The girls here have an attitude like crazy. They make the mistake and get mad like it's your fault. I order food and said I wanted a two item meal and told the girl what I wanted then she started talking to another girl and put the wrong items in my plate so I told her and she got a little attitude then as I was paying, I told the girl at the register that my food was to go and she put it on a tray as if I was going to eat there and I told her no my food is to go so she got an attitude about it. Horrible service! I understand you're busy or possibly understaffed but to order an online order and still have to wait even though I came on time is crazy. To top it all off, nobody seems happy or friendly at this place. Was told to wait in my car for my order and after 12 minutes I decided to go inside cause people kept coming out with their food and they were walk ins. I usually get a fried rice and orange chicken bowl when I come here. (The rice is buried under a layer of orange chicken). Today I decided to try the honey walnut shrimp with fried rice . . . for an extra $1.25. I expected to have a similar bowl. However, there was a sparse helping of shrimp scattered over the rice, one walnut and a couple smaller pieces of walnut, each smaller than a pea. The food tasted good, but for the extra $1.25 I would have thought they could have been more generous with the walnuts and shrimp. read more

Literally about 2 oz of beef and a couple broccolis and a full bowl of al'dente white rice. By that I mean it's still kinda hard and just very bland.. but WHERES THE BEEF? If you're thinking of getting it delivered I wouldn't my order was wrong when I received it and the whole point of getting delivered is because you're counting on getting the whole order . They forgot my sons panda bowl and my egg roll . My husband's was supposed to be a 3 entree but got a 2 entree . So we had to share our food so our son wouldn't go hungry because we didn't count on them not bringing the bowl. The rice tasted like it wasn't fully cooked to top it off !!! read more

Went to get lunch today right before lunch rush to make sure all the food was fresh and when I asked what was the freshest thing she told me it was orange chicken and the mushroom chicken so that's what I went with. As I get back to the office I open it and the chicken is horrible. The orange chicken is hard and cold and the mushroom chicken is visibly old. I've had okay experiences and try to be lenient. But this last time did it for me. Lady has me pull to the window to complete my order because she couldn't hear me and then tells me they have no drinks and they can't add anything at the window. Yet added the last part of my order right in front of me lmao. This review has been a long time coming. About a month ago I placed a catering order for a work luncheon. The manager was very helpful when taking the order. She listened and took notes for what I needed. When it came time to pick up the order everything was ready for me at the counter! The food was absolutely delicious. Drive thru person rude and dismissive. Once you have paid you are told to go park because it will be 7-8 minutes. Parking is scarce and then you realize others from drive thru are waiting, as well. After 40 minutes I go inside to speak with manager. He is shocked at the time on receipt (5:58). He grabs box sitting at drive thru window, bags it and gives to me. The women, not busy, showed no interest in customer service. I requested my money back and not to give me food sitting there for 30+ minutes. He assured me the girls had just put the food in the container. I'm home less than 5 minutes and the food was COLD. $15 of cold food on a rainy night. Why did I bother? First, drive through only (not their fault). I ordered an Orange Chicken bowl with extra sweet and sour sauce. The chicken was only partially breaded with orange and plain on the other side. Out of extra sauce. The rice was dry and hard. Next, Mushroom Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken with noodles. Chicken was very bland on both entrees and the noodles were hard and dry. He said they normally only give 6 to 7 pieces of teriyaki chicken, I barely got 5 as you can see in the picture. He said he could only offer more rice.
