Tried to pull in to their drive thru in my 26' RV but because of the curve I could not order at their speaker less than 10' away. Upon entry to the window, their team refused to take my order because they were timed and they would get in trouble. Place an order online for 5 people and they can't get the order right at all. Ask for hot peppers, get none. Pay extra for avocado, still can't put it in the sandwich. For starters it took forever and when we finally got it we started back on the road and we were missing a whole order, the girl at the register didn't put it in, and a turkey tom with two pieces of turkey on bread and nothing else which isn't what we ordered. the veggie sandwich was used with the smaller piece of bread that was actually torn. and the pickles look as though they had been in the plastic bags they came in for at least a week. overall just a terrible experience read more

At first I wasn't a big fan of Jimmy Johns, because they make over priced sandwiches, I still think Subway is better. The only time I order from Jimmy John's is when I'm at work because its quick and easy. Delivery is alway fast and easy. The delivery fee is a little high. Also don't understand why they charge per sandwich for the delivery fee. So if you have a big group ordering, I would recommend sending someone to get it. I have only had them mess up on one order, but it wasn't to big of a deal. I have been in the location a few times, and the place was clean but the employees were rude and also very loud. That's part of the reason why I don't go in an eat here. But overall, if you are looking for a great place to get a sandwich this is the place, but a little over priced. Also this is the only location in Mt. Vernon that charges 9.25% sales tax. Not sure why, but they do. read more

Sandwiches were standard Jimmy John's sandwiches. Customer service, however, was not good. No greeting, no smile. Girl just stood at the register and stared at me. I asked her if she was ready for our order, and she just nodded her head. Asked her again, smiling, in the hopes of getting her to act human. No luck. I did get a yes. Husband ordered a sandwich and asked for mustard. They told us they couldn't add mustard, only give us packets. THEY HAVE MUSTARD BEHIND THE COUNTER. Is it really a big deal to slap some mustard on a sandwich? Whatevs. We were also not asked if we wanted chips or a drink. Isn't that pretty standard questioning at Jimmy John's? There is a Subway down the street. They will add whatever you want to your sub -- no extra charge. They even ask you what you want on your sandwich! I'd suggest you go there. read more

Jimmy johns should consider training their associates to ask when their drive thru customer is done making their order. This would avoid the customer having to have their credit card run through 2 times for 2 separate orders when there was really only one. My having to tell the drive thru associate that I was not done giving my order and greeting no response was frustrating for me and should have been embarrassing for the employee who could have cared less. Maybe they could learn how to apologize. That would have been appreciated at least. Now I have no reason to go back. read more
