The food prep area also looked pretty messy, almost like it hadn't been cleaned throughout the day. Maybe they wait until closing to do a full cleanup, but from a customer's perspective, it doesn't give a great impression. What bothered me most was seeing an employee on her phone for a few minutes browsing while still wearing her gloves, then going right back to handling food afterward. That's definitely something that should be addressed from a food-handling and cleanliness standpoint. I kept wondering what was taking so long and then noticed all the people getting their food came in well AFTER we placed our order so I had to ask where our order was. It was just sitting on the counter getting cold. The fries were terrible and not at all like we used to get. What a disappointment. Also, if you order a burger with mayo expect at least a cup of mayo and no less. We threw one burger in the trash. This location needs more employees and new management.
