We love our Panda Express. It was much awaited in Viera. Prior to this I would have to drive to Wickham. This location is really big with lots of parking and a driveway. Inside there is really cool Asian design with cool architecture. The employees are very friendly and the food is fresh. For our recent visit my husband and I shared a two entree plate and it was more than enough food for two people. We got the Beijing beef and sesame chicken. Two classics that you can't go wrong with. For the side we get half fried rice and half low mein. I think the prices are very fair and it's worth it for the portions. Man we are pissed. We must have waited in line for 20 minutes inside and the line was moving very slow. We looked at the food and boy was it delicious looking. Until...We saw one young girl come out to the dining area to take out the trash. She gathered the trash and even pushed it down with her bare hands. What we saw next made us leave immediately. That same young girl who pushed the trash down went back to the serving line and started serving customers. She DID NOT wash her hands before serving the food. I dont know Florida maybe you should send in health department undercover. On top of that we saw what we believe was the manager who was ordering the young girl around. The manager then seemed to know one of the young customers and cashed them out, carried their tray of food to their table, and went in the back to clean their table. Meanwhile, we are still waiting in line at the entry doors and only one girl on the serving line. They were filling the call in orders instead of serving those waiting in line and drive through. These call in orders should be filled last. We would have given them a higher star but we didn't get a chance to try the food because that grossed us out. read more

I haven't had Panda in a few years because our last experience was bad (at another location) but I've been craving it for a while. This location is so pretty. It was very clean and the staff was very attentive. They made sure that I got fresh hot food when I asked for something that looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a little overwhelming. The were 2 people at the counter, both helping us then it went to 1 who was also teaching someone new. So she was talking to us then the girl then we were waiting. It was a lot. However, we will be back. Food was great read more

Food is very bland. The crab Rangoons are disappointing, mainly cream cheese flavor. The sweet sauce helped it a little. Teriyaki chicken was mushy and tasted like the grill not the seasoning, very very bland. White rice was crunchy. The orange chicken and the fried rice were pretty good. Slowest Drive-Thru in World History It took them 17 minutes to get me a panda bowl. There were no other cars in the drive thru. A panda bowl is one entree on top of rice. They are apparently unfamiliar with the purpose of a drive thru. We customers specifically use them when we are short on time. Would have been okay if they added a sign prior to ordering which said: NOTE: IT TAKES US 17 MINUTES TO DO A BASIC TASK. If you're not Ok with that, drive away now. read more

I was waiting in the front of the line for 10 minutes to be served. The lady brings out a fresh batch of dynamite chicken only to use it all on back orders. I ask how long for more to be made since they then ran through a whole batch right in front of me. Only then does she ask the cooks to put more down and tells me about 6 minutes. Ridiculous. Makes no sense. Why would you not put more down sooner if you know you have orders for more than one batch? Third time this has happened. Food is usually good but their system sucks! read more

It's been open for maybe a month or 2 now. Or even 3. Drive by it on my way to work and drive past it on my way home after work. Finally during dinner decided to stop by and grab some dinner to go. Walked in, was greeted. However, I guess because it was so busy, that as expected, they ran out of a lot of entrees. I was told it be 5 - 10 mins wait. Which I was fine with. No problem, can't help it if the food ran out and they're cooking it. At least I know it'll be hot. I'm sure they were doing the best they could with what they had. It happens. My only thing that I didn't appreciate was while waiting in line for my food, all the talk that was going on in the back. Heard some vulgar language which wasn't okay, considering it's a family restaurant AND there were kids in the establishment. The dining area definitely needs to be upkept, a lot of the tables either weren't wiped down or I saw customers wiping down the tables themselves. Other than that, I may come back when I'm in a pinch for dinner. read more

The food is great, however they are so slow and instead of going customer to customer, they start with you, cut you off and go to someone else. I placed a mobile order. First i went thru the drive thru that i sat in for 15 minutes before i just went in and waited for another 10. She made me go up to 3 different people just to tell them i had a mobile order. And multiple people complained while i was in there. Somehow they have so many workers yet they don't know what they are doing. read more

Well, I hadn't been to one in like probably seven years and I only went once the one in Lake Nona and it was OK but I thought I remembered it that way. Was not impressed whatsoever beef and broccoli. I felt like I was in the Wendy's commercial, where is the beef But you get plenty of broccoli. Chicken teriyaki was OK. Absolute worst service I ever experienced in a drive through. They left the vehicle In front of me unattended for over 20 minutes before taking their order. Leaving me trapped between cars.Once it was my turn I had to repeat my order 3 times to the girl who was laughing while taking my order. Once I got to the window I was told they were out of Chow Mein and I have to wait 5-10 more minutes. Absolute incompetency! Last night my 80-year-old mom drove to your establishment to get her favorite dinner after a very long drive home. She always pays in cash, and the register had no ones for change so she had to wait until Kyle, the manager on duty, got out of the bathroom. She waited over 15 minutes. When Kyle finally came to the register, he didn't apologize for the long wait but was indignant about having to use the bathroom. He went to the back for a dollar bill and returned minutes later with a very dirty dollar. He put it on the table by my mom and said, "Here's your dolla,r don't ever come back." She called me (in Michigan) very upset because Panda's is her favorite restaurant, and she's very upset that she isn't welcome there anymore. Kyle should be reprimanded for treating his customers so disrespectfully, and someone from this restaurant needs to welcome my mom back and apologize. read more

It's Panda Express, you know what you're getting into it when you order it. It seemingly hasn't changed in flavor across several states and many years. It's bland, Americanized Chinese food, and I mean that completely lovingly. It's a form of cheap comfort food at its finest. The actual interior of the place is surprisingly nice and the staff are energetic and fast when fulfilling orders. read more

this is the best Panda Express I have been to, from Burlington , MA , to Viera, Florida. You have to understand that it is a fast food Chinese experience.
