Came to Del Taco on Friday night after the gym for a quick bite. Since they recently added funnel cake straws to the menu, I was concerned to find that the fries tasted oddly sweet, and even the crispy chicken tacos had a sweet taste as well. I called and spoke with a shift leader, Mia, who told me I'd need to talk to the general manager, Maria. When I finally spoke with Maria a few days later, she completely dismissed my concern. She told me they don't cook everything in the same oil, said I was wrong, and even said I was the only one complaining. What bothered me most wasn't just the food, but how my concern was handled. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

My wife just went to go get herself a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese. When she ordered the lady taking the order laughed as she said extra cheese, she was then greeted by a mouth full of cheese. Now I was in the fast food industry before and Im pretty sure thats not how you put "extra cheese" in. This behavior was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. Whoever that bitch is needs to learn some manners. Maybe she just needs to look in the mirror as a reminder to not treat other people like that, you aint any better. read more

Del Taco - bean and CHEESE burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

This location is not good. Today I ordered 2 chicken tacos extra sauce - got no sauce - Ug. This is why I barely go to Del Taco anymore. I don't think anyone is involved here cares about the quality of the food or the experience at all. Sad loss. I miss when this was good. Also the temp on the beans is barely warm - cheese doesn't melt in a burrito. Will the last person to leave Del Taco please turn off the light. read more

The food was cold and the beans tasted burnt. They didn't have any unsweetened iced tea

NASTY food. Horsing around in the kitchen. Mia is VERY rude. Treats customers very poorly. Argued with me that the watered down soda and smashed asada fries are fine. Disgusting. Go elsewhere. Save your money. read more

First of all I wanna think a Maria for her awesome customer service I hate using the stupid help yourself machine and she looked at me like she knew I did and asked me I'll just take your order I ordered the five dollar box asked very nicely for fresh fries because when Del taco fries are hot fresh and salty they are the best sorry McDonald's everything else is always killer. Del Taco - Five dollar meal box with freshly cooked delicious fries - Fast Food Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Really disappointed with my service today here My girlfriend is hearing impaired We came in and ordered two chicken tacos and two milkshakes anyway paid with it with our phones sat down to eat halfway through a meal the girl that was there told us that the second order didn't go through so we were like what okay no problem so we got up to go pay for it and when we did she had all types of attitude. And she was acting that way towards my girlfriend because she didn't realize she was deaf and my girlfriend was having a hard time understanding her. So anyway at the end of the transaction the girl rolls her eyes and literally throws the receipt over the register at my girl like she was some type of peasant or something. Anyway I asked if I could talk to the manager there were three people working there and they all said that they were all the managers they had three managers working all of them were the managers whatever that means can't understand why they don't have any employees but then again I guess I can. Do better people treat people with kindness that goes a long way especially with someone like me who will Yelp the shit out of you. read more

Drive through took forever. Long wait. Seriously never experienced this long of a drive through. Must be low staffed or rounding up the chickens. Save yourself time and go in. I'm warning you. Food was wrong. Said no tomatoes on the Del burger; got tomatoes. Said lettuce and meat only on the taco, they added tomatoes. Pay attention to details. Listen. Food was gross. Burger was burnt. Tasted like they added bacon bits to the burger. Weird. They added bacon bits to the roller too. Interesting. Don't go to this Del. read more

I went through the drive through it's Monday June 1 11:30pm and older white lady with blonde hair takes my order I order a big fat chicken taco , 2 grilled chicken taco and a regular fries I pull up to the window I see her shake a whole bunch of salt on the fries I come home my daughter says it's too salty . I went back and the old white lady had a major attitude saying oh I guess it's salty , ugh it's salty ! Then when I finally get to the window, she just hands me a deluxe chili cheddar fries and I told her are these new fries because I already told you I just wanna avoid the salt and she goes and says oh yeah that's why you had to wait and I said OK because I don't wanna have to come back mind you when I get home. The fries were old and salty. Del taco you guys have to do better with your employees. The days ones are cool but the nights ones are trash ! BATHROOM IF ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! Employees are aware and go in, use it and don't care that they are using a gross room before handling food. I always go to Del taco when I'm craving it. I've never had an issue with an order until today. I ordered the caramel cheesecake bites (2) & it was confirmed at least twice. Thank you, bye read more

Staff are fantastic! It's hard to find good service in the third world country known as California, but the staff here remind me of classic American hospitality. Fun to talk to, and their communication in the kitchen is flawless. 10/10 would go out of my way to eat here again read more

