I placed an online order and waited for a confirmation email. 20 minutes goes by and no email but my card was charged. Upon arriving to location they said they never got my order. I told them I never got a confirmation and I verified I placed my order at the correct establishment and nothing. Paid for a meal I never got :) EDIT: Uncooked rice with cold Beijing beef. read more

We love this place. Food is always hot and fresh. Good portions for the price. Will go again soon!

I ordered firecracker shrimp and steak and got only 4 shrimps. Super greens and got all broccoli Beijing beef which was cold. Called and informed Panda Express and someone hung up on me in the middle of me speaking, so i called back and requested to speak with the manager. Rude. I will never go back to this Panda Express read more

Was out of rice, barely gave us any chicken, and we asked for chow mein and got a bunch of old greasy onions and almost no noodles. terrible experience. read more

Extremely small portions maybe 4 marble size pieces of chicken and the rest was limp broccoli

Made an online order, order fried rice and double orange chicken the rice was burnt and the chicken was soggy

Terrible, out of chow mein, and just standing here. No one is helping me. Eating at Panda Express for years and loving it wherever we travel, this is for sure the worse one. Also once a friend of one of the employees showed up I was totally ignored as they visited. The place was filthy inside as well. read more

if I could rate this place one star I would they are stealing from their customers since the penny is no longer being made they round down to the nearest five so you're being shorted anywhere from 1 to four cents per transaction and then when you ask about it you get told their machine does it automatically yet you saw the lady in the drive-through who was very rude grab change from a drawer do better read more

Had to wait 15 minutes for orange chicken and this is all i got. They've raised their prices but are now giving less. Ridiculous. also the rice tastes like shit. read more

Panda Express - Bowl fried rice and orange chicken - Chinese Near Me - Midwest City, Oklahoma

The first few times I ordered earlier that 9pm were good but the past 3 times I've online ordered at 10pm have been terrible, first time they replaced my beef and broccoli and didn't inform me when I picked it up, second time they told me they were out of chow-mein; wether they were out of stock or just didn't want to prep I don't know, and the third time; 9/12 they told me they didn't have chow-mein or fried rice, now the chow-mein again I'm not sure if they didn't have it or blatantly said screw it we're not cooking any, and the fried rice I know they had because your gonna sit there and offer me white rice and say you don't have fried rice. If you're actually out the GM needs to update online so you don't have people ordering stuff you don't have plain and simple. Working in this area and on night shift is convenient but I don't think I'll be coming back to this panda location. read more

I placed a large order through grub hub. I ordered and was charged for 6 egg rolls. I received one. A call to the store credited me for one egg roll. I was cheated out of the price of 4 more egg rolls. I no longer trust unless I verify even if it holds up the drive thru. read more

I came in on my lunch break today. I got in line, watched the 3 people in front of me order their food AND pay for it. In the middle of this, a guy comes in and the worker helped him right away even though I'm over here standing in line. No one ever said a word to me. There was a girl working the food line, a cook, and a drive thru worker along with people in the back. Once the girl working the food line helped the 3 people in front of me and the guy who just walked in, she then took some money out of her drawer and went to the back leaving me standing there. Still, no one said a word to me. I waited and waited and she didn't come back. Finally, I asked the cook if he could please find someone to help me. He ignored me like I wasn't even talking. I then waved down someone in back and asked if I could please get some help. He went to the back and asked the girl who was working the food line to help me. She comes out, doesn't say a word to me, and goes over to the drive thru area and is talking to the drive thru worker, then she washes her hands, then she comes over to me and never says sorry for the wait or anything kind. She asked me 'for here or to go'. I told her 'well at this point, I don't have time', and I left. She still never said anything to me. I was in there for 20 minutes trying to get lunch and left with nothing. I ended up back to work with no lunch. I work at the library and we are all about customer service. I spend all day greeting people when they come in, being nice to people and apologizing when we are wrong or busy and this is what I get in return? Not one person in this restaurant today showed good customer service skills. I won't be back. read more

