I tried the Tri Tip sandwich which was smoked out back on the Traeger. Absolutely delicious!!! Service was amazing too!! Loren was awesome!! Super friendly and gave amazing service with a big smile!! Big selection of brewskiis..... plus I had to try their "Swish" which was on their cocktail list. It was amazing!!! I would highly recommend Sidelines as THE BEST sports bars in the PDX area.

I usually get a regular hamburger and just add veggies, and most of the time, I haven't been charged. It's really great to have a local quick service place that you don't feel bad about eating at. I've known lots of people who have or who's kids started or stayed at Burgerville, so I hope that's a great sign that they treat folks well.

Today wasn't that day! There were only two of us in the drive-through the guy waiting to order and then Me right behind him. Since I've always had trouble here with speed, I decided to use the timer on my phone. The guy in front of me was waiting at the order menu board when I got there as soon as I got behind him, I started my timer. It took six minutes for him to place his order and then it was my turn. 3 1/2 minutes later, I put it in my order. You're able to preorder your take out from the Chipotle App, but swinging by at the last minute works just as fast as the dinner crowd has already left the restaurant. The staff works quickly, the restaurant is kept clean and tidy, unisex restroom is available, free refills of fountain drinks should you dine in, free ample parking space right outside.

Ken took our order, but from the beginning, his attitude toward us felt unwelcoming. I noticed that he seemed much friendlier and more welcoming toward other customers, which made me uncomfortable and left me wondering if we were being treated differently because we are Asian. I tried to ignore it because we were hungry and just wanted to enjoy our meal. However, my son then told me that he did not like the taste of the complimentary water. As a mother, I went back to our rental car and brought in a half-full bottle of Smartwater that we already had with us. When I came back into the restaurant, Ken rudely told me, in front of other customers, that outside drinks were not allowed. I explained that my son did not like the taste of the water they provided, but Ken insisted that we purchase a drink from the restaurant. I also pointed out that there was no sign on the entrance or anywhere that we could see stating that outside drinks were not allowed. Even if this is the restaurant's policy, it could have been communicated politely and respectfully. What bothered me most was not the policy itself, but the way I was treated. I felt singled out and embarrassed in front of other customers. I also noticed that Ken appeared much warmer and friendlier toward customers of other ethnicities, which made the experience even more uncomfortable for my family. Ken, if you are the owner or manager, I hope you take this experience seriously and remind your staff that every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or appearance. You never know what someone may already be going through, and a little kindness can make a big difference. The other employees we interacted with were much nicer and welcoming. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would rather support other local restaurants when visiting Portland. I have also attached photos showing that there was no visible notice at the entrance regarding a no-outside-drinks policy. I still gave him a 15% tip coz my family and I are not like that.

I recently visited McDonald's, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The crew appeared disengaged, and I had to wait several minutes just to be acknowledged at the counter. When I finally placed my order, the cashier was rude and barely made eye contact. After waiting for over 20 minutes, my order was still incorrect. When I brought it to their attention, they took the food back but didn't offer a refund or even attempt to fix the order. There was no apology or explanation, and it felt like they didn't care at all. The lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and refusal to refund my money left me completely frustrated. I expected better from a global brand like McDonald's. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

I've been to this McDonald's twice, and both times the experience was awful. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely ignored me at the counter. It felt like they couldn't care less about serving customers. No greeting, no eye contact, just attitude and indifference. I had to wait far too long for my order while they chatted among themselves. When I finally got my food, there wasn't even an apology for the delay. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training. I won't be returning -- there are plenty of other McDonald's that actually respect their customers. read more
