I ordered here via Uber Eats during my lunch break at work. I ordered the meal plate with one large side and 2 entrees consisting of the fried rice, honey sesame chicken breast, and the kung pao chicken. Upon receiving my order, there was no soy sauce in the bag which left the fried rice extremely dry. In addition, the rice itself was bland and wasn't memorable. The honey sesame chicken breast strips were ok, but I think they would be much better if eaten cooked fresh. The kung pao chicken was TERRIBLE. 90% of the chicken was fatty to the point of needing spit out, and sat in a large amount of oil which made my stomach turn. This place has always only been okay mall food. The drivethrough display at this location has been broke for as long as i can remember. The price for a side of rice or chow mein is outlandish, and the entrees have never been anything great. Long story short if you want chinese food go elsewhere. If you want mall food outside the mall. You probably should think twice about that, but oh well, sometimes we make bad choices. read more

I blame myself at this point. Last month when I ate here, my husband and I said never again. But, we didn't listen to ourselves and went again yesterday. Food was very good...flavorful, well-prepared, moist, and hot. Staff was enthusiastic but not well trained. I had to wait on my food at the counter. They didn't offer to bring it to me. The dining room was filthy...dirty tables, over-flowing trash containers, debris on floors and counters. Not sure if I want to return. Second visit: MUCH BETTER. Dining room was clean. I really enjoyed the speed and efficiency of this Panda Express. From the drive thru order experience to the speed of receiving my order. This really can't be beat! The prices are very reasonable! It's like a Chinese Chipotle with the same menu options that can be customizable. I will say that I wasn't a big fan of the rice, but overall the flavors and menu options are great! The dining space also looks comfortable and not too crowded. The drive through experience and staff are awesome too. read more

I usually love Panda Express but this location isn't the best. I wanted to take my fiancé who has never had Panda Express so that I could get him on board however the service wasn't the best. The employees were to busy joking around to pay attention to their customers but that is not the worst part... The orange chicken was so overdone that it was unbearably crispy!!! We visited the drive through at this Panda Express yesterday evening at 7pm. We ordered 4 combo plates . Double orange chicken with fried rice, orange chicken/ teriyaki chicken with chow main, orange chicken/ kung pow chicken with chowmein, and beef broccoli/ kung pow chicken with fried rice. We were told that they were out of fried rice, beef and broccoli, and they weren't making any more since it was too close to closing. We adjusted our order to fit what they had made and left to go home and eat. On the way home I called to see what time they closed and was told 9 PM. They stop making food 2 hours before they close??? I need to find a better option for this type of food and so should you. read more

Unfortunately the portion has gotten so small that a two-entry plate won't even provide enough food for one.

What a nightmare of a place. I don't go there often but both times that I have gone they never had the entrée made that I ordered. They tell you to pull around the side and then they forget about you. Today the attendant said it'll be done in four minutes to pull around the side, TWENTY minutes later I'm still waiting. I called them from my car and the guy answered Panda Express Robinson, (I thought I had the wrong number since I was in Monroeville) but he then corrected himself. (I would have went in but I had my dog in the car and it was hot outside. ) The attendant brought out my order five minutes after my call and of course the order that they didn't have ready was warm but the other two entrees and side were cold. No apologies. They acted like it's normal business to forget people's order. This fast food restaurant is the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever drove through. Don't waste your time, money or pallet cause they could care less to give good service and food. read more

They gave us fortune cookies which is a plus because the last Panda Express I went to did not. The food was yummy. It would have been nice if they had more of their bowls filled because their wasn't that big of a selection. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom. read more

This is the closest Panda Express to me and it is still 45 minutes away. As crazy as it sounds I will drive the 45 minutes just for the honey walnut shrimp and fried rice. It is my favorite dish EVER! When I go through the drive thru it is super quick and the employees are really friendly, and it's the same for when I dine in. The restaurant is always clean and it is definitely the cleanest "Chinese" restaurant I have come across. I have yet to see an employee without a smiling face, and even during the rare occasion that I have to wait for something to be cooked I can't get upset because an employee is always ALMOST RUNNING to get my order out to me in the parking lot. I honestly don't know how any of these reviews aren't 4 stars or more because I am always very pleased with their service and food. read more

This place is seriously a mess. The food was cold, service was so slow, the lady serving food was without gloves & playing with her hair before serving my food. They had very limited food and the place was empty on a Sunday afternoon. The workers were rude and completely uninterested in customers. We couldn't find a place to sit because the booths and tables were covered in food/ garbage. The lady restocking the knives and forks mumbled "I'm going to kill someone". Do yourself a favor and just go to an actual chinese restaurant. This location is always out of something. The drive through takes longer than calling ahead to a real chinese restaurant. The order accuracy is akin to McDonalds (i.e. they ate going to steal from you). I have never had my order messed up at China Palace which is practically right across the street. read more

Food here is the worst I've b ever had at a fast food restaurant and probably the worst in my life

I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice & it was good, but they got my order wrong. They gave me white rice instead of fried rice, but i understand that people make mistakes & maybe she didn't hear me correctly thru the drive thru. I would have went back to correct the order but I already drove back to work. Anyways, it was all tasty & the portions were great.
