I was very surprised to see so many complaints on here. I did notice that most of them were 4-5 years old, so maybe somebody should delete the bad ones that have certainly been fixed. I live here, and stop by at least once or twice a month, and have never gotten anything dry, cold, burnt, or anything except good. My favorite dish is the Walnut Shrimp, and if I had to complain about anything, it's only that they tend to run out before they close. That is probably one of the best Chinese dishes I've ever had, so they probably sell out of it the earliest. The "noodles" that are mentioned is their version of Chow Mein. Most of the plates will contain both it and the rice. It's not as good as some, but still tasty. The fried rice has always been good to me. The rangoon is great. Sadly the egg roll is not. But I don't usually care. Spring rolls are better, anyway. They do need to start over on the egg rolls, though. The orange chicken is good. I usually get the large plate with both that and the shrimp dish. The leftovers freeze surprisingly well, too. This place centers around the drive through, and not inside seating. I've never been inside, so can't address that. There's Chinese on every block, so if you want to eat inside, I'd suggest going to one of the others. I think it's great to have the drive-through, myself. Overall, I'd rate it 4.5 stars because of the egg rolls, but you won't find a tastier dish than the Walnut Shrimp. Relocate or fire Yairi C and her attitude, and we may come back. We are locals and visit Panda Express often, especially in the last few months and became rewards customers. Food is good and reasonable but dealing with a cashier like Yairi, it's not worth the trip. There are way too many Asian establishments in the area that appreciate business and don't treat their customers like crap. I ordered on the Panda Express app. The app was easy to navigate. I like the fact that you can add a gift card in the payment section. I got a text that my order was ready. Did Panda Express last night. Typical Asian food and very good. We did spicy chicken and fried rice with egg roll and spring rolls. They provided soy sauce and hot mustard but I would prefer my own from the grocery store. Total included tax was rounded up $28. Was ready 5 minutes after I ordered online. They sent a text. Inside the restaurant is a buffet line so you can eat there. Several tables and some people inside eating. Location is sorta beside Publix on the us17 side. Will order again. read more

I don't why but sometimes I want Panda Express. And it always disappoints(lol). The chow mein was dry and teriyaki chicken was dry too. The fried rice was the best part of it. Well just finished my third trip. And still disappointing. This place is either understaffed or completely incompetent. It is impossible to get a meal from here in under 15minutes. Impossible. Even if you are the only customers in the restaurant. The food was good but by god they are horrible at keeping dishes ready and move slower than molasses. Panda should be ashamed of this location and how slow they operate. I was told it would be a five minute wait for a dish, 15 minutes later they hadn't even started cooking that dish so I asked for anything they had ready. Which still took an additional 5 minutes. Didn't receive all the food I paid for, ordered a large order of crab Rangoon (12pc) and received 3 piece, didn't realize until I got home, my fault for not looking, their fault for not being able to read. Food was dry and old. Noodles were disgusting. Will not waste money here again. read more

I like it. I lunched here the other day, and it couldn't have gone better. Friendly staff, fast service, clean dining room, zero issues. Good tea, too. I ordered chow mein. It was dry as it always is. The atmosphere is nice and the employees are nice, but the food was not great. Edible but don't go if your looking to be happy with just chow mein. I'm sure their chicken is better, but I'm vegetarian so that's a no go for me. read more

If I could only give no star! We came to visit here with my friends since it's the new restaurant in our area. The staff who served our food seemed unhappy and unfriendly except their little asian register Laiza,she is so great full and very friendly to everyone you can tell,and we all thought she was the manager after we asked for the manager. Anyway,We ordered fried rice, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and crab rangons. The food is so dry and cold. The teriyaki chicken is still bleeding and gross, the orange chicken is hard as a rock and the honey walnut shrimp is dry and hard also and I don't see any walnut anywhere on my shrimp. We end up throwing most of our food. And also 5 of us got stomach problems and diarrhea after eating their food.. never again!!!! read more

Service was slow, with robot like employees. Who can neither smile and greet you, but look away when your talking to them. I got an allergic reaction from the Kung pow chicken and the side of my throat was all swollen by the end of the day, not to mention I got Montezuma's revenge to top it off the next day! read more

This was my first time ever at a Panda Express. The food was already prepared and woks on a bar and the person gets the food that you tell them you want so those noodles they were a little chewy. But the chicken was good enough and I ate everything, I would eat here again I'm sure that their consistency is what allows people to keep coming back. We moved here from Atlanta 7 months ago. We live in cherry grove now and go to Panda Express at the very least once a week. This is honestly one of the best! The customer service is amazing. Food was very dry, and looked as if it was over cooked...or maybe it had been sitting there for hours. When we arrived, just about all employees were in the back socializing, with the exception of one who was cleaning the bathroom. Service was meh and the food was horrible. This must be the most difficult place on earth to place an order. I say Teriyaki and she keeps saying orange chicken. To figure out what size meal you're-actually going to get is nearly impossible. We ordered online 25 minutes ahead of time and when we got there we were able to skip the very long line and go straight to the register. The cashier went and made our plates then and we were on our way. When we got home, unfortunately they did forget one of our order items. Overall, this location is fair. Food consistency is a problem at times as sometimes it is cooked well and other times it is overcooked. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority for the staff. Tables were dirty and trash overflowing. If I go back, it would only be for take out. read more

Panda Express is one of our favorite spots to eat. Sadly while on vacation we decided to try this one out. We ordered online, then picked up due to COVID. They forgot a whole tray of food, all our silverware and put rice with our meal instead of noodles (my brother doesn't eat rice). I called back and she offered me credits, which was very nice but we can't do credits because we're leaving. When I realized the rice was in there, I tried calling back again to give them a heads up and they never answered. I called three times. They couldn't deliver to us so we had to drive 20 minutes back, then they only put 1 silverware when I asked for 7. They refunded us for the one tray. When we finally got to eat our (now cold) food, our two "entree" meats were all mixed together instead of separated. Every meal was all mixed together, so everything just tasted the same. I couldn't tell the difference between spicy chicken and mushroom chicken. It was just thrown on top of each other. They were very nice, it was just a bad experience. Our second trip to this restaurant may be our last! I was pleased with the orange chicken when my hubby got takeout from there the first time and I loved the veggie spring roll! He went back tonight to get the same order but, while the ticket shows that he did order and pay for the spring roll, there was none in the bag! Only 3 items were ordered.....this is not rocket science! Someone should be checking these orders before sending them out. I got the steak and shrimp Bowl which is a premium entree so they charge $1.20 extra. The server was very decisive about giving me only three shrimp when I ask for a fourth peace, he told me that this is the serving size due to the shrimp being so expensive.
