I have been to this Panda Express many times I love this Panda Express they get my order right every time it's so awesome shout out Panda Express the food always hits great chicken great everything. read more

Seems like Panda Express will change their policies to avoid meeting their obligations to their customers. Panda express had signs posted at their takeout window stating that if the customer did not receive a receipt, the meal is on Panda, i.e. free to customer. This happened to me and suddenly the policy was no longer in effect and if the specific store where I bought my food was supposed to have removed the notice, then it is just tough luck for the customer. Not a decent way to treat customers. Saw the Panda Express response suggesting I contact them. I did and their response was essentially "tough luck", you are an idiot for believing our promises. read more

Service was good, but the food was a bit below average. My wife and I went and took three of our grandchildren. The orange chicken was a bit "rough" and crunchy, not soft. It could have been a bad batch, but it was not as good as our other experiences. The place was clean. The setting was fine. read more

I ordered online and arrived 10 minutes early to the scheduled pick up time. Upon ordering there were instructions that were adamant about not coming before your designated pick up time. Fair enough, I didn't expect my order to be ready but was pleasantly suprised that it was only to find out that it was not hot, or warm but actually cold. Dissapointing but I could reheat everything when I got home. The honey walnut shrimp was excellent, the sweet fire chicken breast was tasty yet had zero heat (spice)as advertised and the black pepper sirloin steak not only lacked heat as well but was full of chewy gristle and smelled like tire rubber. I wasn't expecting anything amazing here but I was dissapointed. read more

I've been in the drive through line, one car away from the order speaker, for 15 minutes while I write this. Not very "express"

I'm only giving 1 star because the food actually showed up but that is because of the delivery person. I ordered last Wednesday night and ordered the bigger plate with walnut shrimp and orange chicken entrees. The walnut shrimp was not in order but double orange chicken that was so mushy I couldn't eat it. Uber Eats offered $2 for a bigger plate that was inedible . If the orange chicken was crispy and edible I would have no problem. Paying for an a meal you can't eat makes you afraid to order again. I am so disappointed. My thought is they did not want to make more food and went with what they still had at the end of the day. read more

Honestly I wouldn't normally write a review about a franchise but here I am. First off I'd like to say we eat at this panda at LEAST once a month... my husband and kids all love this place. The orange chicken is consistently. They've messed up our drive through order a few times but honestly we usually have to get a family meal or 3 bigger plates to feed everyone and it's fine that they've missed orders before. But the reason i decided to write the review is because of the manager, Owen I think his name is. I noticed Owen being super kind and patient training staff. Being a manager myself it looks like Owen takes his job seriously and cares and is kind. He speaks kindly to his staff is very kind to his customers and asked about donating to Doernbecher. I appreciate being asked this because of all the amazing things Doernbecher is trying to accomplish and I know they are grateful for the donations from Panda Express. I appreciate how thorough Owen is and how good he is overall. He and his staff keep a really clean store and the bathrooms are well stocked and clean. It's honestly lovely to see how the ship is running from an outsider perspective. read more

Food had been sitting there forever, it was mushy. Worst panda experience by far. Yelp reviews are accurate.

Normally, I don't write reviews about fast food places, but they have me so impressed. I had to stop and write a quick review. I came in on a Sunday evening and they are slammed! But I didn't wait for more than four minutes, unlike a lot of locations they had All the food available, along with them steadily refilling things. I think I was most impressed by the young man who checked me out. He called me. "miss "... I'm 50 years old... And it was just refreshing to see someone clearly go out of their way not to offend anyone. They all work like a fine tune machine and I think the thing that pleased me the most was all the employees communicated kindly and always said please and thank you. If you have a craving for panda express this is definitely the location to aim for. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. We had to wait 40 minutes after the time they told us it would be ready. We showed them the confirmation. They helped everybody in line and ignored us. I will NEVER go to this place again. read more

Not only is the order incorrect, charged us for a Medium drink and gave us a small, I asked for chow mein and greens they gave us chow mein and fried rice with hair in it. Disgusting read more

I was in the drive-through for over 30 min today with only 3 cars in front of me. I said I should get a free meal for my troubles. The manager came over and said couldn't give me free food for my troubles. I have never been so insulted in my life. The manager just lied and said he can only give me 20% discount. I can't believe he would lie and say I have no power to do anything. It's not like I can drive away. I'm stuck in line. I'm stuck there. They should've given free meals to all the people in line. It's so ridiculous. I drove away. Without a meal, I was not going to pay anything after waiting so long. (Was) long time customer read more

Worst Panda Express Ever! ALWAYS long waits then when you ask about they say they are busy. However is that their food always tastes like a giant mush? always food that's been sitting around for hours. If they were in fact so busy the food would be fresh as they have to continuously make more. read more

