The first few times I ordered earlier that 9pm were good but the past 3 times I've online ordered at 10pm have been terrible, first time they replaced my beef and broccoli and didn't inform me when I picked it up, second time they told me they were out of chow-mein; wether they were out of stock or just didn't want to prep I don't know, and the third time; 9/12 they told me they didn't have chow-mein or fried rice, now the chow-mein again I'm not sure if they didn't have it or blatantly said screw it we're not cooking any, and the fried rice I know they had because your gonna sit there and offer me white rice and say you don't have fried rice. If you're actually out the GM needs to update online so you don't have people ordering stuff you don't have plain and simple. I came in on my lunch break today. I got in line, watched the 3 people in front of me order their food AND pay for it. In the middle of this, a guy comes in and the worker helped him right away even though I'm over here standing in line. No one ever said a word to me. There was a girl working the food line, a cook, and a drive thru worker along with people in the back. Once the girl working the food line helped the 3 people in front of me and the guy who just walked in, she then took some money out of her drawer and went to the back leaving me standing there. Still, no one said a word to me. I waited and waited and she didn't come back. Finally, I asked the cook if he could please find someone to help me. He ignored me like I wasn't even talking. I then waved down someone in back and asked if I could please get some help. He went to the back and asked the girl who was working the food line to help me. She comes out, doesn't say a word to me, and goes over to the drive thru area and is talking to the drive thru worker, then she washes her hands, then she comes over to me and never says sorry for the wait or anything kind. She asked me 'for here or to go'. I told her 'well at this point, I don't have time', and I left. She still never said anything to me. I was in there for 20 minutes trying to get lunch and left with nothing. I ended up back to work with no lunch. I work at the library and we are all about customer service. I spend all day greeting people when they come in, being nice to people and apologizing when we are wrong or busy and this is what I get in return? Not one person in this restaurant today showed good customer service skills. I won't be back. read more

We hadn't been here in a very long time and I received gift cards for Christmas so we decided to try them again. You can drive thru or go inside to order for takeout which is what we did. They have you go in the south door and exit through the east door. Right off we noticed it was pretty dark inside, I guess that's to discourage people from trying to dine in. All of the chairs are gone and tables were taped off. The lady that helped us was friendly enough. I was happy to see they had my favorite, honey sesame chicken available so I ordered that with half noodles and half rice and I added an eggroll. They were completely out of soy sauce which was no big deal because I had some at home. Food was still at a good temperature by the time we got home to eat it. I definitely look forward to eating there again soon. read more

The employees need to quit if they hate their job to make them act so dang rude and hateful to customers. The rice is literally always crunchy, always out of everything, the kitchen closes an hour before closing. They argue if you want to use your military discount! Like your across the street from a Air Force base?? They are stingy with portions and the air conditioner is always off inside the restaurant. My shoes stick to the floor when walking inside, and the tables are never clean. Always crumbs, rice and sticky residue on them. Where the hell is their district manager?? Where is corporate? If you are responsible for this store you should honestly be ashamed and embarrassed. This store needs to be completely reformed. New employees, managers, district manager. Or it should just permanently close. I can't imagine the health code violations it has. 10/10 don't recommend. read more

