This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Store manager is rude and ALWAYS skimps heavily on entrees. The last two times I went through the drive through my plate looked full but under the few pieces of orange chicken (I got about 1/2 of the amount I get when I get "double orange chicken" at a normal Panda) I realized the container was almost all chow mein, in all three compartments, with some chicken put on top to look "full". My husband ordered a large angus steak entree and the box looked great when he opened it but under the bits of steak on top, the rest of thee container was veggies. Owner will complain or roll her eyes if you even ask for an extra side of sweet and sour sauce. If you go inside, she will give you better portions but will still SCOOP OUT SOME MEAT right in front of you if she thinks she gave you too much. It's always been a location that consistently skimps on portions but it's gotten progressively worse to the point where I feel ripped off when I've gotten my food. They never remember to give me chopsticks even when I ask and I'm not going back to this Panda unless it gets new or better management. read more

Wait time is about 20 mins in the drive thru. Unacceptable especially now I am late to work! Plus the manager is rude, hung up on me when she said I did. She said I should have gone inside. It doesn't matter if I go in or drive thru, the service should be fast. Will not go again, ever! read more

Went here tonight and waited over 30 minutes for their orange chicken. The manger well I believe she is the manager is extremely rude has no customer service skills whatsoever. I would give it -1 star if I could, they need to get it together at this panda. read more

The drive thru was six cars deep so we decided to go in to order, felt like I had to repeat my order five times as staff was busy doing other things and talking to other staff during my ordering. Got home to see no teriyaki sauce, one sweet and sour (for two large meals) the broccoli was so hard I couldn't eat it, close to being raw which is definitely not what I had in mind. Chicken teriyaki could have been good with some actual sauce to put on it, first time at this location and was pretty unsatisfied. Not sure if we'll go back. This visit was about standard for Panda Express. The food was not especially fresh, but the orange chicken was tangy enough to distract me from wondering how long it and the chow mein had been sitting under the heat lamps. The mushroom chicken seemed less-aged compared to the other items. The girl working the drive-thru handed the food to me and walked away before I had the chance to request chop sticks. On Saturday 07/29/2017 I decided today was Orange Chicken DAY. I didn't want the lunch line, so I went earlier. One family was there who already had their meals. There are two handicapped parking spots in front. Wheelchairs do have room inside to navigate this restaurant. I received a third entree, as per the terms of my coupon, as that would be my lunch portion. Dinner would be most of the Orange Chicken & Fried Rice which I paid in full for. Just didn't feel like cooking today as reheating was my solution. These items reheat great in the microwave. From the reviews, it appear many of us like the Orange Chicken and I can't find fault with that! read more

We went there to get some food at 8:58pm and the time on the door said 9:30, here said 9:30 and the website said 10pm. We are both throughly upset that the employees decided to close early... what possessed them to close early. If it was any other place like Taco Bell, action would be taken and employees would be held accountable. read more

Horrible customer service from everyone working there! The food is always burnt! I've been to this place at least 5 times hoping it would be better than the last. But same result every time. Never thought to leave a review until the lady was making my plate and some of the food fell out of the tray on to the dirty counter and she picked it up and put it back on my tray! I just came in with my brother and sister in law and my service was terrible. The servers did not work together. The drive thru people were in the way of the people helping us. As a group we were helped separately. Our main dish was handled poorly. One person did the rice for one and then continued on with the meats. Same thing happened to my brothers wife. When it was turn I asked for teriyaki chicken the girl working drive thru tried to move the person who was helping me to take the last of the Teriyaki Chicken and he asked me if I wanted to wait and I said no I've already been waiting. When a business opens at 11am I expect food to be ready to order. I've been to this place several times just as they open and they have literally NOTHING ready. Why on earth wouldn't the rude staff start cooking 30 minutes prior to opening the door? I watched 8 people walk out before I decided to leave as we'll. Horrible experience using the app to order online at this location last night. My food was scheduled to be ready at 6:50 pm. I arrived at Panda Express at about 6:53. The girl at the cash register was extremely unhelpful and basically just ignored me while I stood and waited for almost 20 minutes for my order to be ready, despite attempts to ask her how much longer it would be. For some reason they prepared food orders for people who walked into the restaurant after me, before they had mine ready. It would have been faster for me to stand in line and order like normal. What is the point of ordering on the app if it just ends up taking longer than if I had just walked in and ordered. Very unimpressed with the girl they had on the cash register last night. read more

