I wasn't very hungry tonight so I decided to go to Panda Express for a quick small meal before I return to my event. Service was efficient and I got a scoop of zucchini chicken over vegetable greens served in a bowl. Since there is no sales tax in Oregon I paid less than $10 for my meal, which came with a free fortune cookie. The zucchini chicken just came out of the wok so it tasted fresh although a bit salty for my taste, but since I didn't grow up eating a lot of salt in my food (thanks to my mom for being a healthy food cook), I typically find most food salty whenever I eat out. read more

Confession time!!! Panda Express is one of my guilty pleasures! This rating is for a fast food restaurant. Of coarse there is better Chinese food elsewhere but I love the consistency of the chow mien, orange chicken, and Beijing beef! Locations are modern inside and service is fast and friendly. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Jumped off the MAX Red Line and strolled over. Only one person in line at 5:45PM...I guess she wanted something special because she waited a while. But after she was served things went quicker. Food was fresh. I got the plate with fried rice as my side item and for the entrees I chose Sweetfire Chicken along with my longtime fave, Beef and Broccoli. They gave me a heaping portion of fried rice, hot and fresh. Same with the entrees. I devoured it all! Super accessible from Cascades MAX station on the way to the city from PDX flights. Only downside was the wait time due to what looked like staffing issues. The few people on hand had to run back and forth from cashier to serving food. The pandemic likely had something to do with that. Overall I enjoyed eating here it lives up to Panda's quality reputation. It was a nice rest and recharge from the day's travels. read more

I went at like 3pm, Food was fine and workers were nice but it took 25 minutes before they even started my food, which was a super easy meal. Then they kept going to do other things when I was just waiting to be rung up. A lot of people in line ended leaving. I think they were training someone which I understand but their time management is still iffy. read more

I work at the airport and keep making the mistake of coming here. The line is always slow. Not long but slow. They prioritize online orders even if you were there before it came in. The place is always overflowing with trash. Hard to park. Just terrible. Avoid if possible. read more

There's six workers in the back and only one person working at the food line with a line out the door. Multiple employees walked up and looked and saw that there was a line out the door and did nothing. This employee named moon is ALWAYS left alone and she actually yells back and asks people to come help her and everybody just ignores her. Moon deserves a pay raise... you know since she's doing everyone's job. I work in the area and am here often, she is your hardest worker and is always left alone on the food line. Showed up around opening and the place quickly filled up. Small amounts of each dish was added to the case and quickly sold. Employees weren't overly personable with masks on, but I would instead describe them as steadfast focused and skilled multi-task. Pretty delicious spread with healthy options too. I usealy only put in a review when I have very positive things to say about a place however today just caught me in the mood where I want to share my experience so maybe management can fix things. First off the food is decent. It's panda it's not going to rock your world nor are you going to say omg worst ever. But omg customer service is the worst here. It isn't ever like that s is the first time here. I have given it multiple chances and now I am done. I am not a difficult customer. I don't ask for high maintenance orders. I don't ask for no this or that or add this or that. I am polite and I don't mess with my cell phone when I am being served because believe me I know that rude customers are a thing too. I Know they get busy but the service here is just completely rude and impersonal. Don't treat your customers like a herd of cattle, make eye contact don't appear to be irritated because you are having to do your job. If you don't like your job find a new job. read more

We drive in regularly from the SE side of town to fulfill our Black Pepper Chicken craving. This Panda never disappoints. The mixed veggies are usually really fresh and delicious! It can get a little busy during dinner and some customers are horribly rude but the staff is wonderful and patient in dealing with that crowd. read more

Was given incredibly small entree portions. The smallest scoops I've ever received from a Panda Express. Pictures attached. I ordered a 2 entree plate and a 3 entree plate. This was late in the evening with practically no one there. 7:40pm. Not like they needed to skimp on food for a rush or something. read more

