The food is good. If you've never been to a Panda Express, the food has lots of flavor and usually on the sweet side. I think I've heard someone call it sugar chicken - haha. It's definitely to my taste though. I like the spiciness in the kong Pao chicken but I usually have to take out the peppers as they're roasted too much for my taste. As a loyal customer for several years, I have always held Panda Express in high regard, but my recent encounter has left me to question my continued patronage. However, the gentleman making our plates this evening accidentally touched a long noodle with his bare hand hanging from the container, then attempted to put it in my plate. When I advised him that I did not want it in my plate, he proceeded to break it off and it dropped in the big pan of noodles that they were serving from. However, when asked what they were going to do with the noodles, the manager stated she was not going to serve them. She would serve me from a different bowl which she did. However, during all this time for me to finish getting my plates made checked out while other people were waiting on me no one throughout the bowl of noodles they just sat on top as if they were waiting for me to leave to put them back with the other ones. Hygiene counts. Those noodles should've been disposed of immediately. I just wanted to make others aware of my experience here. At the point that I left, which was seven minutes after the incident, the noodles were still sitting there. To be fair, the food was good as it usually is. I have to say...the food was really good, and the portions were bigger than they look. In terms of delivery, I think they should let customers know up front that they use Door Dash for deliveries. Speaking of deliveries, the delivery driver came to my house and I saw that she went in the trunk to get my food. I also had juice from the food all over everything inside because they contents had shifted and one of the chicken orders started leaking. I visited this location last night with my mother and daughter. The food was good but the service was terrible. There looked to be no one over the age of 18 working in this location and boy, could you tell. The immature nature of the women not paying attention to their customers and continued laughing and joking while taking orders was very unprofessional. Awful experience. I go to this location on my lunch break. I order the food for online pickup. I arrive, only to find that the entrance is closed and only the drive through is open. There are at least 10 cars in the drive through, and I have to be back from lunch soon, so I flag down an associate that told me to go through the drive through, and I asked for a refund, because I didn't have time to wait in this huge line. The associate goes to get my order, rather than refund me. When I arrive at work, what do I discover? An entirely incorrect order. I called them to demand a refund, but no answer. While all of this was happening, there was another customer at the door with me, who had waited in the long drive through line, and they had messed up his order. The associate at the front door was also helping him, and brought out his updated order. But somehow, they had forgotten his chow mein. I have been coming to this location since 2012 and I have had good and bad experiences which can be expected of a fast food chain but today I had such a terrible experience that it made me want to leave this review out of pure frustration and disappointment. Like many people i work very long hours and my wife does as well so often times we have to opt for fast food, so we try to go somewhere that doesn't feel as unhealthy as the rest. Today I purchased several 2 entree dinners and when i get home i discover that the fried rice seems to be uncooked fried rice mixed with cooked fried rice that has probably sat there quite a while so probably the bottom of the container, at this point i am frustrated but i am exhausted and do not feel like going back to complain so I decided to call the store to let them know so that someone else doesn't deal with the same situation. I used to come here every so often, years ago. The quality of the food was good then it became pretty poor. Recently I was here a few days back and they've really cleaned up. There isn't that many fast food restaurants where you can eat the food and feel good afterwards, this would be one of those places. Price wise it's barely more expensive than McDonald's but you can definitely taste that the food has a decent quality and is made with real ingredients. I like that they've also started putting more meat into their entrees that come with vegetables. It felt like for a while there would be mostly vegetables and a little bit of meat with the entrees but they've now found a really good balance of both. I'm disappointed they no longer have sesame chicken which I think was their best entrees. When I was here, we also had to wait about 20 minutes because they ran out of chow mien and we're cooking more. In the end I have to say that they're management really stepped up as well, as we were offered a free meal by the manager, on our next visit. It might not be much but it's things like that that show the customer they care. They might not have always been the best fast food joint but they definitely deserve a better rating as of right now on Yelp. read more

And don't forget if they forget something in your order and you forget the girls name who you speak to on the phone they will not give you that item and you also have to make sure you keep that receipt to which I find is pretty ridiculous considering if they forget something that you ordered you should just be able to give your name they write it down and then you go there and pick it up at another time at your convenience but it doesn't work like that with Panda Express you actually have to keep the receipt you have to remember the manager's name and they do not write down your name anyways the food sucks you're better off ordering real Chinese food. read more