We hadn't been here in a very long time and I received gift cards for Christmas so we decided to try them again. You can drive thru or go inside to order for takeout which is what we did. They have you go in the south door and exit through the east door. Right off we noticed it was pretty dark inside, I guess that's to discourage people from trying to dine in. All of the chairs are gone and tables were taped off. The lady that helped us was friendly enough. I was happy to see they had my favorite, honey sesame chicken available so I ordered that with half noodles and half rice and I added an eggroll. They were completely out of soy sauce which was no big deal because I had some at home. Food was still at a good temperature by the time we got home to eat it. I definitely look forward to eating there again soon. read more

Panda Express - Honey chicken, orange chicken, and rice - Chinese Near Me - Midwest City, Oklahoma

The employees need to quit if they hate their job to make them act so dang rude and hateful to customers. The rice is literally always crunchy, always out of everything, the kitchen closes an hour before closing. They argue if you want to use your military discount! Like your across the street from a Air Force base?? They are stingy with portions and the air conditioner is always off inside the restaurant. My shoes stick to the floor when walking inside, and the tables are never clean. Always crumbs, rice and sticky residue on them. Where the hell is their district manager?? Where is corporate? If you are responsible for this store you should honestly be ashamed and embarrassed. This store needs to be completely reformed. New employees, managers, district manager. Or it should just permanently close. I can't imagine the health code violations it has. 10/10 don't recommend. read more

Quick lunch spot ! They fill your plate as you order. Usually get the fried rice with 2 items. Bejing beef is good with a little kick! Orange chicken seems to be the popular go to item. Plenty of items to choose from. Eggrolls good and love the red sauce. Food is hit n miss , today the rice had some hard grains. Bejing beef was tender today. Drive thru stays busy, but you may have to pull over until ready sometimes. read more

The food is usually decent, but the lady who works the drive thru is so hateful every time. She is not friendly in the least and always has an attitude. She'll shut the door in my face and I'll have to sit there and wait for her to notice me and ask for some soy sauce. She never says thank you or you're welcome or anything. Not good costumer service. read more

I ordered the bigger plate and I was very disappointed with the portions that they gave.

If there was a ZERO option I'd be all over it. the young lady assisting us at the window was RUDE RUDE RUDE. She had an attitude and was singing into the mic while we were trying to order and no noodles the kitchen is closed 30 minutes before closing? come on now... seriously that's policy? even the 'PAC' or manager was unapologetic and useless with excuses galore and ZERO RESOLVE just like the stars they deserved. Sad that this location is closest to the base and waiting so terribly on THOSE guys and girls. 10000% won't go back. What an embarrassment to the franchise. read more

This is literally the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced~ Keep your expectations really low and expect them to be rude! I have been 3 times over the course of a few months thinking that maybe it was just "tht one employee" but no! Always when i'm in the drive thru- incredibly rude over the mic and every time at the window they have closed the window door on me immediately when i asked for sauce or the napkins and fork they didn't put in the bag. They give the impression like they would spit in your food! This location needs to be closed down- OR some other owner needs to buy it & FIRE everyone in that location! I can NOT believe how rude they are in the drive-thru..as if they think noone can come park and go inside?!?!! read more

I ordered 3 bowls with orange chicken, all the chicken in my bowls were raw, when I expressed my concern to the assistant manager on the phone he said his general manager was the one cooking the food and he tried to accuse me of lying, and made it off as a joke saying "well if you've eaten it how can it be raw", as I told him we didn't realize it was raw until we cut into the big pieces of chicken just to discover all three of us had raw chicken in our bowls. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary and just flat out disgusting. I have already turned this store into the health department. Do not go here. read more

Really deserves a 0 stars. Rude staff, and they never have white rice. To the point where I'm not even sure why they offer it as an option. Half the time I ask for a certain type of rice they give me the complete opposite. Not even to mention it's pulling teeth to get them to give any more than 3 little packets of soy sauce. read more

I've read most of the reviews and am disappointed. I doubt if we will go to the MWC Panda Express due to the markedly poor service and low quality/quantity of food provided to customers. If this particular Panda Express can't get it right, they either need an employee turnover or close their doors permanently. I realize that in todays market the profit margin is slim but minimum standards set a pretty low bar for them to meet. read more