After waiting 15 minutes for them to make chicken, I got my order, went home, ate my noodles and chicken, and threw up at 4:30am due to food poisoning. it's no wonder why I'm giving this place a 2 star review. the only reason it's not one is because the nice person who gave me my food, gave my fiancée a free drink for waiting. read more

I arrived at 845pm on Friday night, 15 mins before they closed and was told that they were no longer making any food. There were about 4 entry's left and no veggies. I guess I'm just irritated cause the door says that they close at 9pm so why wouldn't you have a full complement of food or be willing to make something the customer wants. Hardly anyone here and there wasnt any food. No entrees or no noodles. We were the only ones in line. The food was okay at best. The food they had was dried out and old. And as others stated, the portion sizes were small. I like Panda Express, but was very dissapointed in this one. You'd expect more for $8.10 plate. As there are multiple options nearby, I suggest going elsewhere. read more

I stopped by this Panda Express today to satisfy my Panda cravings. I haven't eaten it for years, literally, so I was hoping that this would live up to the hype. I ordered my usual -- orange chicken, sweetfire chicken, and fried rice. One interesting thing also: As if orange chicken couldn't get bad enough for your arteries, there is now orange chicken WITH BACON. The sample didn't taste bad, but I couldn't bring myself to eat that over the regular orange chicken. One thing I did not like at this Panda Express was the to-go plastic boxes that they used (maybe this is standard now, but it wasn't the last time I ate at a Panda Express in California). Due to the shape of the box, it gives the servers a nice little "target" in relation to how much orange chicken to put on your tray. Before, the grooves weren't as "tall" so I would get more orange chicken that flowed into my fried rice. Now that there is a clear delineation of the compartments, the server has no real obligation to give me more chicken than what will fill up that nice little spot.... Please see the attached pictures and tell me if it's just me, or if I'm right about this. Anyhow, I shall revisit Panda in another few years. 2 stars because it more or less tasted like how it was supposed to taste. read more

Unfortunately this is the worst Panda I have ever been too! Not many selections at 630pm on a Wednesday. Chose the Teriyaki chicken and it was cold immediately upon serving it. Well my orange chicken & chow mein was dry and the Angus beef was just fine. Now if I was going to make any recommendation to this Panda Express location: please discontinue the use of the plastic to go containers use the cardboard containers that I see at most other panda locations: let's stop using valuable resources to make these plastic containers. read more

The service was absolutely amazing ! The store was polished clean you could litterally eat of the ground (not really but ya get the point) the servings were pretty good. The manager Lisa was amazing she was training a staff member while still ensuring her store was running and on top of that having genuine conversations with her customers! I work nearby and am only able to get to this Panda location an hour before they close. They hate people coming in after 8 pm. The food is old, slimy-looking, or over-cooked under the heat-lamps. This place is soo disappointing at night I just want to let everyone know not to come here before they close unless they want the worst food imaginable. I'm Chinese, and I'll admit, I think Panda Express is much better than some other places. I've been to a lot of them and never had anything bad to say about PE...until I came to this one. So Nic Batum was in the area signing autographs, so my fiancee and I went there to get an autograph. My brother eventually joined me. Well he was hungry after the signing so we went here since it was...there. The place was full of people so there were no tables to really sit at. We were lucky to score a table when one person left. The food wasn't really that great. PE has been known to move food out and replace it with fresh food but this wasnt the case. I got old green beans that blech. My brother wanted rice, but changed his mind to noodles and all the sudden he had half and half. Ok... But the worst part was the floors. It was sticky. Like public mens bathroom sticky. I'm not sure if they used soda water as a cleaning agent but I almost lost my shoe when it got stuck on to the floor. You think that from my point of view after running a family restaurant that maybe a manager would tell somebody to clean up the place, nobody did. I saw 4-6 employees there, half of them on their cell phones talking or playing games. All the while while the floor was sticky. The sound of people walking by just urks me. The guy that was filling the straws at the fountain machine, on the cell phone, yap, yap, yap, yap. Nothing says akward than a bunch of guys huddled in the little room tot he side checking their phones, while the FLOOR NEEDS ATTENTION!
