Absolutely the worst Panda Express I've ever been to in my life. The food was disgusting looking, the service was horrible. I got beef and broccoli. The broccoli was so soggy it was like a smushed sponge. Staff does not know how to treat customers, nor do they know how to speak English. I ordered beef broccoli and another entree but was told I had to wait 7-8 minutes. So I opted for Orange Chicken. Once home, I was excited to eat my food to satisfy my cravings when I noticed that there was more of the Orange Chicken than the Beef Broccoli (which was just very little portion and placed on top of the Orange Chicken). Just left from the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and I've called the store 11 times back to back with no answer so I'll bring it here. Karla V was working the window at this time. This has been the third I get served old sweet tea in less than 2 months. The first two times it tasted like botulism set in and they served us old recycled tea that made me very sick. Today my tea had a very off taste so I open the lid and stirred my straw around to find that it was very thick and stringy. I got home and poured it into a clear glass to find it was all very thick and slimy. I instantly got a headache and they still won't answer the phone. I really don't understand a lot of the complaints. Particularly the reviewer who pointed out that no Chinese work here. Does he expect all Mexican workers at Taco Bell and Italians at Olive Garden? Really silly. We stopped here in Odessa for a road trip. There were a lot of people here, but we were promptly served and ate on a clean table. If you love other Pandas, you know what to expect. Very disappointing to have ordered from them because in California, were given big portions with just 1 plate for $7-$8. They must not be Asian! THE WORST PANDA EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I placed my order ahead of time through the app so it was a quick process of just picking up. I love about 35mins away so I thought that would be the best route for me. We'll i was super pleased with my order being ready for me to just get it and go. BUT I get home and all of my orders were wrong. They gave me things I didn't even order. So they're either incompetent or they ran out and instead of being professionals and telling me when I got there before I took it home they just packed it wrong. I understand one mistake but every single plate was wrong. Definitely not worth the trip back. Guess it's just a loss for me and have to stick to eating panda when we go out of town. read more

So as usual Odessa standards have gotten through the doors of this place. They are relatively clean, which is always nice. The staff is quite friendly, I can honestly say it's one of the better fast food staff in town (and I have multiple good stories of the staff). The food is where I get picky. The food is set out like cafeteria style, which would be fine if they changed the food out more frequently. This is what makes the place so hit or miss. When you get floppy broccoli that is pale green, it's time to change out. Some of the food gets unsatisfactorily crunchy or soggy were left out too long. Other than that, if the food is fresh out its one of the better places in town! And despite its flaws it is still one of my favorite fast food places in Odessa. read more

I came to eat at panda like I always do. I had a simple request I asked for the orange chicken with no sauce for my little children. It's usually not a problem if they have the chicken sitting on the fryer rack. But the so called manager said no! And not even in a nice way.
