Forget trying to ever get food here. Multiple times we've stopped while going through Mt Vernon. This time was our last and we left without even getting food. When you have customers right in front of your face waiting to order food don't work on to-go orders or the drive-thru line over and over. My folks and I drove well over 40 minutes for Panda Express, seeing as they close at 9. We pull into the establishment at approximately 8:07. We go to open the door and what do we find... it's locked. Now why on Earth would they lock the door when they're open for another 50 minutes. Yesterday I picked up great tasting food (the usual) along with friendly service (the usual). Today I found out that our local Panda Express has honest employees as well. I went to get my wallet today in order to pay a bill & panicked when it wasn't in my purse. I called Panda Express to ask if a wallet was turned in & Tiffany said yes they have it. I immediately drove into town to pick it up - so relieved all my credit cards were in it! I inquired as to who found my wallet & Tiffany said an Ryan. Came here for one of their grand opening promotions - 1 free side and 2 free entrees with a drink! It really is true! FREE FOOD ALWAYS TASTES BETTER! The line was super long as I expected and it was scorching outside. The combination of free food and extreme heat made some of these people act like rabid animals lol. Luckily, the staff was pretty quick and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes. The interior of the restaurant itself isn't that large. There are a few booths and tables so there's limited seating. The servers were very friendly and quick to get my order together. They were like a well oiled machine. As quick as I was putting in my order was as fast as I was walking out the door, so it's good if you're in a rush. Overall great experience. Dunno if I'll be back soon though seeing I can make the same thing at home but ten times better without all the extra added sugar and fat. But hey, who doesn't like free food?? Ps. we waited and waited for someone to take our order, we were dining in. the poor girl working the drive through had to stop what she was doing and help us. there were 5+ employees in the back that we could see, they could clearly see us. the girl working the drive though was so sweet and apologized. there wasn't anyone cooking in the kitchen either, she kept having to yell to the back that she was running out of food. but we can't figure out why we're having a hard time finding good employees? read more

Ordered the family pack to go... some of it was decent, but the Chow Mein (noodles) were so dry it was as if you left spaghetti out for an hour (or two) to dry then served it... The Crab Rangoon was so cold and solidified, the filling was dry and cracking, you could barely bite through the dough part. The egg rolls looked as if they were cooked in month old grease twice for too long (and tasted the same)... it was just horrible. The Sweet Fire Chicken Breast which is breaded, was SO ROCK HARD YOU ALMOST COULDN'T BITE THROUGH IT. To be fair, strangely, the Kung Pao Chicken was fair and the Black Pepper Chicken was actually quite good. It's obvious that the bad food had been sitting there for quite a while... a long long while. Too bad, this place is clean, bright and some of the food is good... but when you waste half of the food you ordered... Well, we will never order at this chain again. Of course I have to pull forward (there was another vehicle behind me as well) so that I could be told that they are CLOSED!!! You gotta be kidding me! First time they were handling a bus of kids so I understand that, tonight I stopped here and instead of waiting on other people in line they're taking care of a group of teens that have placed upwards of 6 orders. Poor choices for vegetarians, which is not usual in a Chinese Restaurant, but this is far from that. The food Is okay (read: edible) but not much better. The rice was well cooked and once they prepared some fresh steamed vegetables for my wife and I those were pretty good too. The vegetable spring rolls (real loose with the authenticity here) were mushy inside and the ingredients were indiscernible. I would like to say that the fortune cookie did something positive for the meal but they were pale and flavorless which is saying something for a fortune cookie. The only reason I am giving this one star is because of the fresh vegetables that were not cooked to death. We won't be back. read more

When I called the manager was a B**** and said she gave me the right size BS this is not my first time eating at a Panda. They charged me over $10 and didn't give us his veterans discount . Great Panda Express. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and courteous employee and all of the food trays were full of fresh panda goodness. Nothing looked old or bottom of the barrel, and everything tasted exceptional. The restaurant is a newer decor panda, of the modern style, and the staff keeps it very clean. Literally the second we left our table, someone came to wipe it down. The restrooms were also sparkling clean. Overall, probably one of the best Panda Expresses I've ever been to. read more

It was disgusting. The restraint was clean looking but the food was nasty. First off they portioned your food for you, it's not a buffet style. They gave u way too much portion of the sides that you had to get unless you wanted to pay for everything seperately.! The egg rolls were dry and the Rangoon tasted funny.