Is 0 stars an option?? I stood in the restaurant at the counter for 5 literal minutes as the employees looked at me, walked by and never once was I greeted or even asked to have my order taken. They are constantly out of everything and HAVE and will FOREVER have THE WORST SERVICE. I would rather lick a football stadium urinal then step foot in that nasty terrible facility ever again. I would never recommend the MWC Panda to anyone. I would however recommend if you ever find yourself in this location to turn around and go to the Chick-Fil-A around the corner. They are way cleaner, have way better service and not an overall POS. Thank you and hope you all can avoid this horrible horrible waste of time. *** PS - Corporate please feel free to reach out so I can go more into detail about this inexcusable experience. ***** read more

Made an online order around 11:30. Arrived at the drive through only to be abruptly told the drive through was closed. Odd. There were orange cones off the curb near the drive through... why not just block it off? Anyway, I asked if I could pick up the order I already placed. Another person said come to the window. No greeting, just silence and a hand out the window with my order. No napkins, no sauces. Nothing. Not sure what is going on inside this location. Just won't be back. I guess I should of placed the cones to close the drive through for them. I'm at a loss. read more

The manager on duty when we ate was absolutely rude beyond belief, tiny portions of food, and not fresh. The worst part was definitely the manager, though. She has no business managing anything, let alone a restaurant during a lunch rush. We will never eat at this location again, hopefully they fire her and get new staff or shut this place down. read more

I've only been eating at Panda since the pandemic but this location is consistently good and accurate. They're always nice when I've used the drive-thru and one time someone jacked my pickup order and they made it again without a hassle. Also, they have all my favorite drinks that are hard to find--cherry Coke, strawberry Fanta, and (good) fruity unsweetened tea. Four stars because there is just a ridiculous amount of waste, from the plastic silverware that I never ask for but get anyway, to the miserable packets of s&s sauce that I have to squeeze out into a bowl for dipping. read more

Rude! Went in to order my food Togo. The guy was rude and stated it was for online orders only. I needed to use the restroom and the guy appeared to be upset by this. I ordered online through the Panda app. An hour passed and no order. I called DoorDash which directed to call panda since they have my order and payment information. Panda Express - Be happy - Chinese Near Me - Midwest City, Oklahoma

Always out of so much stuff and noodles are dry and the customer service is next to nothing

The food is great here but some of the customers are really weird and downright scary. The last time I went to Panda Express was a few months ago. I remember it was close to midnight and I had gotten hungry after a late night poker game. So I thought, why not drop into Panda Express for a quick bite to eat? I had no idea how that decision would change my life forever. The cool night air made the hair on the back of my neck stand up as I entered the store. The sparsely decorated store was empty because the workers were in the back trying to get supplies ready for tomorrow's prep. But as I waited for a clerk to help me at the counter, a seemingly mentally disturbed old man pulled up through the drive through window in a barely running brown dented truck. On the window of the truck were the initials "D.H.", and a bumper stick from Norman. The wrinkles on the mans worn face looked like leather. You could smell the diesel burning through the store window as the truck sputtered and stammered until it finally came to a halt. I remember thinking how really strange this was because the drive through lane was obviously closed at that time. Something just seemed... off. What did the old man want? Out of nowhere the old man in the truck grimaced, and then with a tight jaw, started to talk to me through the drive-up window! His voice sent chills down my spine. It was the voice of a person with dark secrets. I don't know if he was just let out of prison or what his story was, but there was something about this old man that just wasn't right. Without explanation, the old man ordered me to give him food that he had ordered off the internet. I looked around and confirmed he was talking to me, as if I actually worked there. I knew I had to think fast because this guy looked like the active shooter type. I thought I better play it safe and give him whatever he wanted because I don't want to be a victim. As I found some food in the kitchen, I slowly reached my arm out the window. Our eyes locked and I could feel the weight of his stare bearing down on me. Without saying a word I handed him some egg rolls and a pint of pork fried rice. I was nearly frozen in fear, but I could only hope that if I gave the man what he wanted he may leave me in peace. But as soon as I handed the old man his food, he laughed a wicked laugh, that turned into a cough. And as soon as it all started, it was over. The old man left, and I ran out of Panda Express straight home. I still don't know what the old man wanted. I go to counseling to relieve the anxiety I developed that night. What was the old man's story? Why me? I may never know. read more

The atmosphere was dreary. Food was cold and unpleasant. Chow mien was old and noodles were hard. Won't be returning to this location.
