This is one my favorite locations. Sometimes there is a wait for a bowl to be replenished but that's due to the volume of customers. So, their service and food are clearly not bad. Went in today to get the teriyaki chicken. Had to wait for it to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. I told them that was fine with me to wait ,but after I waited all that time I found a long stringy hair in the meat. I was very disgusted and gagged. I ordered 2 bowls 1 with white rice and 1 with fried rice at the drive thru both bowls with orange chicken. I should have went inside so I could see that they were messing up my order. I stopped using the drive thru because you get less orange chicken in the drive thru. They proved me right again. We tried Panda Express two times which is why it's up from a three star to a four. The first time we ordered To-Go and got the rice and chowmein sides with various chicken flavors. The rice was awful: stale, flavorless, and hard. The rest was DELICIOUS. So we ordered To-Go again with just their noodles and chicken. We got sauce packets. It was good and the veggies are cooked nice. I wouldn't say it's much of a place you'd want to dine-in, so I can't say much about the service, but the ambiance of the place is alright I suppose with a modern look and a buffet style bar where you can pick out what you'd like. read more

We have had terrible food here before but decided to try one more time. Big mistake. I had a bowl of noodles with sesame chicken, they are always out of string bean chicken, basically I had a bowl of shredded cabbage, a lot of peppers, 3 wilted string beans and about 6 pieces of chicken. If you value your hard earned money I'd suggest not spending it on mediocre, barely warm food. Almost nothing here tastes fresh, the meat, rice, rolls,not even the fortune cookies. Shouldve known better than to spend even $1.50 for a bag of STALE fortune cookies. Food at this place is consistently room temp at best. Just another Panda Express. I would cut their service some slack because they are new (3 stars instead of 2) They seem quite overwhelmed with the lunch rush, which is why I'm guessing the person at the cash register seemed so irritated that we were there and ordering food. This review is based on my first two visits at the Lake City store. For other larger cities, I probably would not give this a five star, but for the restaurant options in Lake City I think it deserves five star. The building is cool and modern design, the parking lot is easy, the interior seating is decent, and the food was hot fresh and very good. I had been to other panda express, and was not blown away, but this time I was impressed with the selection and the food quality. I just love love the fresh veggies and variety of choices. It's fast and quick and pretty standard! Beets going to a hamburger chain. Love the walnut shrimp always fresh. They do not fill the bowls with a real serving size and when i went to ask them to fill it they refused and insisted that the bowl was full when it clearly was not.
