Everything about my visit here was great. From the response "Of course!" to my request to have both rice and Chow Mein, to checking out being quick and pleasant. It was very apparent the people at this location like their jobs. They were all smiling and helpful. The management came by and checked our table to see if we needed anything. The food was good and my companion and I could have shared a meal if she didn't like hot and spicy and I like mild. I saw several negative reviews for pick up orders. The one star is not for the food, but for the service. Do not I repeat, do not order using there app during what would be rush hour periods I.E. 11 am to 1 pm. I placed an order today at 11:25 for pickup at 11:45, and while a short wait is expected, an hour and twenty five minute wait is ridiculous. My wife went to pick my meal up she arrived at 11:35 am she did not receive my order until 12:45 pm. all the while the people who came in during that hour, around 30-40 people came in ordered their food and where gone while my wife was still waiting. All I can figure is the management team figures they already have your money as there is no way to cancel on the app, and thus they do not care about the online customers. We've gotten takeout from Panda Express many times and have always been happy with the food and service. Portions were always enough that we had leftovers, except for the walnut shrimp which was always gone because it's a favorite! I got literally 2 fork fills of my main dish, maybe 4 fork fulls of the fried rice, the box of that fit in coffee cup. Far too expensive for what one receives. Absolutely ludicrous. I am 5'4" about 78lbs, even I expect more food for 30$!!! And the only reason I tried it was because I had a 40% discount off. So good luck, if you go there! In this new era of expensive everything after clueless joe ruined the economy with Massive inflation, to get a full meal that is filling for $10 is very rare. Have you ever seen a panda run? They ain't fast. Pandas live extraordinarily sedentary lifestyles and champ on bamboo all day. The only 'express' panda you can find in the wild is some stranger in a costume on the subway. Or at a Subway. I mean, at least subways are actually fast (the trains and the restaurants). I guess it's not really false advertising because when you go to Panda Express you basically eat like a panda, just lumping mounds of stuff that's ready to eat on a tray then munching til you feel sick without moving a muscle and passing out where you sat. I'd like for the owner of Panda Express to make a public statement explaining their choice to name a fast food restaurant after the slowest animal in China.