Quick lunch spot ! They fill your plate as you order. Usually get the fried rice with 2 items. Bejing beef is good with a little kick! Orange chicken seems to be the popular go to item. Plenty of items to choose from. Eggrolls good and love the red sauce. Food is hit n miss , today the rice had some hard grains. Bejing beef was tender today. I ordered 3 bowls with orange chicken, all the chicken in my bowls were raw, when I expressed my concern to the assistant manager on the phone he said his general manager was the one cooking the food and he tried to accuse me of lying, and made it off as a joke saying "well if you've eaten it how can it be raw", as I told him we didn't realize it was raw until we cut into the big pieces of chicken just to discover all three of us had raw chicken in our bowls. This is literally the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced~ Keep your expectations really low and expect them to be rude! I have been 3 times over the course of a few months thinking that maybe it was just "tht one employee" but no! Always when i'm in the drive thru- incredibly rude over the mic and every time at the window they have closed the window door on me immediately when i asked for sauce or the napkins and fork they didn't put in the bag. Really deserves a 0 stars. Rude staff, and they never have white rice. To the point where I'm not even sure why they offer it as an option. I've read most of the reviews and am disappointed. I doubt if we will go to the MWC Panda Express due to the markedly poor service and low quality/quantity of food provided to customers. If this particular Panda Express can't get it right, they either need an employee turnover or close their doors permanently. Made an online order around 11:30. Arrived at the drive through only to be abruptly told the drive through was closed. Odd. There were orange cones off the curb near the drive through... why not just block it off? Anyway, I asked if I could pick up the order I already placed. Another person said come to the window. No greeting, just silence and a hand out the window with my order. No napkins, no sauces. Nothing. Not sure what is going on inside this location. Just won't be back. I've only been eating at Panda since the pandemic but this location is consistently good and accurate. They're always nice when I've used the drive-thru and one time someone jacked my pickup order and they made it again without a hassle. Also, they have all my favorite drinks that are hard to find--cherry Coke, strawberry Fanta, and (good) fruity unsweetened tea. Four stars because there is just a ridiculous amount of waste, from the plastic silverware that I never ask for but get anyway, to the miserable packets of s&s sauce that I have to squeeze out into a bowl for dipping. read more

Maria, the person that I spoke with kept telling me that it was a pick up order and not a delivery. She was extremely rude and would not listen and/or try to understand the situation. Where do I begin? Their service was very horrible. They were not prepared at all. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. I was hesitant because of coming to this location because a buddy of mine had a bad experience but I decided to give it a try since I was grocery shopping in the area. The food is great here but some of the customers are really weird and downright scary. The last time I went to Panda Express was a few months ago. I remember it was close to midnight and I had gotten hungry after a late night poker game. So I thought, why not drop into Panda Express for a quick bite to eat? I had no idea how that decision would change my life forever. The cool night air made the hair on the back of my neck stand up as I entered the store. The sparsely decorated store was empty because the workers were in the back trying to get supplies ready for tomorrow's prep. But as I waited for a clerk to help me at the counter, a seemingly mentally disturbed old man pulled up through the drive through window in a barely running brown dented truck. On the window of the truck were the initials "D.H.", and a bumper stick from Norman. The wrinkles on the mans worn face looked like leather. You could smell the diesel burning through the store window as the truck sputtered and stammered until it finally came to a halt. I remember thinking how really strange this was because the drive through lane was obviously closed at that time. Something just seemed... off. What did the old man want? Out of nowhere the old man in the truck grimaced, and then with a tight jaw, started to talk to me through the drive-up window! His voice sent chills down my spine. It was the voice of a person with dark secrets. I don't know if he was just let out of prison or what his story was, but there was something about this old man that just wasn't right. Without explanation, the old man ordered me to give him food that he had ordered off the internet. I looked around and confirmed he was talking to me, as if I actually worked there. I knew I had to think fast because this guy looked like the active shooter type. I thought I better play it safe and give him whatever he wanted because I don't want to be a victim. As I found some food in the kitchen, I slowly reached my arm out the window. Our eyes locked and I could feel the weight of his stare bearing down on me. Without saying a word I handed him some egg rolls and a pint of pork fried rice. I was nearly frozen in fear, but I could only hope that if I gave the man what he wanted he may leave me in peace. But as soon as I handed the old man his food, he laughed a wicked laugh, that turned into a cough. And as soon as it all started, it was over. The old man left, and I ran out of Panda Express straight home. I still don't know what the old man wanted. I go to counseling to relieve the anxiety I developed that night. What was the old man's story? Why me? I may never know. read more
