First person in the drive thru. Had my order taken by Ai. I waited 15-20 minutes at the window (after paying) just for them to finish preparing my food. It was soo slow the car behind me decided to back up and leave the drive thru. I was given my food and told everything is in the bag. Big mistake for me not checking the bag. Last time I got food here they forgot my fries. I went back to get my nuggets and didn't feel like waiting another 15 minutes so I asked for a refund. Drove to the Carl's Jr 3 miles away, got my food correct and got back home in under 15 minutes total, and that's including the drive there. This Carls Jr is forever Messing up orders and they continue to make customers feel wrong when they don't communicate or have enough trained staff . I believe the Store Manager needs to address this store because when they're not there the store isn't ran correctly making this location lose valued customers . Stopped by this Carl Jr's as a pit stop to Palm Springs for a quick bite but it took FOREVER to get my food to come out. It was not that crowded but it looked like there were three workers crowded around a register (with no customers waiting) and one worker actually making the food. But at least when my food came out it tasted decent. Maybe that's their tactic...make you wait longer so that you get hungrier... Anyway, I ordered the beer battered fish tacos (yeah I know who orders tacos at a burger place like Carl's Jr) but it was surprisingly pretty decent. I just wish there was more pico de gallo but other than that it wasn't terrible. Certainly not the best fish taco but what more can you expect from Carls Jr? read more

Came here for dinner tonight. I looked online before hand at their menu because I have certain dietary needs (vegan). Not many fast food places have vegan options that aren't salad, so I was surprised to see that Carl's updated their menu to include such options. Just to be safe I had the page of the burger on my phone so I could show the cashier Incase they weren't familiar with it. We got there and had a newer cashier. I understand that everyone has their first days, the issue I had was the coworker he asked for help (the lady working the drive thru). She told him to "just press this" when he asked her how to ring up my burger. Whether she was exasperated with her coworker or irritated with her day, it showed. And I wasn't surprised when I received a Guac Bacon Cheeseburger when our food arrived. The rest of my families food was okay, but I was pretty disappointed with my meal. I think if Carl's is going to offer alternative meat options, they should keep their staff updated with the different menu options. That way when someone comes in and orders they don't have to disassemble their sandwich to pick off the meat, cheese, mayo, and dressing they didn't want on their sandwich to begin with. read more

I have come to this Carl's Jr. many times. I've had good experiences and bad ones. One thing I can say for certain is that if it's close to closing, don't go to this location. I'm vegetarian and I get the beyond burger at Carl's and this particular location is the only one who has told me multiple times late at night that they have no beyond patties.
