Like 6 pieces of orange chicken on a bowl for $9.30

What a poor portion!!! The chow main and the chicken was soooo poor and pricey. Every time that i go to a panda is the same.

I ordered to meals a 1item & a 2 items. Bothonly had 1 item. And yes I was charged for a 2 item. Service needs improvement clearly it wasn't verified by any staff before sent out. Quality overall continues to decline.

Receipt showing too much money spent for poor service.

Service was terrible yesterday Thursday 6/19 in the evening. We felt like we were held hostage in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes. The weight wasn't so terrible, as the service once we reach the window. The lady was so rude. We inquired about the delay and we were given a ton of attitude. Not returning to this panda, especially when there's so many Chinese restaurants in our area that greet us with kindness.

Food is good. But I was left wanting more! One star for the freezing cold environment. The staff is miserable working here. I kindly asked for a sample and the server simply said we don't give out samples and stared me down. Me, "Um ok." I asked her what does it taste like and she said it's honey sesame chicken. It has honey. Me, "Um ok." So I order the honey sesame chicken and the honey walnut shrimp... but for an added $1.50. I received 5 shrimps! 5. The portions of protein are beyond disappointing and I won't be dining at this place ever again. Maybe start with raising the AC temp and then work on better customer service. Based on previous reviews, I'm not the only one. As far as the portions, the owner of this establishment needs to recognize they will be far superior in sales if they would provide bigger portions. They can cut costs by turning off the AC.

    Spicy orange chicken bowl.

No surprises here, it's a well-known brand. I found this location nicely laid out inside, lots of tables for two, and clean. Parking is also easy since it's part of the expanding shopping center between Nason and Moreno Beach. The advertised specials included a spicy version of the orange chicken entée, so I decided that'd be perfect. I noticed that the names of the old combinations changed, so I narrowed it down to what they now call a "bowl". Essentially, it's one item with fried rice and chow mein, or all of one. Their fried rice is actually pretty decent, but I decided to try both. Food came out fast, and service was also good. I enjoyed the spicy rendition, but the chicken itself seems 10x sweeter than I remember. The rice was good, as expected, and the chow mein somewhat uninspired. Nonetheless, the portion and price (under $10) was decent. As a specialty item, the spicy orange chicken was a little more than their classic lineup.

Came to this location on our way home from Indio. This place has 2 super long tables enough to accommodate a party of 16!(FYI) food was hot, fresh, and on point. The restaurant was clean and the whole time I was there someone quickly cleaned tables after customers left. I had the hot shrimp item in a bowl. It was sooooo good!! Love the crunchy green beans and peppers. AC was on full blast perfect for 89 degree weather outside. Will definitely come back to this location if I'm around the area. Thank you for whoever was working Sunday, July 6th!

Saturday night ordered a panda. I could not believe the small portion size that they get for each entrée. It's never been like this and they forgot our two orders of vegetable spring rolls. Had to go back and get them. Panda was good food but their portion size is no longer Acceptable after five years. I will not be going back here again. It's not worth the money so if you're expecting good portion, like it used to be and good food don't go to this panda and the employee said it was from their big bosses to make those portions that size so either it's on a corporate level or the franchise owners, but it's still not worth the money do not unless maybe you go in and that way you can tell them you want more inside the stores quiet looks good and clean!

Clean bathrooms which surprised me the most. Food service was fast and they were nice but she charged me 1.50$ extra for something I didn't order. I didn't fight it cause my car was parked in the Walmart down the street and didn't notice until I checked my receipt. Other than that good experience and food I mean it's panda you get what you ordered.

If I could this zero stars, I would!!! Asked for fried rice, and I got two plates full of chow mein, which wasn't even chow mein. It was cabbage and onion, and you could tell it was from the bottom of the barrel so disgusting. Not only that but when I ordered, I asked for Beijing beef which they asked me to wait a few minutes in the front while they finished making it. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Then when I got home and saw what they had served me, I tried to call and no one will answer. People working here obviously don't care about customers I would never come back to this panda express ever again and I recommend no one to go.

