I came to eat at panda like I always do. I had a simple request I asked for the orange chicken with no sauce for my little children. It's usually not a problem if they have the chicken sitting on the fryer rack. But the so called manager said no! And not even in a nice way. I don't understand why I can't get my chicken with no sauce! So now I can't enjoy panda with my children because they can't accommodate their food! Panda you have to get it together. We are normally big fans of Panda Express. But this one we will not revisit. The place was FILTHY! The floors were nasty with food, dusty, trash all over the floor! It looked as if it hadn't been mopped in a week. The drink station was a giant hot mess. There were liquids spilt everywhere with trash all over. Not a single table top was clean (there were at least 10 unoccupied). Filthy. The only reason I gave two star is because the food was still tasty. But the filthiness makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen too. We will NOT BE BACK. read more

This is FAST FOOD chinese made by no one of asian decent. Panda is SUPER stingy with their meats. I ordered the steak & broccoli & got ZERO steak & all broccoli. I will not recommend Panda Express to anyone & I will not be returning either. This place is a joke for chinese quisine. Many place that are much, much better! read more

They had a really long line with 20 plus cars in the drive thru. I waited and ordered a plate, not only did they double my portion. But the food tastes great not rushed. Just moved to the area and it's been hard for to find food that I like, but this was great. read more

so today at lunch I decided go to Panda.. treat myself. Ordered a bowl of Orange Chicken w/Steamed Rice. I got the orange chicken with Fried Rice and the chicken is so freaking hot you cant even eat it. Why does everyone think because we live in West Texas everything has to be cooked with jalapenos. So I spent $10 (gave the extra to the childrens fund) and cant even eat the food. Thanks Guys for running my lunch. Sort of feel bad for people in this city because this is not how Panda Express normally tastes. The noodles didn't have any flavor and the orange chicken which is normally bursting with flavor had barely any sauce on it so that was pretty disappointing. Maybe they are trying to save money by skimping on ingredients but this is a big chain and all of these dishes are supposed to taste a certain way. I'm only assuming they are using less sauce and other ingredients to save money because they also very carefully make sure to not fill the scoop up fully lol before they dump it on your plate. Only so much food can fit in that one scoop to begin with, so don't dump it back out and start over to give a customer less... At least not in such an obviously way. Weird... Everyone seems unsure of themselves so maybe it will get better with time? read more

Hands down the worst Panda Express I've ever been to, and I'm a big panda fan. They ran out of beef and vegetables like 45 minutes before closing and refused to make anymore. Went through the drive thru and the lady taking the order kept messing up my order and didn't inform me that they were out of beef or vegetables. I found out they ran out once we got to the window and the manager let me know. Extremely disappointed with the service. read more

Bought a 2 entree beef and broccoli dinner for my 79 yr old mother on Saturday! At the bottom of one of the smaller food sections of the container was some habanero sauce!!! This poor woman's face turned red and she started coughing! To say her mouth was burning is an understatement! Whether intentional or on purpose, this could have been a serious health issue!! Training on mixing sauces in this establishment needs to be done!! The food was good until this incident. Be careful if you eat here! You might be getting more than you paid for! read more

Tried this place again today and it was a totally different experience. The first time we went thru the drive thru but my husband convinced me to go and eat in. Big difference! Maybe drive thru customers get all the effed up food but this time it was fresh and the order was right cause I pointed to it. I'll go back but I'll get off from now on. read more

Great food I love Panda Express with their orange chicken but this was different from other Panda Express I have ever ate. Like most places the fried rice is dry with little sauce in it. Their teriyaki chicken is the worst it was grilled so the cause of it failure was they did add enough teriyaki whole cooking it making it taste plain they should keep the old ways they cooked it amazing couldn't get enough of it. Yet I love Panda Express another downfall is the price I purchased rice, and 2 entrees with a regular side drink costed me 12$ I could go some where else get a combo meal plus a kids meal I would still have a dollar and some change left after paying. I don't know what happen used to be around 8-9 $ plus drink why is it so over price there but in mall food courts be a little cheaper. This restaurant is different compared to the all the others I've ate in. read more
