By the looks of the other one stars there isn't much reason to speak out, but I wished this place would get better. Being a manager of panda years ago in Colorado, I know the expectations are really high while this place under performs. Seems like truck orders are low or suppliers screw them a lot or could be just lazy to make "special order" veggies and other things not only late at night, managers always having "meetings" in the lobby with DM's and other employees during rushes, and don't know how to send people "around" for big or confusing orders to get others through the drive thru line efficiently so I and everyone else don't have to wait for 30-40 minutes in a car... stuck. I know the town brings average workers, but maybe pay the managers more or something to get them to care more. Only thing that brings me back is the over portioning and being so close to my house and no other options. That being said, I will be back, but hopefully this will get fixed by then. read more

Extremely pissed off. Ordered the feast. Drove 45 mins home to Stevi only to find they did not put all 3 entrees in bag. Only 2. So I called. They asked if I wanted to come back and they would give me a free large entree. I told them first it it isn't free. I already paid for it and you didn't give it to me. Second I'm not driving 45 mins each way now for your mistake .She said I can take your name and just ask for it next time your in. Horrible customer service And it actually gets worse. My wife will post what happened next. Absolutely ridiculous read more

Had to wipe down our own table whilst three employees are standing around talking to each other.

First of this review is for this specific store, NOT the Panda Express chain. I love Panda Express i general, that being said I have been postponing writing a review for months in hopes that speaking with the manager MANY times would fix everything. (we eat at the restaurant 1 or more times per week since they opened here, we were waiting for them to come to town) Issues we have been dealing with since they opened and have never figured out. 1. Huge wait times... this seems to be getting better. 2. Out of what we want. Really? They need someone to manage the food supply better, this has been a major issue, noodles out, kung pao chicken, teriyaki chicken etc. We has to wait 20 minutes one time (even though it shouldn't take that long to cook) 3. Seems either management or owners of this store have a HUGE issue with food cost, they feel it is better to run out and piss customers off instead of making sure there is enough of each item. 4. Food consistency is very poor to this day. Have received Kung Pao Chicken with basically zero chicken, all veggies, no peanuts either. Sometimes no peppers at all, so VERY random. 5. Noodles have had the same issues, we went about a month ago and it was all cabbage and onion, almost no noodles...how is that even possible, I mean like 10% noodles, did they run out of noodles and tried to fake it with a bowl of cabbage and onion? - noodles also are sometimes extremely rubbery or dry. If done right I love them, but they can go from a 10 to a 1 very easy. 6. This store is typically give VERY low portions compared to the other Panda Expresses we have been to. Tonight we went and all was good except the insane low portions, got 3 item plate and it looked barely like a 2 item...how about the extra box the 3rd item comes in normally? Is Kung Pao Chicken a "premium" item? Especially like stated above sometimes your lucky to get much chicken and it varies soooo much. Maybe make it correctly and have it in stock before making it more valuable. Maybe win people over when you come to town instead of getting instant bad reviews, as seen here on Yelp. I wonder if they care about staying open honestly, it seems they don't "really" care about the customer here. They need to take a field trip to the one in Kalispell to see how it is done, I am more than happy to revise my review if they ever fix the problems. Panda Express is USUALLY a 5/5 for us. read more

Both times I've been here we've been rushed, they either ran out or didn't have what we wanted that's wad on their menu and they constantly were moving people in front of us. The food us decent, but the cuter service blows so hard all my Nintendo cartridges started working again. Thumbs down read more

While trying to get to the IHOP I had missed my turn and ended up in the Panda Express parking lot. My husband and I decided, "What the hell. We're here so let's give it a try." Unfamiliar with the place, we needed some time to look over the menu. The servers were really rushing us, despite the fact there was no one in line behind us. They kept asking what we wanted, while it was apparent we were still trying to decide. After hurriedly making our choices we sat down to our lunch. I had in front of me chow mein, black pepper chicken, Kung pao chicken, and mushroom chicken. My husband opted for the fried rice, broccoli beef, orange chicken, and Kung pao. My first observation was how oily and greasy EVERYTHING was. My chow mein was incredibly chewy and under cooked. The Kung pao had so many soggy overcooked vegetables and the flavor was not fresh at all. The mushroom chicken had a decent taste, but again, SO OILY. The black pepper chicken was also not fresh tasting at all. I really don't recommend eating here. The best part about the experience was when it was over...and also the fortune cookie. read more

Love Panda Express but the one here in Missoula is horrible. Their food is NEVER ready when they open. Their chow mein today wasn't ready until 30 minutes after they open. Rediculous! read more

I was 1 of 3 customers in the establishment at 2:45 in the afternoon. The place was filthy. Every table was dirty.i had to eat at a dirty table!! The beverage area looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Makes me wonder what the cooking area is like. Management needs to pop in from time to time. read more

They say they are open, but during lunch hours two days in a row, the door is locked and a sign is in the window, that they are doing food prep work and are closed due to being short staffed?!? Nice, lasting impression! read more

When my wife and I moved here 3 years ago one of the things we missed the most was no Panda Express. Thank goodness one finally came to Missoula and when we ate there a couple days ago, we couldn't have been happier. We went in during lunch rush, and even being extremely new, the food was good and the wait was short. The noodles were a little dry but from a restaurant that's only been open a few days, pretty darn good. Having eaten at several Pandas I would say this one is already in the top three. I know in a month they will only have gotten better. If you have eaten at Panda before, you will not be disappointed and if you haven't, give them a try. We now have another favorite place to eat in Missoula. read more

Servers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Food was hot, delicious, and of ample portion. I had the Shanghai Steak, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Chow Mein. My husband had the 5 Flavor Shrimp, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Mein. We enjoyed it very much. Took enough home to have another meal. Good value for the money. read more

When I've eaten there, the food is surprising decent. However, I think every time I've been there, they've been out of multiple items. I don't mean that I had to wait for them to make more - they were somehow OUT. One time they had no chicken. Really? Consistently understaffed with some workers standing around gawking doesn't help, either. Come on, you're not brand-new anymore. Time to get it together. read more

There was a long wait in the drive through and when I got to the window to pick up and pay, I was given a 10% discount for the "inconvenience" of the wait. It was most likely beyond the staff's control, but a pleasant surprise for me!! Smiles all around! read more

Andrea C was very quick to get our orders and dish up our requests. She was very friendly and seemed happy we were there and to wait on us. The food was hot and very good. read more

This was by far the worst service I have had in years. I ordered and paid for my food and waited a full 30 minutes at the end of the counter. With not a word said. Once I got my order it was missing some stuff. The cashier that was giving everyone their food handed my order to another employee who was obviously new. He apologized which was nice. I asked to speak to a manager and he went to what I assume to be the manager and she acted pissed and basically ignored me. If I own this mess I would have locked the doors and lit a fire under everyone. The manager would be gone. There was no visible leadership there. read more

never ever will i eat here again. the meat was tough. i tried to give it back. they would not take it and gave me a little box of the same thing. empty pockets of meats. very bad. read more

About what you'd expect for fast Chinese food. The lines are a real drag right now, but that's bound to get better, right?