I have never had a better customer service experience than when my friend Robby and I were helped out by Alexis O. The food was exactly what I'd expect from a Panda Express, but truly the only reason I'm here leaving this review is because Alexis O deserves the world. No exaggeration, the BEST customer service I've ever received in a drive thru. She created such a welcoming environment and truly made our nights. Truth be told, I meant to leave this review when she helped us about a month ago, but here I am now, because my review QR code expired. I didn't know it came with a reward, so I'm here as a testament that this review for Alexis doesn't need a reward, her service was reward enough. God bless her.

I was given four pieces of honey sesame chicken and a whole mountain of chow meain in my bowl. The food was lukewarm and I live 5 minutes away from this facility. I did not notice until I made it home. I was furious because this was not cheap. I was so mad I ended up throwing it away and cooking my own food. I will no longer eat out. We are being overcharged for scraps. they give us small portions like they're giving it away for free.

The restaurant itself is super spacious, and since we came at kind of an odd time after the lunch rush, it was really calm and relaxing inside. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Calamari, and it was really good. The calamari was crispy, lightly seasoned, and still tender inside, which made it super satisfying to eat. I do wish it came with a dipping sauce, but we already had sweet and sour sauce on the table and ended up using that instead, which actually paired really well with it. We also got the Chicken Pad Thai, which honestly impressed me a lot. The portion size was huge for the price, I think it was around $12-13, which felt really worth it for how much food we got. The noodles were flavorful, well cooked, and had a good balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors without feeling too heavy. The people working there were really welcoming and kind, and it felt like a family-run restaurant, which made the experience feel even more comforting and homey.

Don't expect refills or conversations about the day or the meaning of life. Bathroom: clean. Toilet and a urinal. Food: Before my main course arrived, I was served a small cup of egg drop soup and some crispy noodles with some type of sweet dipping sauce. Considering these were complimentary, I'm not going to complain. Soup was my okay. my mapo tofu came with a side of white rice. Upgrading to brown or fried rice will cost you an additional $1. This is the most bizarre mapo tofu I've ever had. Rather than the traditional ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, this came with long strips of fried pork and no mushrooms. I'm also used to thicker sauce, but this one was very watery. A tad spicy, but not over bearing. Maybe a recipe from a different Provence of china? Not what I was looking for. $15.00 later and a fortune cookie...and I was done. Not sure if I'd come here for the mapo tofu again. Others in the restaurant offered the 2-3 item combos. Typical orange chicken or Kung Pao chicken w rice or chow mein. Not my thing.

First off this place gives you so much food that the can barely close the containers. We had a really cool guy take our order and he said the fries were really good. I will say that three people ate off the fries and we still had enough for lunch the next day. WORTH THE HYPE ‍ The line was long but sooo worth the wait ‍ Locals LOVE this place and I see why -- the portions are HUGE They're not stingy at all... the container was literally busting open The teriyaki chicken?? Best I've had at a Chinese food spot Even without the sauce, the flavor + texture were on point With the teriyaki sauce = next level This location is the ONLY one with peach cobbler And wow... it was soooo good. I was impressed ‍ Not all locations are the same They all cook differently and not every spot has the spicy chicken fries -- so this one is special The orange chicken flavor + spice + crunchy fries = elite combo Fries were cooked perfectly -- not soggy, not overcooked Pro tip: eat it there so the fries stay crispy Great portions for sharing ‍ But I'm an orange chicken & fries girlie so I'm coming back for my own again Busy the whole time I was there and for a reason Great service, great food, and the staff were so nice + efficient Worth the drive

It was not too loud in there and the place was relatively empty so that was nice. Biggest disappointment was service, because our table ordered chow mein and the waiter brought us chow fun (flat noodles with gravy). When we told him that we ordered chow mein, he told us that what we ordered was chow fun, so I showed him what we ordered on the menu and he said "you wanted lo mein". While I get that, he spent a minute trying to figure out where the item was and couldn't find it. I reviewed pics on here and it seems like other people got the thick yellow noodles for chow mein. Anyway, they replaced it for us but I overheard the waiter tell his manager that we ordered chow fun by accident. The manager then told us something about "our mistake" upon paying, placing blame on us . The manager was nice about it, but we repeatedly told the waiter chow mein and he kept correcting us to chow fun. Also, there is a section of the menu labeled chow mein and a separate page labeled chow fun. I think I know what we ordered. Disappointing.
