for a deed well done is a sonic blast. Many many flavors to choose from. Our family seems to reorder their favorites over and over again. Yummy Oreo cookie, Chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cup, and strawberry fresh fruit slushy! It is very hot here in AZ in the summer and those fresh fruit slushy's really cool you down. Brain Freeze ! They also have hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and burritos. Breakfast items are served all day. You can sit outside at tables, go through the drive thru or have your food brought to your car (even on roller skates- old car hop style). It is a fast food place so don't expect gourmet food but it rates 5 stars and holds its own next to any other fast food place! read more
