Our cashier, David, was absolutely amazing. He helped us efficiently, and was super friendly. We came in to order 15 burgers (don't ask questions), and he helped us find the most financially efficient way to order them, threw in some free fries and coupons, all while smiling and laughing. There's not many in the work force who seem to enjoy their jobs-- but David definitely does. Really need to work on taking orders for people waiting in the lobby. They are more focus on the drive thru that the people inside on lunch breaks from school or other jobs have to wait for their order to be placed every 10 min per person and wait again because their is only one person assisting and she is focus on drive thru. Their is one person dealing with the register and 4-5 in drive thru. Your better off waiting in a long very long line in drive thru. Don't go inside to order. Took me more than 30 min to order even their was only 5 softball players with small orders ahead of me. Took 40 min so ridiculous. I asked if I may walk through the drive through, since I am a truck driver and there is absolutely no way that I am going to fit in the drive through without taking half the building with me; she says no that she is sorry. I made the comment, "Do you guys not want my business?" Her response "No, I'm sorry." I simply responded "No you're not" and walked out the building. Pepper. I paid $23.68 for 2 orders of 10 chicken nuggets, 2 diet cokes, 1 baked potato with no sour cream or any other finesse. 1 chicken sandwich and fries, a Dr. Pepper and a lemon ade. I had to ask twice for my Dr. Pepper and she still got my order wrong and didn't give a receipt. Being polite and nice does not get the order correct, if she was hungry she could have asked me to buy her lunch. I guess she got the drink from the customer behind me.