Went to Panda E at about 7:30pm the drive thru had 7-10 cars and inside there was one couple ahead of us. We were in the store for about 10-15 minutes before we got our food. The food is lower than mid the fried rice is dry but mushy so is the chicken. One lady kept dropping pieces of orange chicken on the counter and would just flip it back into the tray. I got sesame chicken and half the scoop of chicken was string beans and peppers. The cream cheese rangoons were undercooked and soggy. This place has 2 stars for a reason. Go to a Hawaiian spot like Roxy's it'll cost an extra $5 but it'll actually taste good. read more

I've been coming to this Panda location regularly for about 1.5 years now. The quality of the food has varied quite a bit, sometimes pretty good when it seemed like they have a new manager. However more recently it looks like they have a different managerial staff again. I typically come 2-3 times per month since my kids like to eat it'. The last 2 months or so this has become a terrible location to visit. Their portion sizes seem to get smaller and smaller. Sometimes the side item barely fits the container. The entrees look sparse. Today I had a new experience. I ordered a few bowls to go with chow mein. There was basically no chow mein left for the 2nd bowl and the employee kept scraping up the leftover small pieces of cabbage and chow mein over and over again into my bowl to fill it up. Basically I could have used a spoon to eat the side item of chopped up chow mein into pieces and cabbage. My kids didn't want to eat so ended up throwing it away. Shortly after I ordered it a fresh batch of chow mein came out with the next customer. I'm too nice to have brought it to the employees attention. But jeez this location has gone to complete crap. I'm tempted to drive to a different location to get Panda because of the poor experience at this location. read more

Don't order food from food delivery apps at this location. They serve all of the people in line before they address any online orders.

Loved this place until I saw an employee go to his car and proceed to vape, cough up spit, sneeze multiple times, spit some more etc. I will not be coming back, super unsanitary!! May I add this was right outside the restaurant Plate ending in KUS read more

Disappointed they charge you the full amount but if you come at 9 o'clock they're closing at 9:30 they never have enough food. The cooks are lazy to cook some more so they only give you half of portion but I'm still getting charge full amount I eat every day at panda express. They need to fix that I feel like I'm getting ripped off I pay full amount and I only get half of food of usually. I got a plate half-and-half I wish I could show you guys how much they put in there there's nothing unacceptable read more

I came here after another place botched my lunch order, hangry and irritated. Walking in, Brandon, the manager, greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile that I could tell he was giving me, even through his mask. He was very pleasant, helpful, and prompt. My terrible mood literally melted away. The other place I tried to order from was at least 2 times more expensive than what I paid here, but the consistency of the food, the fact that part of it was freshly prepared as I endured a 5 minute wait (which was accurately quoted to me and I was warned about beforehand), and the awesome service that Brandon and Jasmin provided made the 15 minute trek out of my way worth it. They were also super pleasant to everyone who walked in after me as they took each and every person's order promptly and with a smile. I know it's fast food, but they did a great job and my food tasted hot when I got home and tasted exactly the way I expected. Also, inside was sparkling clean and they are still abiding by Covid rules by limiting space and sanitizing. Great job. read more

The food here is barely edible. I've gotten sick from this place and was even pooping like crazy after i ate their orange chicken. The other worse thing about this place other than the food is their service. Probably one of the worst place when it comes to service. I will NEVER EVER go back to any of the Panda Express because to me it should be called "PANDA POOP". Stay away from this dump. read more

I came in on 12/22/2023 and have been coming fairly consistently to this location since 2020. I noticed what seems to be a complete overhaul of the operations and quality of ingredients . The staff were super... friendly, efficient, and seemed like veteran Panda Express staff. Everyone seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and the food was some of the best I've ever had in the category of 'fast food'. Maybe there's an A-team that works Friday nights, or the regional manager was in the house (or they just stepped things up after a couple recent bad reviews). Whatever it is, this level of quality and service outshines every other experience I've had at a Panda Express (and most other places at this price-point in the LO/Tigard/Tualatin area). read more

This location is very quick when it comes to speed of service, especially at the drive thru, but that speed comes at a cost. Employees here are rude more often than not, particularly the manager that believes it is okay to fill drinks and plates half full. Today, I got a large drink, and it was not even filled quite to the half way point. Asked someone to fill it the rest of the way, said they couldn't because I already touched the drink and due to covid they could not bring it back across the counter. Then I get to my food...they gave me three pieces of chicken (black pepper chicken) and the rest was onions and it was also 1/2 full when I ordered the medium entree. Again, restaurant refused to correct, including the manager. read more

