Really disappointed with my service today here My girlfriend is hearing impaired We came in and ordered two chicken tacos and two milkshakes anyway paid with it with our phones sat down to eat halfway through a meal the girl that was there told us that the second order didn't go through so we were like what okay no problem so we got up to go pay for it and when we did she had all types of attitude. And she was acting that way towards my girlfriend because she didn't realize she was deaf and my girlfriend was having a hard time understanding her. So anyway at the end of the transaction the girl rolls her eyes and literally throws the receipt over the register at my girl like she was some type of peasant or something. Anyway I asked if I could talk to the manager there were three people working there and they all said that they were all the managers they had three managers working all of them were the managers whatever that means can't understand why they don't have any employees but then again I guess I can. Do better people treat people with kindness that goes a long way especially with someone like me who will Yelp the shit out of you. read more

Where do start. I ordered the beer battered fish tacos. While attempting to take my first bite the corn tortilla turned to dust exposing the battered fish that appeared to have been bobbing around in the fryer all day. The texture was like eating a chicharron with jerky inside of it. The tomatoes accompanying the sad meat had the appearance of canned tomatoes that you would find at your local supermarket. The hubby and I stopped by this Del Taco to grab a quick bite after shopping our socks off on NYE eve. He ordered his usual two bean burritos and crinkle fries (probably the best item to order here) and I got the spicy chicken burrito (sans the spice) and some tacos. I'm not sure how long it's been since I've had their tacos but they are sure getting smaller each year. It's also nearly impossible to eat a hard shell taco from the Del without breaking the shell. Does anyone else feel me on that one? Nonetheless, this location was decent. They got our order correct, the employee working the drive through was friendly, and the food was warm. I dont usually review fast food places because I always figure, you get what you pay for. But this time it was exceptionally bad! First of all...when did good ol' cheapy Del Taco get so expensive?! I got a chicken soft taco meal(size small) and two kids meals and it was over $20. Seriously? I guess that's why I had higher expectations maybe? The chicken soft tacos were disgusting after I got past the fact that there was about a pint of the sauce on the taco i quickly realized it was to cover up the bottom of the barrel nasty bits of chicken that were supposed to serve as the protein in my tacos. They were so burnt and chewy I actually spit the first bite out. I checked inside the tortilla thinking it was just a bad bite, but unfortunately it was the whole taco. In the trash it went. I was smart and examined the next taco before I drove in...same as the first one...again in the trash. Those were some pretty expensive french fries I just paid for. Next were the kids meals. One got a soft taco and the other got a quesadilla. The quesadilla was burnt and smelled so bad my kid wouldnt even eat it. So she just ate the fries. The soft taco barely had any meat in it and was mostly just lettuce and cheese. So again...my kid ate the fries. Plus to add insult to injury...they didnt include the little prize that is supposed to come in the kids meal. Even though I dont necessarily want those little junks floating around the house, the seem to make my kids happy for the time being so of course I was upset that they weren't in their bags. I'm not from this area and I was in a bind for lunchtime with hungry kids with little bellies that needed to be satisfied, so it's safe to say I will not be returning again to spend over $20 for french fries and lemonade! They charged me $30 for two meals. They were combos, so 5 items in total. When my driver called me, he said the restaurant was refusing to make the rest of the order because they "didn't get" the other items. So the people behind the counter thought what? That they just got $30 for a single burrito? I could hear them on the phone while the poor kid from DoorDash was trying to explain to me what was going on. You get told hang on to order every time you come, then once you order you get to the window and they make you back up and wait behind their marker until the time goes to 0 then they let you pull foward to trick the timer they have.