I have been to this place only three times since I've lived in Maricopa three years ago. I love panda express but I cannot stand coming to this place. Once again today I was disappointed. So I decided to finally make a review. I don't know what her name is but she is the only Asian lady that works there, and she's the one that serves the food at least in the evening as far as I know. This lady is always shorting out your plate, we pay good money for this food at nine dollars a plate we should get a decent amount of food but this lady always shorts you out it is ridiculous, I asked her today that she needed to give me more orange chicken because it barely even filled to the top and she asked if I was going to pay for it. I said no I told her that she did not give me enough, she went back grabbed one piece of chicken and put it into my plate. 1 PIECE. This lady needs to not work here anymore these customers will continue to write bad reviews and I can only imagine how many customers have decided not to eat here. Panda Express has definitely improved since the last time I reviewed (after having suffered through several disappointing meals). The lines are always short and I'm usually in and out in under 15 minutes. The staff is always patient while you decide what to order which is great because I can be indecisive! If your unsure of what to get you can ask for a small sample before you commit. I love getting the fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, super delicious! To get more bang for your buck I recommend getting the family meal if your a large group instead of individual plates. read more

Horrible experience! I went through their drive through tonight before closing and I was greeted with the most unpleasant and foul manner! As I pulled up to the drive through and stop at the speaker I hear a voice go,"I'm closing in 10 minutes so we don't have much left," even before I had said anything AND with NO greeting! I politely mention that's it's okay and proceed to order off what they do have. Every time I stop to think what else to order off what they do have I get an,"okay..? what else?" With full on attitude! I would then ask,"do you have this," and ask for a particular menu item and she'd just go,"mmhmmm..." Do not recommend! Working for retail myself I understand how difficult people can be but I was only being the most polite and understanding as ever and I would of loved to have that in return. read more

So me and my husband has been going to this location because we have no other choice for Panda's. Inside it has been awful everytime always one employee with a mile of long line and the employee always slow, while drive thru has 2 to 3 workers why?????? Why is the inside is any different with the numbers of employees???? so it is okay for us to wait 30 minutes or more for our food????? We have been to other Panda's and NEVER EVER had to wait so long and the employee are great and fast. Today 6-13-19 same as usual waited 30 mins with long line and 1 person taking order and he moved like there is no other customers but us. This is unacceptable because I blame it on the supervisor or manager that does not recognize customers service. The manger need to move in and assist the employees when you see the line is long and not just ignored it. Very unorganized and coordination due to lack of management ability to manage a business. I hope you will read this and make some changes. And the food my fried shrimp I ordered tasted like eating dried pork just disgusting. If can give you zero star I will because lots of things is wrong at this location. I hope you find this useful as to making any changes because if you don't care what feedback your customers provide to help you improve your business than we as customers do not care either. All I have to say about the Panda in Maricopa is this, check your bags because trust they have left half your order sitting on their counter. The noodles were hard and sticky the entrees cold and gelled. I cannot believe that every single time they leave half my order off...it is like they purposely do this. I've been to may fair share of Panda's and it's sad that our own is really hit and miss, I've had only a few times where I have my sauce I've requested on the side. They could take a bit more care of the location it seems. I still go there, but it is a tad on the bad side. service could use some work as well. We've came here a lot so my rate is an average on all of my visits here. Almost every single time we come, our order is either messed up or they forgot to give us something. As far as wait time goes, it always depends on how many customers are being served (about 5- 15 mins). Workers are friendly, never had a rude employee. read more

Been here 3 or 4 times, my brother and I can't go anywhere else for Panda Express because well, it's either this one or the one 25 miles away lol. The service is ok, but the portions are bad. Panda was the busiest place especially before closing.. why can't they anticipate this and prepare enough food? They closed at 10 we got there at 920pm! Moved to Copa about 2 months ago and have been to this Panda 3 or 4 times and every time it has been delicious, the service has been fast and the people have been kind. I have never been through the drive-thru so I can't comment on that but inside it's been great. read more

Food is okay but the service .... not impressed. I've been there several times. A couple times they ran out of the item I ordered, before I got to the window to pay (orange chicken). They directed me to sit in my car in front of the restaurant to wait while they made more orange chicken. One time I waited at least 20-30 minutes. The drive thru is a joke.
