This store on a regular basis can not check what all they put in a bag. I stop by a few times a month when I come into town for food. Usually picking up food for 5 people so it's hard to check it in the drive thru. Then when I drive 30 minutes to get home, I find I'm always missing stuff. Note to anyone, hold up the drive thru line and check your bag before you leave. Also, Caleb (supposedly a manager) has about as much customer service as a teenager. read more

Wow, such a change. We believe my husband's burrito was dropped on the floor picked up and served. His shell was all messy like the sauce was in the outside of the shell. Never thought nothing until after we were home. Also no cheese on my taco what the hell.. also our server ( Savannah) had super long ugly finger nails. Do you know how much bacteria is carried under those nails. Boo get rid of them. This was May 2 2026 It will be awhile before we go back Sad read more

My visit 5/2/2026 7:32pm Check:152 {Dine In.} One of the dirtiest establishments we have dined in. Excluding third world countries. Over priced and sub-standard food . I may never visit another TacoTime, again. Ever! I wonder how it is possible that they pass health inspections. Or...........do they? read more

What is going on at this location? Drive thru has been a mess the last three times I've gone through. Tonight they handed me the wrong order. Returned it, was given a bag missing half the order. Asked for the rest - still wrong. Got home and found a missing item and another item with beans instead of chicken. $43 Come on managers- button this down. I don't want the last Taco Time in Missoula to go down read more

I went through the drive through of this place, I was with a friend. We both got chicken quesadillas and his quesadilla had pink and completely uncooked frozen chicken in it. Not cool. We didn't get a refund or go back. We just tossed it and are never going back again read more

If you're used to Taco Time in Western Washington you may be disappointed. While the menu is the same, the food is not as fresh and portions are smaller. They also seem to struggle with keeping good service staff (some are less than friendly). Still, it is a decent option for Mexican-style take out. read more

The ordering just about did me in. After each item I ordered the employee would reply "Anything else?" Every time! I was pretty sure he wanted to do something else with this reply. They were out of a few things we wanted, signs if the times. The lemon and strawberry empanadas were horrible. The crunch wrap was full of canned refried beans, awful and cold. Drinks were ok. He forgot my water but got it when I asked. The only good thing was the Nachos and they were enjoyed. Maybe we'll return but maybe not. read more

Taco Time - Mexican Near Me - Missoula, Montana

Love the food at Taco Time Missoula. I placed a to-go order 02/13/2025 between 5-6 PM through DoorDash. Taco Time canceled the order and refused an explanation. I cannot order replacement dinner until I get a refund. Could not eat any food tonight for dinner as a result. I am starving. Very disappointed! read more

I've always loved Taco time tots since I was a child. Definitely nostalgic. Like stopping by once in awhile for some tots

We had a wonderful experience at our first visit to Taco Time. We appreciated: 1. The people- Kelly took our order and was so friendly and generous and even got the kids gumballs. It's great meeting strangers who are absolutely wonderful human beings. Thank you Kelly!!! 2. They have a special each day- my wife and I each order one and it was great. And it was meatless- so extra bonus to have that option at fast food. 3. Our family of 5 each enjoyed every item we had read more

Gave my boyfriend food poisoning. We ate there earlier today--I opted for the unsatisfying Popeye's chicken tenders next door, bless--and within a couple of hours he was upchucking the burritos he'd so doomfully ordered. It's a complete pity. My sturdy and strapping boyfriend has been done in by some bad meat/poor hygiene/whatever must be lurking on the primary-color tiles circa 1997 visible from the drive thru window. He's always liked Taco Time, but probably not so much anymore. Taco Time! This is a tragic betrayal. Please please please clean EVERYTHING, and perhaps chat with your recalcitrant hired youths re: giving a damn. read more

This is the first TT I had the chance to try. Staff here are pretty good and the food is above average for fast food Tex-Mex. They have specials of the day which are listed on a board inside the restaurant but they don't have a similar board in the drive-thru, which would be a plus. They have a nice variety of freshly made salsas - with some that actually really pack some heat. I appreciate that the salsa in packets come in a larger size packet. I have found that I only need one packet of TT salsa for a burrito, where I would need four or five packets if I was at a TacoHell. The Big Juan burrito with ground beef is pretty much like crack to me. A great blend of flavors that make you feel happy. Just be aware that the burrito comes out very hot so if you are going to eat it on the road you will want to unwrap it and let it cool down for a while unless you want to burn your mouth. read more

I dropped in here to grab something quick to eat at my hotel on the way through for the night. The cheese quesadilla I got was absolutely inedible. The cheese was not even melted in the middle. It was super gross. Staff was really friendly and upbeat, but the food was so bad that I just wouldn't be able to justify going back. read more

5 stars for the crisp meat burrito. My crave food! Never been disappointed in service or food. As good as Mexican fast-food gets in Montana.

I would give this 5 stars if one.this place could be definite with the hours listed as it seems like they change on occasion and I noticed this prior to the pandemic.food is still good and like how they have specials including all you can eat tacos on mon from 5pm to closing.my suggestion for those wanting to dine?make sure you confirm with them if able by phone since the hours vary between this site, google and their menu board sign along with road sign marquee.specials also vary and may not always be the same between this state,Oregon,Washington state or Idaho.this location used to have tcby yogurt though closed a long time ago.honestly,I don't know all the other Montana locations for taco time?hope they are all doing well? read more

After paying for my order I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes while the frumpy young man in a man Bun ignored me while looking at his phone and drinking his large soda. I tried waving to get his attention only to be ignored. After more time passed I knocked on the window to ask if everything was OK and if they remembered I was out there. Only to get an eye roll and to be told to be patient because they are shorthanded. read more

Fast, friendly delicious Tex-Mex at the right price! The staff here was great and friendly. The food was delicious and cooked fresh. Will stop here again if traveling through Missoula and need a quick tasty meal. read more

I stopped by on Monday afternoon on the way to the airport. The employees totally took care of me when they found out that I'm a vegan. They were careful to tell me which items were vegan and those that were not. After I ordered, the employee who was making my burrito came out into the dining room to clarify what I wanted and to make some suggestions. My burrito was outstanding! read more

Anytime I can get near a Taco Time I will make the effort. Always fresh, always good. Without a doubt, the very best "fast food" mexican. Too bad they are only in the Northwest. read more

Been coming here for many years......not bad food! Service usually pretty GOOD. Clean restrooms. We like there TACOS

It's helpful to actually be open when your website and door say open at 8am. Showed up today get breakfast (as the window shows a sign for breakfast) at 8:15am. Door locked, open sign off, and no lights on. read more

Outstanding service here. I would never get this in Denver. For example the cashier came from behind the counter to assist a guest with the menu explaining items and such. Helped me out the exact same and let me try some of their green salsas and chilis. I enjoyed the food and the taco meat is great. It's not heavily seasoned like the competitors allowing you to flavor it the way you want. read more

This place is dirty on the inside and out! Very outdated inside with views into the gross looking kitchen. Food was ok but I was waiting to get sick afterwards. The owner should spend alittle money on fixing it up and cleaning it up. read more

Although this is not the worst taco time I've been to it is not the best either. The food wasn't hot, but it tasted good! The staff is friendly as I read from the other reviews. A good place for a quick bite to eat. Also the decor is really outdated and the buildings interior looks dirty... Not that it is, it's just old... read more