The most incompetent Panda Express this side of the Mississippi, burnt fried rice filled with carcinogenic black flecks of carbon. Instead of discarding the burnt rice this Panda Express chooses to mix it in with the rest of the rice ensuring that every bite you have is rancid. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would, I came in as a drive Thur customer tonight and I understand everyone has bad days and sometimes things happen but Liz G was very impolite and rude, my food was just tossed in a bag sideways and so it leaked out over everything including my phone so I'm not in the greatest moods I've had a ruff day at work I just pray that my phones not ruined I don't care that she gave me a straw without me asking for one even though I did not want it I just took it because I didn't want to talk to her any longer, I didn't even get forks or chopsticks. This location is awful! First, their portions are a lot smaller than other Panda Express locations and the staff is extremely rude. The price is the same, which makes me wonder why their portions are not the same. Perhaps the staff is taking food home or giving away to their friends which is why they have to offset against their customer's portions. I'm surprised that this location is shut down after all these reviews. I certainly hope someone on their management team reads the reviews!! read more

Brand new Panda Express, still had that new restaurant smell when I walked in. A welcome addition to our little corner of world that features Bridgeport Village across the freeway and this little strip mall which features a Fuddruckers, Baja Fresh, a deli and a teriyaki place. Across the street is the holy trinity of fast food, Taco Bell, Carls Jr and Burger King and in the adjacent strip mall is an Arby's, Wu's Open Kitchen, Safeway and a Subway. Lunch time here at the Boones Ferry off ramp off I-5 is never short on choices. This time I wanted to try the new kids on the block. Getting there was pretty easy, it can be congested in this area around feeding time so be patient with the signal lights. I walked in and was a little thrown off because there are no trays out in the open to grab like in older Panda's. Since there was no tray runner along the counter I figured the moved everything behind the glass. As I perused the choices I was happy to see no wilted looking food that you see at some Panda's, you know what I am talking about, green beans that look like wilted lettuce strips, broccoli that has that light color to it... anyway, none of that. I ordered the chow mien noodles, sweet fire chicken and the green bean chicken, Even after lunch hour, I was there about 1:30pm, everything was hot and freshly made. Impressive if you know what I mean. The employees were friendly enough, gave me extra soy sauce without that look you get sometimes when you ask for something extra. All in all a good addition to our little corner of Portland. read more

This place has THEE WORST service. The girl with the blue/silver eyeliner was incredibly rude and was obviously unhappy to even be there. She rolled her eyes at us, sighed when we ordered and then only put one single sauce in our bag, even though we asked multiple times for more than one. I have worked food service before and understand it's not the funnest environment but to be that rude/unprofessional is not okay. Panda-monium! I have a soft spot for panda. We used to get the delivery from Panda Inn when we lived in LA growing up. It's amazing to see how it's grown since! We usually get the panda family fest which gets you 2 large starches & 3 large meats for $30. That can't be beat! We switch it up, but our favorites are orange chicken (a classic!), honey walnut prawns, and string bean chicken. A couple orders of potstickers are usually in the mix too. Ask for the hot mustard and chili sauces. Yum! I really like this location because they're friendly and because it's so busy with a drive through they have a high turnover of food, which means our food is almost always made fresh for us. They've also never messed up our order like other locations have. read more

Had a bad experience at this location. Most of the food looked old, like it had been sitting on the heaters for too long. We picked the freshest-looking ones for our meal. But what we ordered was bland and seriously lacking in flavor. It's almost like they skipped the normal sauces that are used or just used a fraction of the amount. We got chow mein, sweet fire chicken, and string bean chicken. I know what the flavor for all of these are supposed to taste like because I've ordered them many times before. The chow mein was dry, probably from sitting too long on the heater. The SB chicken & SF chicken had little sauce/flavor. Not only was the food bad but also they made us wait a few minutes for someone to let us pay for our food- we couldn't get our food until we paid. Apparently, the cashier person was in the back. That was irritating because we came because we were hungry!!! I've been a long time repeating customer at Panda Express, but I will not be returning to this location. One positive- the restaurant was clean! Which to me, is always important. read more

This is the fourth time that we have been through the drive thru around 9-9:15PM. They close at 10. We attempt to place an order and they state "We are out of that and we are getting ready for closing". I ask how long it will take and am advised 15 minutes so I go ahead and order it. Then ask for Veggie Spring Rolls and am told that would be an additional 15 minutes after the first food order. I asked if they are able to cook them at the same time and am advised no because they "are getting ready to close". Steamed rice, veggie spring rolls, egg rolls, fried rice, and Beijing Beef are all out. There is a line several cars long and several customers in the lobby. It seems they should still be cooking all the food that is needed to accommodate their customers when 35-45 minutes remain and they have many customers waiting. We will no longer be patrons of the Lake Oswego location. read more