So they go down star, they forgot two items from my husbands bag. He's so laid back he didn't call we go back the next day and considering the items were off of the dollar menu you would think they would be like okay just as a good customer service act... no not here. My fiancé and I stopped for some gas and decided to go to Del Taco and Chima helped us in the drive through we really liked his customer service. (Told the girl at the window and she was confused at what comp meant) Got home and the food was horrible. How do you run out of guacamole? I had my heart set on an Epic Burrito with guacamole tonight on my way home. When I placed my order I was told they "ran out" of guacamole. Where do start. I ordered the beer battered fish tacos. While attempting to take my first bite the corn tortilla turned to dust exposing the battered fish that appeared to have been bobbing around in the fryer all day. The texture was like eating a chicharron with jerky inside of it. The tomatoes accompanying the sad meat had the appearance of canned tomatoes that you would find at your local supermarket. The chicken in the burritos had the color of ground beef. Thank goodness that there was so much lettuce that we could not taste it. I would have posted pictures but we decided to feed the stray cats at a near dumpster. read more

Customer service is really bad they all do drugs or something in there they behave in that matter all slow and lazy and like they always make it hard on the customers, they always out of something and then they say it's a super long wait for something you want and then they always saying they only accepting cash. This is one of the worst Del tacos they need to get new workers in their that do a way better professional job. read more

The hubby and I stopped by this Del Taco to grab a quick bite after shopping our socks off on NYE eve. He ordered his usual two bean burritos and crinkle fries (probably the best item to order here) and I got the spicy chicken burrito (sans the spice) and some tacos. I'm not sure how long it's been since I've had their tacos but they are sure getting smaller each year. It's also nearly impossible to eat a hard shell taco from the Del without breaking the shell. Does anyone else feel me on that one? Nonetheless, this location was decent. They got our order correct, the employee working the drive through was friendly, and the food was warm. You can't go wrong with stopping in at Del Taco for a quick bite! And their $1 medium iced teas are always great! read more

I usually go to this del taco in Moreno Valley, and there's this girl I'm guessing she's new , wears a hoodie with a durag and has an attitude, I literally was ordering nicely and she sounded like she hated the job and asked her for a carne asada tacos and she sounded irritated. Once I arrived at the window I got my food and my fries were upside down and she forgot my ranch and I asked for two carne asada tacos and got one. Also I came the day before , I waited couple mins and same girl was there , I said hello couple times, then she sounded irritated again with an attitude lol and said "System is down go on now" read more

Ordered a plain double del meal, they gave me no drink and onions on the burger(just onions??). If you go after 9pm there is a 90% chance they will tell you they can't make a burger (I know bc my last 3 times after 9pm I was told the grill is broken, the grill needs to be cleaned, and we're out of burgers.) Very weird atmosphere here and homeless people in the parking lots and sometimes drive thru. For a nice area of Moval, wow this place sucks and has REALLY gone down in quality lately. I rarely post reviews but just go to any other del taco in Moreno Valley. read more

On the other hand for the price we pay we would like to get our food fresh not steak looking like raisins to start, you guys know what's up before you serve your food just look at it and ask yourself HOW WOULD I FEEL IF I WAS SERVED THIS ..... I dont usually review fast food places because I always figure, you get what you pay for. But this time it was exceptionally bad! First of all...when did good ol' cheapy Del Taco get so expensive?! I got a chicken soft taco meal(size small) and two kids meals and it was over $20. Seriously? I guess that's why I had higher expectations maybe? The chicken soft tacos were disgusting after I got past the fact that there was about a pint of the sauce on the taco i quickly realized it was to cover up the bottom of the barrel nasty bits of chicken that were supposed to serve as the protein in my tacos. They were so burnt and chewy I actually spit the first bite out. I checked inside the tortilla thinking it was just a bad bite, but unfortunately it was the whole taco. In the trash it went. I was smart and examined the next taco before I drove in...same as the first one...again in the trash. Those were some pretty expensive french fries I just paid for. Next were the kids meals. One got a soft taco and the other got a quesadilla. The quesadilla was burnt and smelled so bad my kid wouldnt even eat it. So she just ate the fries. The soft taco barely had any meat in it and was mostly just lettuce and cheese. So again...my kid ate the fries. Plus to add insult to injury...they didnt include the little prize that is supposed to come in the kids meal. Even though I dont necessarily want those little junks floating around the house, the seem to make my kids happy for the time being so of course I was upset that they weren't in their bags. I'm not from this area and I was in a bind for lunchtime with hungry kids with little bellies that needed to be satisfied, so it's safe to say I will not be returning again to spend over $20 for french fries and lemonade! I have definitely learned my lesson. Thanks anyway though. read more

The absolute worst del taco. The person at the window clearly did not care and did not want to be there, and made it known. They took FOREVER to get me my food. This place is constantly forgetting items. They have a nice staff, but jeez... you'd think they'd get it together. I recently had a DoorDash order from this location. They charged me $30 for two meals. They were combos, so 5 items in total. When my driver called me, he said the restaurant was refusing to make the rest of the order because they "didn't get" the other items. So the people behind the counter thought what? That they just got $30 for a single burrito? I could hear them on the phone while the poor kid from DoorDash was trying to explain to me what was going on. They were just flat out refusing to do anything. It took 2 dashers, a chat with DoorDash support and a del taco manager to get the okay for another burrito and a couple drinks. Ridiculous if you ask me. read more
