Went here for the 1st time on Tuesday April 14th 2026 as a large party as an birthday event. Been to another location and they basically serve chinese fare food such as favorites like orange chicken, peppersteak, and have salads too. Anyways, we walked in, and was greeted by a host, who immediately sat us down as our table was ready. Table was preset with menus and special spring drinks. Server was very pleasant, and accommodated us with our separate checks. We all got waters, and for drink I had the Cherry Blossom drink, which was sweet and very good. For appetizers, My part of the party got the dumplings, and a crab rangoon. Both were very good and enjoyable. For Dinner, got the special on the back of the menu, where i ordered the Sesame Chicken with white rice and vegetable eggroll. Meal was delicious and filling. Even took home a to go container. Cost about 100.00 for our part of the bill. Paid with credit card, and left a cash tip. Womens restrooms were clean. I love coming here. Unfortunately, they are painting the garage which means very little parking. And it's been over a year. We decided to share the crab Rangoon. Delicious!! Worst dinner ever had from PF Chang's in Myrtle Beach, SC We have enjoyed many dinners in the restaurant & have had it delivered, for about 15 years. Tonight was a different story. The northern style ribs were burnt, the spring egg rolls were mushy and one was burnt, and the fried rice with chicken and beef didn't taste good at all, chewing it turned into powder in my mouth. I had called and spoke to the manager about the ribs. Didn't realize the rest of the dinner was going to be as bad. He did say he was going to refund me for the ribs. read more

They were plenty of empty tables and lots of people standing, waiting to be seated. They seemed very short handed. All that aside, service was what you've come to expect from PF. It's on an area shopping center on the corner but parking may require a short walk. Food was very good and the PF Chang quality that you come to expect! I am not the type to usually write bad reviews but something needed to be said about this experience. Me and my boyfriend had a reservation for 6:30pm on Valentine's Day that we had previously called in the day prior. As soon as we get there we are immediately told that they were 'behind' on reservations and that we had to wait for 10-15 minutes until they could seat us. Not only was the wait way longer than that, we did not receive any updates and had to go ask multiple times how much longer it was going to be. We had been there almost an hour and decided to cancel our reservation and leave. This was a waste of time standing out in the cold and if I was told that it would have been that long in the first place, I would have saved everyone the trouble and left. I have usually had fantastic experiences with P.F. Chang's but this time was not that. I understand that it was busy because of this special day but reservations should be seated automatically OR as soon as possible. Waiting for a table that we already reserved the day prior was not what we expected. In fact, we may as well just have waited with the others who didn't have reservations. Additionally, I am not sure how you can be 'behind' on reservations, but I would recommend seating the people who called ahead FIRST, rather than putting them into the waiting list with the people who just show up. I hope that we get a better experience next time we come because we love P.F. Chang's. I know this was a small setback, but it was a very unpleasant experience and it needs to be fixed. read more

Well, classic terrible service I guess. Party of two people, we were polite and nice and they sat us. It didn't take too long to seat us but we took off our jackets, sat down and opened our menus looking through it like normal. No one came to us for like 15 minutes. It was not busy there. We are both patient and are understanding but then 2 or more other tables came and sat down and immediately got a server to serve them. Overall was not a fan... The steamed pork dumplings were really good, great flavor and a mix of sweet and savory. The Mongolian beef was REALLY good, but for the price (most expensive menu item) the amount isn't that worth the cost... The brown rice was undercooked. The vegetable spring rolls were just terrible. Tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Just a bad taste and even worse after taste. The pork egg rolls were SLIGHTLY better than the spring rolls but still far from a hit. Tried to get an order from them several times last week couldn't do it so then I did it through Uber because I'm disabled. I can't go there. It cost me $100. The California rolls were great. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious but they're fried rice and their honey chicken had nothing tasty about it. The rice was dry and clumpy, and the fried rice had no scallions no eggs no nothing. It was just pieces of little chicken with rice that had been colored with some soy sauce it was so bad. The worst part of it is, they did NOT even try to correct their mistakes. We were charged for things we did not order. Stopped in to grab lunch and right as I was finishing my meal I noticed a few roaches roaming around on the bar counter top where I was seating, one of them almost made itself a drink, another baby roach crawled underneath the counter, another crawled around one of the plates on the bar. I'm a huge fan of the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef! Service was great and ambiance is always nice in a PF Chang's. Sushi is good, dumplings are great. My husband's favorite is the shrimp appetizer and Orange Chicken. My kids love the honey chicken and lo mein noodles. I've never had a bad meal here! read more

Horrible dinner experience. To start the evening we waited for 20 minutes to get our salad. Then we had a roach(pretty big) crawl on the wall at our table. My wife told 2 people and a manager came out and said it must have slipped in the door. Moved us to another table and walked away. Our food was overcooked and just not good. Chang's has gone down hill post COVID. The happy hour deals are a joke as the cost of any wine or beer is totally excluded. My wife and I revisited Chang's after skipping it for at least 9 months. No bargains at Chang's and the quality of the food is not what it was years ago. It still seems to do a good business with the high tourist population. Will probably give it a shot again in a year or so. Perhaps they will institute a "Happy Hour" that is worth the hype. read more

I love PF Changs and the Myrtle Beach location is close by. The food at this location gets 5 stars. The service is also good and the ambiance is great. It's located at the Market Common, also great! I am knocking off two stars in the hope someone from the restaurant fixes two important issues. The place seems understaffed, and even with a reservation you have to wait. They don't do a great job at cleaning the table or the floor as guests come and go. My table and seat had to be cleaned again before we could sit down and I had to ask, which I don't like to do. Secondly, and even worse than that was getting a bug in my water for the second time out of my last three visits. First was some sort of worm stuck on an Ice cube, and yesterday 6/16/24, a gnat. Well we happened upon P F Changs and immediately thought to bring our family a favorite treat. We ordered Shrimp dumplings to go. Service was quick and curteous. We were able to return to thé first restaurant in perfect timing. The dumplings were cooked to perfection, sauce on the side and my kids devoured them in minutes!
